Well terry is right we all got pretty fucked up. I've got a thigh bruise so it kinda hurts to walk. Both my elbows hurt especially the left one because this fat asian guy on the dirtiest team of asian wannabe ballers ever killed us. He was like 220 and i went up for a shot and he landed on me ass first knocked the wind out of me, and i landed on my elbows so they are bruised. And in an earlier game i jammed my pinky so its like 1/4 inch shorter than the other one. The day before we played and i jammed my left index finger so basically my left hand is totally screwed up. And i bruised my left big toe since my new shoes have metal eyelets and i tied them too tight. So pretty much dead.

As for class, i skipped CS lecture yesterday, and CS discussion today, and math today. Skipped those today since i was sick. I've gone to my english class and chinese class everytime though. Maybe i'm just sick of these engineering classes. The chinese class is cool, its just like a hobby or something, i actually want to go to it. Seems pretty easy though i guess i'm gonna have to start memorizing characters. Food still sucks. Premier meal plan is cool though i can get like a jillion drinks. Today i paid $287 for most of my books. Felt pretty violated and had to walk all that shit upstairs. Oh well i'm gonna go to torrance soon, guess i can get some food, and my fridge and crap.

Shit, i just got up and lunch is over. Double shit is that there is class tommorrow. Oh well, time to find something to do.

Well i havent updated in a while. Anyways i moved back to school and its all going pretty well. Tonight we play UCLAoply at daniel's apartment. Me and daniel whooped ass because he let me do the negotiations for trades. It was pretty fun but mary and sophia ran out of gas and fell asleep. My hall is pretty cool, its real wierd its almost all indian and asian. like 85% i'd say. I'm having trouble with names. And my new shoes in their non worn in ness, like bruised my toe from the stupid metal eyelet hitting my foot a jillion times, so i guess i gotta let my foot heal. Well i'm gonna have stupid class on thursday still so i guess that'll go whatever way it goes, and i'll get my fridge next week. Me and tolu still have to get the maintanence people to bunk our beds so we have to wait before really arranging our room. Plus today i went to my financial aid interview, i mean we dont really need the money, so i was kinda hesitant since well i hate borrowing stuff. Anyways its kinda late so i think i'll listen to some mp3s and then go to bed.

Well loer is moving his webpage to his berkeley account and i cant remember his thing and his capital letters and such. So i made a new links bar at www.oocities.org/torrancelinks. Yeah i know there is an ad, but it seems to go away once you go on someone elses page. Plus i made the font a nice arial on top. and smaller too.

Well summer is coming rapidly to a close. Jason is leaving tommorrow, and randy the next day and brian too this weekend. Randy is a college guy, i think i even considered him one last year since he had broadband and was online all the time. The other day me and jason made rice. That was tuesday i think. A couple days later we made fried rice out of it. It was really good, i was surprised we did a decent job. It tasted real good, but we didnt have any shrimp or sausages which would have made it better, we had to settle for just bacon. Brian even thought it was pretty good. Well brian, jason and randy, see ya at the next big holiday when the circle will get together. Oh yeah, iron maiden is cool, get on napster now.

JJ which post are you referring to? Well anyways, I did absolutely nothing today. Went to matts with jason basically. We have a plan for wednesday, when we finally finish it it should be really funny. Hey alan , people in CS AB are officially known as the chosen ones! The class is full huh? I love those classes, you see people everyone thinks are the best in the school fail. Sometimes you'll get a real treat and see them cry. MWHAHAHAHA. Matt and Jason know what i'm talking about here.

Oh yeah i forgot to mention the mtv music awards. I didnt see it the first time, but i saw the replay. The napster scenes were so funny. The had the napster creator go up to intro a group. So he comes out and he's wearing a metallica shirt. So the other announcers goes "nice shirt" and he goes "yeah my friend SHARED it to me , i'm thinking of maybe buying one myself." HAHAHAHAHA! it was so funny. And then there is this other part where marlon wayans is in a dorm room, and lars ulrich comes in. He's on napster and he's pretending he's a big metallica fan. So Lars puts a napster sticker on his coke and starts drinking it. So marlon is like "woah lars ulrich is sharing my coke, cool!". So then lars has these guys come in and they steal everything but they put napster stickers everywhere. It was hillarious. And then there was the funny thing when marlon wayans dresses up as macy gray (shudder). There is the macy gray video where this guy is running after her and they kiss. So marlon is macy gray and he's got this skirt on and he flashes the guy running towards him with his orange bush. HAHAHAHAHAHA. Also christina aguillara sang with fred durst and the guy from rage against the machine climed up this statue and was all crazy after he didnt win an limp bizkit one for some award. He got arrested.

Ok i resolve to not upgrade my computer for the next 3 months. No DDR sdram no new motherboard , no new processor. Everything will stay the same. Not even the sound since VIA sound seems to work great. The only thing i might possibly upgrade is my network card since i'm giving jason back his 10/100 that i borrowed for a year and i'll only had the 10 on my home phoneline card. My computer at the beginning of college was built january 1999 , it was a k6-2/400 overclocked to 450 and lasted until the mass of upgrade mania in january 2000-now, so 1 whole year. It is now an athlon 800 that can overclock to 900 and is so damn fast right now with my new hard drive that i dont think it can get faster. It will not be upgraded again until at least january 2001 timeframe. It is state of the art as of now. Also make sure you read the post below.

I haven't been doing too much lately. Usually when that happens i get to thinking. Anyways, i see a lot of people everywhere who dont have everything that they could have and i think that they need help. I mean i'm a computer science major and its going to probably be a good job and i'll have everything, but then i'll just die and it wont make a difference. I think my life is going to pursue a different direction. I really want to help people and just try to make a difference. I want to be a leader in my community and be the type of person that everyone gets along with and admires. I think that i could very quickly become that if i just put my mind to it. Anyways, i think i'll start thinking of ways i can help people now. You guys all know i really dont think that, if you know why i wrote it you're pretty smart

Funny thing just happened. My mom comes in my room and my laundry is on the ground and my closet door is open and crap is on my bed. So she says something like, "Of all my kids, the one who has an achievement award (points at retarded bill clinton award on my dresser) and goes to UCLA you have all this crap on the ground, etc". So i go, "Well maybe your other kids should be messier.." HAHAHAHA. i just thought that was funny.

Well, a couple things are sucking. My mom is making me get a perkins loan since she thinks i should be more responsible or something. We probably dont NEED it. I'm pretty sure i'm gonna have to pay for it so that another $3500 a year that a jobless Hans has to pay for. So basically i have to pay for my own tuition if this works the way it look like it will. Makes me think I should have gone to UCI since they were gonna give me free tuition. My mom seems to think that if i make money selling stuff that i should pay for my own stuff instead of them paying for it. Which leads to my logical conclusion. If i sit on my ass like luke and spend my way into bankruptcy then its ok with you right? Fucking flawed logic is what that is. And then theres the "Hans we pay so much for your college, blah blah." And my usual , well if luke went to a REAL college you'd pay for it wouldn't you?" Gets her mad everytime. My plan right now is to take the money after it gets deposited into my checking account after the financial aide interview and invest it all in covad communication (SYMBOL COVD). Andy loves this company after i told him about it. I haven't really like all this so much.. and i actually figured that if i learned JAVA and Visual C++ (combined with knowing C++) i'd be set. Java is 2nd to C++ in qualifications people want in jobs, and well i'll learn all those next year and hell i could just quit school.

Today was regular nothingness. Woke up at 10 (set my alarm) so that i could answer the phone when my mom called to see if i wake up (she'll yell at me since waking up past 10 isnt "normal"). So then i went back to sleep till 12, and woke up again. My cousin came around 1:30 and i went to the post office to get my gig of ram and send out 7 packages. Ate a mcdonalds around 2:30. Then went to my grandmas and fell asleep at 3 , woke up at 6. Ate dinner. Went to see space cowboys with jason, it was pretty good. Then i sat on my ass and cruised the web. Damn my day was wasted.

Well its september, that means school is gonna be here in like 4 weeks. Hmm... sometimes i look forward to it, sometimes not. Today i did close to nothing. Went to cyberlab with jason and brian, and well brian is counterstrike god. I think we are gonna call our clan DCOD death clan of death. Well not much else happening in torrance.. i'll go watch grass grow tommorrow.
