Summary:
Following the death of Imperial Guard turncoat Carnor Jax at the hand of the last Guard, Kir Kanos, the Galactic Empire suddenly finds itself devoid of a leader, and an Interim Council is assembled to rule the Empire until a new Emperor can be selected. But when Council members become targets for assassination, Kanos becomes the prime suspect and again stands at the center of a storm of murder, intrigue, and treachery that threatens to forever alter the destiny of the Empire!

Review:
Good:  Good story. I enjoyed seeing Kanos and Sinn again. And we get to meet, for the first time, Nom Anor. Though we learn little more about him than he has some major plans for the galaxy and he chooses to go a different route than originally planned in this story. We also learn of Kenix Kil, the name Kanos takes while undercover as a bounty hunter.

Bad:  The same people were doing the artwork as in the last one why did people look so different? Kanos is recognizable largely because of his scar but he has some minor differences, no major complaints. The biggest one is Mirith Sinn, her hair went from red to brownish and her skintone darkened considerably. I found it difficult to recognize her until she was introduced. No other problems, though.

SPOILERS

Sinn and Kanos kissing in the end... too bad that is where it ended.
