Review:
A good start to the tales about the Clone Wars. Starting with a regular in the Star Wars Republic series, Quinlan Vos going under the name Korto Vos. It also involves his former apprentice, Aayla Secura. It's their job to learn of the Seperatists' next target. Little do they know, though, that Dooku WANTS them to find out. So, once Quinlan and Aayla learn of Dooku's plans to attack Kamino all available Jedi are immediately sent to protect the source of their soldiers. We first follow Anakin and Obi-Wan and learn more about their relationship and how Anakin still feels like Obi-Wan is holding him back. And how Obi-Wan feels he is failing Anakin. He lets himself admit he never CHOSE Anakin as his padawan. But just in time for the battle both manage to realize where they are mistaken and they head into the fight, but Obi-Wan is fairly quickly shot down and Anakin follows him in to protect his Master. In the end the two manage to work out their differences and become closer as a result. Then we move on to "Jango's Legacy", which is largely about the ARC Troopers who will be very important in future battles. Clone Troopers made to be almost exactly like Jango Fett, with free will, but also loyalty to the Republic. It's a very good compilation, I especially enjoyed the Mace Windu story, "Schism". We learned a lot about Vapaad and how dangerous it is to learn that lightsaber fighting style.

SPOILERS:

Interesting to learn that Dooku did all he could to ensure defeat at Kamino, even if it meant losing a very talented military leader. We begin to realize just how determined Dooku and Sidious are to have every thing go their way.
