    In order to raise funds for the sick children, Fann Wong don't mind challenging the limits

   Everyone has to pay attention! MedicaCorp's Big Brother, Chen Hanwei & Big Sister, Fann Wong will cooperate for the first time in the NKF Children's Medical Fund show to be held on July 11th.They will perform "Mei Hwa Zhuang" item. Besides hanging in mid-air with wire harness, they will also perform acrobatics & ballet.

   As known, this item "Ai Ren Fei" will be the night's chief attractive item. It is quite difficult and so needs continuous training & rehearsals.

  Hanwei & Fann have been training for continuous 10 days, lasting 4 hours a day. Lots of strength & energy were required as they need to hang and spin in mid-air.

   When the reporter asked if long hours of rehearsal would affect their busy work schedule, Fann said, "All the work is scheduled in the morning. Now the emphasis is to perform this item to the best and give all the best presentation.

   Chen Hanwei laughed and said," Previously because of work, I missed the NKF Fund raising performance and felt very regretful. When I heard this time that they want to raise funds for the children, I specifically ask the manager that no matter how, I would like to take part this time..."

    Asked why MCS will let the 2 cooperate and "carry the heavy burden", Hanwei said,"Fann is one of the few female artistes who has no "height phobia" and also had many previous experience in performance. As for me, I give people the impression that I am more quiet ant not sporty. So to let us perform this difficult stunt will give audience a fresh feeling'

    Unlike the "risky" NKF performance before, this performance is a test of  strength, stamina and synchrony.

    Fann said," As this is fund raising for children, we hope to use heart-warming way to bring out everyone's concern for the children. Besides having to put up beautiful poses in mid air, Hanwei & Fann also have to follow the rhythm of the music and synchronise their dance sequence to the surrounding "little angels". It's really not easy.

   Fann frankly revealed that the performance not only needs synchronising skills, most important both must have chemistry and understand each others' work to perform well. 

   Whatever performance, there will be danger. Fann sustained bruises all over the body during the rehearsal and Hanwei sprained his neck & abdominal muscles when hanging on the wire. But for the sake of these sick children, the 2 artistes felt that the suffering this time is worth it.

   Fann said, "Everyone wants to contribute in whatever small way to help the sick children's parents pay the high medical bill. I believe that everyone's concern will spark off hope & confidence of living in these cute children & make them live happier lives

    At the corner Hanwei nodded his head and said," "Many people' have happy &  joyous childhood memories, but this group of pitiful children couldn't have. At such a young age they've to struggle and fight against monstrous illnesses. I hope this performance will arouse compassion from all for them. I'm sure all will agree, there is more joy & merit in giving than receiving"
