        Season Four Premiered January 05, 1999 with the Conclusion to the previous seasons Cliffhanger "The War, Parts I and II", In this Issue, the cast fights Ognox's powerful influence to rescue fidel Castro and Phil the Janitor. and destroy Ognox, which they succeeded in doing.  This Season also met with the end of all the empires in "The Blanket of Cheese"  This Season was the rebuilding season, the world had just got rid of all the enemies.  The Season ended with "The Coming of the Dark, the Light, and the Magic cat" a 2 part finale that ended Herman and Ron's control over the Newsletter when a previously thought dead columnist returns to reclaim his life and the newsletter.
