Happy Hours

Please read over the following carefully.

1. The child must be handed over at the school between 8:45 and 9:15 am.



2. The child must be picked up between 12 noon and 12:15 pm by either of the parents. The parents may depute a representative to drop/pick up the child. In such a case, the authorised representative must be introduced in advance to the Principal in person by either of the parents. Child will not be handed over to any other person and no telephonic instructions would be accepted in this regard. Parents are requested to co-operate strictly in this matter for the safety of their child.



3. Parents desiring to meet the Principal may do so after school hours.



4. If the child is going to be absent for any reason, kindly inform the Principal by phone or in person.



5. PERSONAL HYGIENE
   1. One set of extra clothing must be sent daily. If the child is not toilet-trained properly, two or three sets of underwear and nappies must be sent.
   2. A clean handkerchief must be pinned on the dress of the child.
   3. Fingernails and toenails must be cleaned and cut regularly.
   4. Hair must be kept free of lice.
   5. All children must wear underwear.
   Please do not dress the child with clothes that are difficult to remove when he/she has to be taken to the bathroom.
   
   
6. FOOD
   1. The child is required to bring a tiffin box and a bottle of water. Tiffin break will be at 10:30 am.
   2. The parent is required to submit a list of food allergies, if any.
   
   
7. FEES
   1. Fees are payable in advance for every month and should be paid latest by the 10th of the month. Parents may elect to pay yearly fees in one or two instalments, if preferred.
   2. Two months’ fees are collected during admission as Caution Deposit. At the end of the academic year, if a child is leaving to join a regular school, the deposit will be adjusted against April & May fees. If the child is continuing at Happy Hours for the next academic year, then April & May fees will have to be paid in April and the Caution Deposit will be carried forward.
   3. Fees are to be paid for twelve months in the year i.e Fees are payable from 1st June to 30th May.
   4. If a child is being withdrawn mid term, one month’s notice is to be given. If notice is not given, Caution Deposit will be refunded after prorata deduction.

8. Change of address and phone numbers must be notified immediately.
