Infant Massage
This workshop will show parents the proper techniques on how to massage their infant. It will also discuss, in detail the many benefits of massage, such as improved muscle tone and weight gain, better quality of sleep, and improved digestion. Infant massage is something every parent should learn. It can help soothe a fussy or colicky baby or just enhance parent-child bonding.

Baby Signing
This workshop is designed
to teach parents how to communicate with their pre-verbal children using American
Sign Language, which has been modified for use with young children. Parents will
learn basic signs to incorporate into everyday life such as "cookie",
"more", "milk", etc., as well as discuss the many benefits
of signing with their children.

How to Care for your Newborn when coming
home from the hospital
For this class, participants are encouraged to bring a baby doll or small stuffed animal for class exercises. In this session, we will discuss how to change a diaper, cord care, circumcision care, how to bathe a newborn, infant feeding cues and more. Open participation is welcomed and encouraged.

Big Kids & Babies - How to help your child adjust to
the "New Addition" in your family
This class is designed for the second- (or third, or fourth!!) time mom. Participants are encouraged to bring their older children for a night of fun and storytelling. Often time, the older child feels left out when the new baby comes. This is a night for moms to spend special time with their little ones, before the baby arrives!! The children will get to color special "New Baby" activity sheets and listen to a few stories about welcoming that new addition to their family. Participants are also encouraged to bring a baby doll or other stuffed animal for role-playing.
