Lo Mein Ramen 1 Tbl. oil 1 Tbl. soy sauce 1 pkg. chicken Ramen noodles 1 lb. chicken breast strips 1/2 c. sliced onions 1/2 c. chopped green peppers 1/4 c. chopped carrots In skillet mix oil, soy sauce & 1/2 seasoning packet. Add chicken; brown. Boil noodles & drain. Add vegetables to chicken; cook until tender. Add noodles & cook on medium for 5 min., stirring constantly. Serves 2-4. |
