All these special rules aply to all members of the dark elf warband exept slaves.

Hatred:
all dark elves hate their good kin the high elves.any dark elf fighting a elven ranger or the special hired sword Aenur will be affected by Hatred, if meeting an high elf warband they will also be affected be hatred.

Cannot Hire Aenur:
for obvious reasons the dark elves cannot hire this high elf

Repeating crossbow: 30 gold instead of 40
as the darkelves invented it they also get it cheaper, in addition any dark elf can use a repeating crossbow.-They do not need a skill to do so

Dark venom: common for dark elves
As the dark elves have their own helldrakes,it cannot suprise any that they have easier to acces to it. And as the cult of Khaine uses it.the witch elves get it 5 points cheaper,but only so if they use it themselves. (it may not be bought by a witch elf only to be given to another character)
