Well, it all started with a couple of foolish crushes ;a phase of sentiments & cupid calls that I soon overcame with rock, attitude & sensible friends. The phase of Backstreet Boys, Boyzone, MLTR, was soon superseded by METALLICA,SEPULTURA,FLOYD,MAIDEN PANTERA,MEGADETH,REM,PEARLJAM...& some death stuff like DEICIDE,MORBID ANGEL...
Today i'm really happy to get rid of indian film music indi pop and other sentimental shit. well I have to be blamed to get many people addicted to metal(sangeet, veenu).For us music was the source for a broader vision that made us think and work out things in life in better ways. that was possible when we overcame the detrimental pangs of pop. Deepak of course was my arsonist setting METALLICA in me.
Finally I'd like to air my personal idea about life. I prefer a life totally different from two categories
A) People who are religious, ethnic, fundamentalists, cultural, and people who insist upon conventional life (esp elders). People who flaunt money ,people who believe in institutionalizing ostentatiously through marriage, growin children and dying like ordinary decaying leaves.
B) People who claim to be iconoclasts but actually are fakes and hypocrites, who seek pleasure in the destructive four letter word LOVE .People who follow the disco culture, pub culture, dancing to the tunes of DJ's and sentimental shit like marionettes born to love and make love and die. People who dress up to love and attract, flaunting wealth and their attributes dedicating their lives to look good. People who illogically associate themselves with something that's an illusion( the girlfriend, boyfriend shit).Oh
Satan!! there are more million reasons to hate this category.For me Satan is not a power or existence(that few psychotic
Satan worshippers feel).For me Satan is just a piece of radical and logical thinking ,where pragmatism prevails, and can make u pursue ur goals. Hey, I'm just a goddamn atheist sticking to scientific benchmarks and precepts, believing in what is defined within scientific boundaries. This has also helped me to survive all emotional temptations from the opposite sex, thanks to the devil in me. I have now left life take its course naturally so that i can settle abroad, fulfill my academic dreams, and then hopefully i can find somebody like me(of course a woman not from category A or B).And until we four guys, our site, and for the eternal survival of ROCK.........
