Gwen Minton

eilithyia@aol.com

Full Name: Gwendolyn Minton, the one and only. *smiles a bit* Most people call me Gwen or Gwenny though.
Age: I’m sixteen, scary isn't it? *smiles* There was a point in time when I was the youngest girl here... that was two years ago. Bay took that title from me when she showed up *smiles brightly* Now my only claim to a title is “most immature”.
Appearance: *scrunches her nose* I’ve grown quite a bit since the last time anyone asked me that... I’d have to say... I’m about 5’7”, 5’8”--short blonde hair... very short, shorter then I’ve ever had it before... and grey-blue eyes... glasses. *shrugs, offering a small smile*
Background: Not really much to tell... I don’t really have a horror story. My parents were going through a rough spot in their marriage when my brother left home, shortly after I followed hoping to find him (naive child that I was) in this gigantic city. As it was, I found a few of his friends who helped me get settled in here. Alan Derosiers and Conover Mills, some of the nicest people I’ve met, though you’d never guess it. Nick (my brother), it turns out has been in the house of refuge for at least two years... they’re supposed to let him out soon. He’s more than served his time.
Relationships: Well, there’s my brother of course... Nick, I visit him as often as I possibly can. Alan might as well be my brother, Conover too. I don’t know what I’d do without them. *smiles* And there are the people here, all of them are awfully nice though... even after two years I don’t know all of them terribly well, but I’m still working on that. A lot of people have left too though, and I think the one I miss the most is Sham. *pauses, suddenly realizing that you might’ve ment dating relationships* I don’t have a boyfriend, if that’s what you were asking. I don’t really see the point... it just seems like a way for two people to boost each other's self-esteem, but then... I’m skeptical and have never fallen head-over heels in love with anyone.
Other notes: *shrugs a bit* Nothing else really I don’t think. *Gwen has changed a lot in the past two years, on the outside still her bubbly, ever-cheerful self who loves everything from climbing trees to snowball fights... but lately she’s been spending a lot more time thinking and a lot less time being a little kid... much to her own dismay*
