Cardiff Harlequins Running club has its base at Cardiff High School Old Boys (CHSOB) rugby club. Address: The Diamond Ground, Forest Farm Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff.

We offer various running routes all year round, a good pint, good conversation and a meal in the bar afterwards.

We meet on Tuesdays at 6.30 p.m., Thursdays at 6.00 p.m. and Sundays at 10.00 a.m.

We have members who run in the Gwent league and local road and off-road races. The Ffordd y Bryniau hill race is organised by a club member - see the separate page on this site for details.

Most runs start from the club, which is well placed on the Taff Trail near Forest Farm for off road running along the river, past the motorway and into the local hills the Garth, Craig Yr Allt and the Wennault.
