| The 100th Harmelink Reunion will be held Sat 7/13/02 - Mon 7/15/02, at Inspiration Hills, 1242 280th St, Inwood, Iowa. These church campgrounds offer lots of room for outdoor fun, as well as plenty of room for many indoor activites. The reunion will start with a Dutch treat kick-off breakfast at the Rock Valley Towne House Restaurant at 10 am. We will convene at Inspiration Hills on or about 3:00pm. The following fees include two nights and five meals: Adult (13yrs and up) $59 + $5 registration fee Children (3 - 12yrs) $42 + $3 registration fee Toddlers (under 3yrs) FREE Aside from these dorm-style accommodations (linens not included) there are a very few private rooms available for those with special needs. There are also a few campsites with hookups, including two nights and five meals, for a reduced rate. First come, first serve. At this time, Inspiration Hills is not air-conditioned, although it should be by mid July. Dress cool. For those needing other accommodations or for additional nights, the near-by Gateway Motel in Canton may have rooms available, as may the "Super 8" in Rock Valley. Individual meal tickets can be purchased for those not able to stay the enitre weekend. The agenda includes our famous family talent show, an auction, games, swimming, a golf tournament, and Sunday worship service. A special show, starring David Hira, is planned for Saturday night. Memorabilia include the popular family cookbook, a centennial quilt (avail by raffle), plaques, shirts, mugs, and door prizes totaling $1000 (must be present to win). |
