We offers no guarantee, and makes no warranty , neither expressed, nor implied, that Client, or Client's project, will receive any funding, financing, loan, investment,partnership, capital, offer of funding, like or similar, whatsoever, as a result of the relationship between us and Client due to the fact that the ultimate and final result of funding request/application is solely depending on client himself, his/his project's Business Plan and other loan documents and information prepared and presented by him to lender as well as on the level of his/his team's devotion, commitment, responsibility, professionalism and hard work invested in project. |
