Academic Club Information

The Harrisonville Senior High School Academic Club is based in Harrisonville, Missouri. The club was formed in 1999 when the school administration combined the Math Club, Science Club, and Scholar Bowl. The club is ran by sponsors Bill Kay and Kristen Blair as well as the current leadership team. Even though it is one club it is still divided into the three original divisions.

The club participates in events such as Scholar Bowl, competitive math events, Science Olympiad, and Science Knowledge Bowl. The club also does fundraisers, community service activities, science demonstration teams, and social events.

The Academic Club has an open door policy for any student of Harrisonville High School. There are generally around twenty five to thirty members, most of whom are active participants.
