Gigs and Tour Dates

Lots of shows coming up, in what is known as 'There Is No Such Tour'... as much as I hate to criticise any Augie-related thing, I really dislike that tour name, but since I don't get a say in it, I suppose I can diss it as much as I like (look mummy, I said 'diss'!) Darren Hanlon, ex-Simpletons and creator of the song 'Falling Aeroplanes' which Triple J has been flogging (deservedly so, unlike Linkin Park etc... bah humbug), is the support act for all their club shows. Most shows are in the vicinity of $12-15 +b/f, except for Offshore and Glenn solo. But hereforth are some dates... you should really try and be in these towns and at these places on these dates. That's a strong recommendation.

Thursday 29 - Kelts Bar, Blaxland, Blue Mountains, NSW

Friday 30 March - Metro, Sydney

Sunday 1 April - Hobart Fringe Festival, Shed no. 2, Princes Wharf, Salamanca, Hobart, TAS

Wednesday 4 April - Glenn Richards solo (perhaps with some help from Adam and Dave) - The Bav Tav, Hobart, 10pm, $5 on the door.

Friday 6 April - 2pm Murdoch Uni, Perth

Friday 6 April - nightime - Grosvenor, Perth

Saturday 7 April - Grosvenor, Perth

Sun 8 April - Mojos, Fremantle

Wednesday 11 April - Adelaide Uni Bar, Adelaide, SA

Thursday 12 April - Crown and Sceptre, Adelaide, SA

Friday 13 April - Offshore Festival, RNA Showgrounds, Melbourne, VIC* (Darren Hanlon not appearing)

Monday 24 April - Prince of Wales, St Kilda, Victoria
