In addition to building and playing barrel organs, Lionel Hartley, with his wife Rosemary, are also handbell musicians. They own their own sets of handbells and Lionel has re-written a host of musical scores specifically for handbells and has midi-rendered a selection of accompaniments.
By invitation they play for entertainment or worship enhancement at socials, service organisations, luncheons, schools, picnics, fundraisers, fétes, churches, nursing homes, charity concerts, carols-by-candlelight, etc.
