My Class of 2000
We are located in Lincoln County WV

"Educating the youth of Appalachia and instilling a sense of pride in their unique heritage is a challenging task.
It is our conviction that by researching our local history and ancestors, we will maintain family cohesion that is necessary in  providing security and self esteem both of which are vital to us as developing young adults. We are dedicated to the principle that the family is truly the foundation of America and that genealogy is the slim thread that binds us to our history and our future."
The Project 2000 Kids
This website is the accumulation of  six years of work, streamlined, we hope for easier usage by anyone researching. This year's Computer Graphics' class entered this new site in the West Virginia Technology contest and WON FIRST PLACE!
Not all the students in this year's Computer Graphics' class worked on Project 2006 , and some students not enrolled in the class did work on it. As a result, the students who worked industriously all year toward winning the contest were invited to a luncheon given by the First Lady, Gayle Manchin on July 28, 2006 at the Governor's mansion in Charleston.
The winners were each presented with an IPOD Video and Harts also received a monetary prize. Prizes were possible through the generosity of Wallace E. Boston, Jr President and CEO of American Public University.
