OH WOW !!!  Pam found a wall finish - we applied joint filler / compund, sanded, re-applied  (repeat x3).   This is after the second application - I dare not say "second  coat" - you apply this stuff here and there then go back and do more over there then twice again on another area then .... well you get the picture.
		The next few are what you could call the first coat .... you can clearly see the board lines.
