Guilty of being a Hajji

British intelligence agencies monitor the more than 100,000 British Hajjis to piece together intelligence on suspected al-Qaeda terrorist activity.

Dame Eliza Manningham-Buller (director general of M15) and Sir John Scarlett (head of M16) say that every British Muslim who visits Makkah is monitored.
