to know, it's not my time to go.”
Desire is the source of confusion which will always be attributable to
vexation. My ultimate desire is to become one of the most influencial
women in Asia. You might say I dream too much just like a fool. It's just
super unrealistic, or even surrealistic, isn't it? But without it, I can
never progress to a better creature.
I'm on my way but not sure where I'm going to, and I don't really know
where am I right now. Having too many devastating experiences, I eventually
learned to hold myself for all bad news. My dad told me to gin bo haang
bo, meaning walk and you'll see a way, and when you see a way, just
walk up! Faye Wong said just be sohn kei ji yin, which means let
it be, as nothing will be fixed for you. Therefore, I conclude that no
matter how clever you are, don't over second-guess your future. As most
of the time, things just don't turn out the way how you expect. Haven't
you heard that, the more beautiful, the more untouchable.
Let's face it: nothing confounds, perplexes and mistifies us more than
life does. My brain has been callused because of thinking too much about
the unknowns. Nevertheless, don't lose your faith, get yourself ready
all the time. The core of Forest Gum is, “life is a box of chocolate,
you'll never know what you're gonna get.” That's why I'm still hanging
on my fantasies.
When disappointments get you frustrated, find a way to comfort yourself,
get out of where you've been let down, then stand up and move on. When
you feel too exhausted to hold, say this, "I am not, and will not
die today!" Walk a little more, try a bit harder and you'll survive.
There's so much more to go, it's not my time to go!
