You and your buddies get together during school and decide to shoot some hoops after school. Your friend steve asks if he can bring a friend of his over who is visiting from Indiana where steve used to live. You guys all eat dinner and then meet at the school yard to play basketball. You see steve pull up in his car with his friend from Indiana. When steve and his friend come over you see steves friend walks with braces and steve anounces that his friend has muscular dystrophy. You and your friend dave are at the beach tanning and dave is relating how well he gets along with his new girlfriend mellissa. He talks about how they go out to the movies all the time and they love to just sit around and talk for hours. Just joking around you ask if mellissa has a friend you can go out with. You have just moved away from home for the first time into the dorms at UCLA. You have a hard time breaking away from all your old friends from high school, but the promise of college life is enticing. You meet your roomate for the first time and he tells you his ex. is coming by to visit later. You put it out of your mind and busy yourself with the tasks of meeting all of your dorm mates. After dinner you head back to your room with some friends and find your roomate with another guy. What's your reaction?

Scenario#4 --- Religion

Your parents brought you up to be a strict practicing Catholic. At school you meet a really nice guy who you find out is Jewish. You guys start dating and tell your parents that you want to invite your new boyfriend over. Casually conversing with your parents you mention that he is Jewish and your parents politely say they would rather you didn't date anyone who isn't of the same religion as you and don't want you to bring him over for dinner. What's your reaction?

Scenario #5--- Sex

Your friend Ralph tells you about the girl he met at the bar the night before. He talks about how they had a lot in common and they went bar hopping to several bars with some of their friends. He tells you how he got close with her later and they had sex. Then he tells you that chicks were put on the face of this earth for that and he won't be calling her back. What's your reaction?

Scenario#6--- Sex

You are flying to Seattle to visit your brother. You have been planning this trip for weeks and are really excited about seeing your brother for the first time in over a year. You get to the airport early and wait to board the plane. They announce for the passengers to start boarding. As you pass the cockpit you glance in and happen to notice that one of the pilots of the 767 widebody that you will be flying in is a woman. What's your reaction?

You are working as a record executive for Electra Asylum records. You call an old friend from high school and make plans to go out for lunch. When your friend shows up he is dressed and appears like a female. He tells you that he has had a sex change operation. What's your reaction?

Scenario #8---Race

You have lived in your neighborhood for five years. All of your neighbors are white. The house next door is for sale and a young black couple were looking at it interested in buying it. A group of neighbors are going around the neighborhood telling everyone who is interested in buying the house and putting pressure on the realtor to sell the house to a white person. Several of your neighbors approach you about a bunch of people in the neighborhood pooling their money together to buy the house to keep the black people out. What's your reaction?

Scenario #9--- Sexual Orientation

Your son has just passed the test and become an eagle scout. At his local boy scout troup you are talking with the parents of one of your son's friends who is a scout with him in his troup. The friend's parents mention that the local troup has just passed a new rule disallowing any gay members in the troup. Further, if gay prospects do wish to become scouts they are encouraged to start their own group for gays only. In addition the local girl scout troup has adopted the same rule in their guidelines.
