Paris has a giant, gnarled hook nose, something that could and should easily be remedied by plastic surgery. Rhinoplasty costs between $3,000 and $12,000, so it is not as though she can't afford it. Paris bleaches her hair, wears extensions, fake nails, colored contacts and applies her makeup with a spatula, so the case can't be made that she wishes to remain au natural.
