Bethelgeus is a Beaclon/Dragon type. Now, you might be thinking, how could this be a good monster. It is actually quite dependable and loyal. Use it for fighting though, it doesn't have high enough intelligence for it. Raise it's strength and defense because it's much like a Golem. Mine had a rather short life span for some reason.

When you think of a good, loyal monster you think of one in particular, Phoenix. Phoenix is a one of kind and is the only monster that does not die, but fly away. They are good in almost all ways except power and defense. Battle with it and explore with it. It's too bad this monster can only combine with one other making it very special and rare.

My first monster to make it to the S-cups, Magna is a real good monster. He is a Golem/Worm type and is every bit of both. He excels in strength and defense while staying slightly well-rounded in the rest of the areas. He does really well in battle and I would use him as a money maker. Golems also live a long time (around 5 years).

Gelatine is the very first monster I ever had. You might wonder why it's in my favorites section. It's because despite being a Mocchi/Jell he was alive for 4 years and 4 months before I retired him. He was well-rounded having every stat at least around 330 (he was my first, give a break). His name was Alpha and he was very good for expeditions.
