I received an interesting image the other day. He and his fiance have just purchased a house in the Peterborough area. He was out photographing the lunar eclipse one evening. Here's his summary:

It was October 27, just after 10pm as we went out to watch the Lunar Eclipse. I decided to snap some pictures of the eclipse as you can see it in the background. There wasn't anything obstructing the lens, it was a clear night and no clouds to be seen. I didn't notice anything odd in the frame when I snapped the picture, it was when I first downloaded the image from my camera when I noticed some sort of formation in the forefront.
