Physical Description: Tall and extremely slender, with light brown hair and dark brown eyes. She is a veritable fashion plate, leading the Court in fashion trends yet leaving the impression that she doesn’t even notice mundane concerns such as dress.

Personality: Lady Relnia is utterly committed to her work; she maintains a staff to keep her informed of all events relevant to her many interests and is considered a knowledgeable source on nearly every issue in Valdemar today. Her intent is to serve both her constituents and all Valdemar to the best of her formidable powers. In person she is unfailingly polite and gracious; though she does not hesitate to speak her mind, she always shows utmost respect to others.
