Physical Description: Short, squat, and balding; dresses in very plain clothes. Carries a walking stick with which he gestures threateningly at pages or servants who don’t do his bidding immediately. Has dark, beady eyes that perpetually glare out from under a heavy brow.

Personality: The stereotypical grumpy old man; never wedded, no children. He is staunchly proud of his Borderer constituents and their self-sufficiency, and only asks for aid when it is most direly needed.
