“... that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of
these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
The men who risked everything to create this nation and throw off the oppression of a tyrannical government, knew as they wrote the declaration that governments become corrupted. Otherwise, the above would not have been necessary nor would have the text that follows:
“Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established
should not be changed for light and transient Causes; and accordingly all Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed.”
It is quite apparent that these men were not only quite learned in the establishment of government but, also, the downfalls of government. The weaknesses of Man, including greed and abuse of power, real or imagined, compelled them to draft a document that would stand the test of time. In that, they had phenomenal foresight.
These men also recognized a downfall of the average person when drafting the Declaration of Independence, that it is easier to maintain the status quo than it is to change. People fear change; it is human nature. We, as do all animals, like to simplify our environments and keep with what we know regardless of what we must endure to do so.
Initiating actions to cause major changes can be quite trauma producing. Thus, men and women stay together who hate one another - that is, until the pain of doing so finally becomes unbearable. And this is not usually a life-threatening situation.
However, when actions are taken against an existing government, it can very well be life-threatening. The government may respond by financially ruining the person, their reputation, falsify evidence, turn their families and friends against them, stick ridiculous labels on them, imprison them through
statutes that do not even jurisdictionally apply, imprison the person without any justification whatsoever (if someone down the street from you was thrown and kept in jail, would you know about it?), or kill them. But, people for whom a situation has become unbearable, begin fighting against oppression regardless of the price they might pay, including their lives.
Our forefathers were men with the resolve and intestinal fortitude to align themselves against the King of England, ruler of the most powerful nation on Earth. With these words, they declared their intent and became enemies of the government that ruled them.
“But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security. Such has been the patient Sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the Necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems
of Government.”
For this, these men of men gave their lives - their fortunes - their families - to fight for the establishment of a government instituted ONLY to protect the rights of the individual.
But, has the government done so? Are we a nation securing the unalienable rights of the people? Or, are we living under a government as oppressive as the one our forefathers freed us from? Has our government committed treason against the very founding principles of this nation, against the people of this nation?
In answering these questions, several issues were examined. Among these are the right to own property. We believe we have the right to own property inviolate by the government. However, we must, according to State governments, pay tax on real and personal property. If we fail to do so, then the State or political subdivision confiscates the property and sells it for back taxes due.
A question should immediately come to mind. Do we own (control) the property or does the State own the property with our taxes being merely rent for allowing us to live on, keep up, and maintain the property?
Should you own property, does it pass on to your heirs free on
encumbrances? Or does the government charge part of the estate in some form of taxes, particularly inheritance, any unpaid property tax, and income tax?
There is also the fact that government confiscates property of law-abiding citizens other than the examples above. Each one of us have the constitutional right to own any firearm we wish as a citizen under the Constitution of the united States of America. However, should a law enforcement agency suspect a person of dealing in drugs (sometimes just because he has cash on hand or because of some ‘anonymous’ tip which may or may not be real), enforcers will force their way into your home, confiscate
any money, firearms, and other pieces of property, including your real property.
In doing so, several amendments are broken, including the 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 14th. Plus, several clauses limiting the power of the federal government are violated. The BATF does not have jurisdiction other than collecting taxes due on firearms being imported. And, this is for the first sale only.
The BATF simply does not have the power to break into a home. In doing so, they risk lives, the lives of those inside the home and the lives of agents operating outside their jurisdiction. It is breaking and entering. If it is suspected the person is dealing in contraband (imported only) firearms, they
have the right to issue a warrant, knock politely, and wait for a response.
Nor does the DEA have the right to break down citizen’s door. After all, the Constitution does not give the federal government the power to control drugs other than collecting taxes due for import from another country or if the drug is being transported under interstate commerce provisions.
As for dictating to a citizen what drug he may use or sell within his own State, or paying any legally applied interstate commerce tax, the DEA is non-jurisdictional and actually shouldn’t exist except as an arm of Customs in ports of entry.
The IRS has seldom, if ever, confiscated any property of citizens of the 50 States legally. Not only is it a bureau of Puerto Rico, any property seized from citizens of the 50 States with domestic earnings only is nothing more than theft carried out by use of a judicial system ignoring the rules of law and
justice and is in no way constitutionally lawful.
Although it is absolutely unconstitutional to do so, the federal (and States following the fraud by the federal government) government collects tax on people's earnings. If not paid, then property is illegally seized, persons often jailed for evading what they don’t owe, and lives ruined by an organization that actually hasn’t any power of enforcement over citizens with
domestic earnings only.
This amounts to fraud on a massive scale reaching trillions of Federal Reserve notes each and every year. Plus, there is the fact that all citizens do not pay the same amount as in
meeting the uniformity clause required of permitted government laying of taxes. Tax is graduated and, thus, not fair and equitable. Indirect taxes are fair and equitable as uniformity across States and incomes is met.
Taxes leads us to the Federal Reserve Bank. Is it a monopoly? Is it even part of the federal government? Does it determine the value of money or is your money backed by a material with true value?
First of all, the Federal Reserve Bank is an independent corporation and has nothing to do with the federal government other than the two working together to control the value of money as it controls interest and the levels of inflation/deflation. And, yet, every dollar withheld from citizens of the 50 States goes to this bank.
The government allows this bank to buy any denomination bill for a mere 2.3 cents which amounts to $230 per million purchased. Once purchased, the bill, whether a $1 bill or a $100 bill, develops full face value. The American public picks up the tab for this. Your withholdings pay this debt along with
the debt incurred by the government ‘borrowing’ the money. What a scam.
What is the bill actually worth? Meaning, if you trade the bill to a Federal Reserve bank, what do you get? Nothing - except another piece of paper worth about 2.3 cents in production costs. Once upon a time, before the government perpetrated this fraud, you could trade any bill to the federal government for its value in gold or, in the case of silver certificates, in silver. You see, money had to be backed by gold or silver, not by words of deceit. IT HAD TO BE A VALID NOTE.
As I was sending out emails, communications came to mind. Just how extensively does the federal government control communications? There is the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) along with dictating what may be broadcast on television or radio. This includes determining what is suitable for viewing and listening and, far too often, what is broadcast or
printed. Mainstream media is little more than a government propaganda machine.
Then, there is all the licensing. One may not just start a means of communication as government requirements have to be met. Anytime a license for anything is required, it is controlled by the government, be it the federal, State, or local political subdivisions, such as requirements imposed
by city governments.
Now, computers are taken from ‘rebels’ who seek to tell the truth concerning government. Emails and other transmissions are interrupted. Hard drives are wiped out by government hackers. People in their homes are terrorized for these ‘crimes’. Yeah, right. People communicating the truth are simply shut up by any means the government wishes to use.
How about transportation? We who are law abiding citizens are constitutionally free to travel the 50 States without interference. However, unless you walk (and you might be
investigated several times along the way), you must get an operator’s license, license the vehicle, have it inspected in most States, carry insurance required by the government (what a boon to insurance companies that was), and assure you do not speed even though 95 percent of the people around you
are speeding (I have been pulled out of long lines of traffic three times in my life).
Plus, there is the Department of Transportation, the Interstate Commerce Commission, and the Federal Aviation Administration. All are federal entities controlling travel and the right of an individual to engage in his chosen occupation or mode of transportation. Special licenses are required along with, i.e., ungodly requirements placed on truck drivers.
Speaking of occupations, governments require licensing of some nature for nearly every occupation, including cutting hair. I cannot even be a handyman without government’s permission. Production is controlled by government requirements and/or restrictions.
Farm production is controlled. A friend of mine for over 40 years had been a dairy farmer. He was informed that if he didn’t sell out to the government, he wouldn’t have a place to sell his milk.
Government pays people to not farm or sets prices so low that many may not farm simply because they would lose each and every year since it cost more to plant than they could get for their harvest.
Small family farms were so affected by government, especially through interest manipulations and price controls, that hundreds were put out of business and large, government-controlled conglomerates formed in the early to mid-1980’s. The reason - ease of control. Rather than having to deal with hundreds individually, far fewer had to dealt with by government.
EPA standards are set concerning waste and the like. In reality, the EPA hasn’t any jurisdiction over, let’s say, a farmer in Missouri. And, yet, there it is with their requirements of setting a nearly sterile environment.
However, this organization allows the entertainment field to blow up hundreds, maybe thousands of cars, buildings, tons of ground, and the like every year. Rather strange, don’t you think, as wastes from the materials exploded and the items blown
up all put polluting wastes into the air, ground, and water systems.
Then, there is the Bureau of Land Management, the Department of
Agriculture, the afore mentioned Environmental Protection Agency, and the Department of Commerce. All exert control on the people. Not only that, but more and more public land is claimed by the federal government as its own. Once it becomes federal property, it comes under the jurisdiction of the federal government and it may do with it as it wishes with the land,
including keeping the public off the land, allowing its friends to harvest ore and lumber, and so on.
Social security is thought of as many as being a good thing. First of all, it is beyond the power of the federal government to establish any benefit program. Read Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution of the united States of America.
Social Security is nothing more than part of the Federal Reserve scam to collect more earnings as tax. Plus, it also establishes an army of dependent people. Dependent on the government - that is, to be in servitude to the government. Contrary to being a benevolent benefactor, any form of dependency to the government gives the government powers it does not have, nor that it should have.
Increasingly higher taxes along with interest manipulations by government and the Federal Reserve bank have led most households to having more than one worker. When government steals nearly 50 percent of every person’s earnings in taxes, then the loss must be made up if a family is to enjoy life to any degree at all.
Also, furthering this type of control is the fact that earnings are controlled for 60 percent of the working population through minimum wage and, although working for 40 hours or more a week, these people still live in poverty even though everyone of age in the family is working. Thus, these people become dependent on government which forces them into servitude.
Mistreatment of people in the labor force is condoned by government. Those workers not in unions have very little protection against businesses who exploit their workers. As an example, businesses require overtime but, rather than paying overtime, employees are made to take longer lunches or to stay at
home during the same time period the overtime occurred.
Of course, the reason for overtime is not having enough people hired to get the work done. Then, while an employee sits through a longer lunch or is made to stay home, a fellow worker must fill the void with extra work. Is there any protection for the worker? Practically speaking, no.
Thus, the rich become richer while the poor are kept in line which suits the government just fine. Those who are beaten down are far easier to control than those who are not. People are not as apt to cut off the hands that feed them and, so, they remain in servitude to businesses which could care less about their plight.
That, too, is just fine with government and so, even though a company may have billions of dollars of profit each year, the majority of employees remain in poverty. And, that is just fine with government since it helps assure compliance.
We think we have free education for children but do we? How can anyone think it is free? We pay for it through taxes, most of which are unconstitutional. There is absolutely nothing free about it.
Plus, there is this. People know less and less about government. Many have never seen a copy of the Constitution and do not know how this nation is structured. Few know the US Government is a separate entity from the united Sates of America, that it has very little jurisdiction over the 50 States.
Many do not know they do not elect the president directly or have nothing to do with establishing the rest of government other than filling Congress with senators and representatives.
What is the price? Government education has resulted in government controlling what people are taught and what they should believe. Ignorant people are far easier to control than well-educated people. Thus, 50 percent illiteracy among the adult population of this country.
This enables the federal government to pass any law and have it believed by people who should simply ignore the law. Federal laws apply only to the District of Columbia, the possessions, and federal properties (of which huge chunks of public land are being confiscated by the government for this reason).
The ultimate price is LIBERTY translated to mean your freedom of choice and to live your life free of government interference. Still we believe we are free and scoff at those who live under oppressive governments such as Cuba’s and other communistic countries.
We in this nation are even so naive as to believe the cold war against communism ended. But, did it? Or, have the battle lines merely been changed? Answer the Ten Planks of the Communist Manifesto and compare to the above along with what you know.
If you do this, you will find the cold war against communism still exists, at least, for those of us who want liberty and complete freedom.
You see, the Planks are questions asked to determine if a country is communistic or not. To put it simply, we did not win the cold war. This country was simply assimilated within the communist structure that already existed. Thus, the need for the Iron Curtain was done away with.
As American citizens, our duty is to right the wrongs, including changes which have given the federal government power it does not have constitutionally. That is, unless you like being oppressed as all people living under communist or communist-like rule have been.
Are you an American citizen or are you nothing more than a US Government slave?
If you are an American, then where does your duty lie - to you and your fellow Americans or to the US Government?
