AT IT AGAIN, ARE WE, NEWT???

Well, here we go again. Newt Gingrich was allowed to get by with his highly questionable tactics of getting people to donate tax deductable funds intended for educational purposes and, then, using the funds for his own politically based needs, including three television shows.

Not only that, but dear old Newt also lied consistently about his activities which he said he didn't know were wrong. Once again, if he didn't know that what he was doing was illegal, why did he lie?

People with high integrity and innocence based on lack of knowledge of laws don't have to resort to lies. Only people who lack in character and integrity must resort to lying. So, although I hate harping on it - just why in the devil did he continue lying for two years, especially since the first time he was confronted with his misdeeds, he could easily have confessed to lack of knowledge then?

He elected not to do that but to continue with his lying. By doing so, didn't he confirm suspicions that he lacked in character and that he knew what he had done and was doing was illegal, immoral, and unethical?

So, our elite in Washington, our law enforcement organizations, the judicial system, and, possibly the worst of all, the people of this nation, let Gingrich get by with his transgressions.

But, he again has a chance to get down on the Democratic Pary, particularly Vice-President Gore at this time, for using government buildings for fund raising. Back on the band-wagon of accusing others while seemingly in an aura of innocence. Yeh, right, Newt.

To Gingrich -

Perhaps before you speak too loudly, Gingrich, you should clean your own house. The most effective way of doing that, of course, would be for you to demand a complete investigation of your own activities in the past and present, along with demanding the Reublican Party be fully investigated as to its fund raising practices.

While you are at it, also demand every politician in every state be fully investigated. Let's get rid of all who operate behind closed doors and to the public's detriment.

If you have such strong feelings about the Democrats' practices, the same should apply across the board, meaning, of course, to your party. Prove to the American people you and your party are innocent. Or, would the truth be damning?

If you aren't willing to do demand full investigations of all politicians, then you really don't believe in what you proport to be your feelings concerning fund-raising or any other illegal or unethical practice. It is nothing more than a political ploy attempting to turn people against the current administration.

But, then, again, Newt, you and I know you don't have any convictions concerning honesty, don't we?
