We do not have a honorable government working hard to protect this republic and serving the people in the capacity for which they were elected. Instead, what we have is a vicious, non-humanitarian government bent on establishing one hundred percent control over the people of this nation and, perhaps, all people on Earth. It is corrupted with its own power and cares little about the Constitution of the United States of America and wishes only to further its own power.
And, the people allow it. Why? Because we do NOT have a citizenry working hard to insure government only does what it is empowered to do by the people.
One of the most frustrating aspects of attempting to educate people as to the extent the federal (and State in many cases) government has removed itself from limits of the Constitution is the fact that people have been taught to believe other than what is truth.
The frustration is caused by the brain-washing being so complete and effective that rather than accept the truth of what is, they instead focus their anger on those who attempt to tell them the truth. False beliefs are hung on to with a vengeance, the same vengeance that should be directed against those put in Congress by election and the remainder of the federal government established through appointments and other means outside the control of the people.
All this does is help government since one of the primary tools the government has in meeting its agenda of oppression is keeping people divided. The greater the division, the easier it is to establish tyrannical control over people who should enjoy the the state of being “Free” our forefathers gave their lives and fortunes to ensure.
By keeping people divided, it is easy for the government to pass unconstitutional bills into law. We are too busy squabbling to pay attention. If you don’t believe this, you had best read legislation proposed and/or passed during the Republican’s vendetta against Clinton.
Of course, even though unconstitutional laws do not apply to the people of the 50 States, because of people falsely believing the government is all powerful, unconstitutional laws are treated as enforceable by people who should simply ignore them. That is, if they even know about the law being passed before being arrested for violating it.
Here is a matter of law. No citizen of the 50 States is subject to the jurisdiction of the federal government except in very limited specified situations, primarily dealing with privileged activities such as importing or earning foreign income.
Anyway, because of not paying attention to what government is doing, laws infringing on nearly every article in the Constitution and its amendments, are as common place as attorneys and courts who are only interested in the money they can earn rather than justice.
Most people are unaware of it, but there are often kick-backs to arresting officers, prosecutors, and judges who abuse the laws for their own self-serving interests (along with helping the government mislead and misinform people). The terrible criminal act of confiscating law-abiding citizens' properties for non-existent violations is now reaching epidemic proportions.
Further division is caused by people who use this cop-out: “What do I care - I don’t do anything illegal.” Those people are basically living their lives
without the slightest comprehension of what the nation is supposed to stand for.
These fools allow the government to steal from them and control nearly every act people should be able to enjoy without government interference. They have already submitted to tyranny and are as useless in fighting for liberty as tits are on a boar. They are beaten so they excuse away their own apathy.
Then there is the division the government and its media supporters are doing in order to keep the races apart. We once saw the fear government has of the races uniting and accepting one another as human beings. This man who was coming closer and closer to uniting black and white, was one of the
greatest men this nation has ever produced - and killed - Martin Luther King. Of course, we all know what happened to him and those who know government also know why it happened. (Again, what kind of investigation
can we get out of a government investigating itself?)
Division is also caused by idiots making statements such as “We must all pay our fair share.” What an ignorant attitude this is. Our founders were
extremely intelligent people who solved the problems of financing a central government. It was to be done through imposts, duties and excise tax placed on goods entering the country or imported to States, and the privilege of
certain income producing activities. When people buy the products or take advantage of a privileged occupation, their fair shares are paid.
The ‘fair share’ most of these un-American, un-Patriotic people allude to is the ‘income tax’ they have been taught to believe is the American Way. It, however, is NOT the American Way but is, instead, the antithesis. Nor does this illegal tax on citizens support the government in the sense of the governments’ financial responsibilities of protecting the Constitution, regulating commerce as in foreign or across states, and protecting the boundaries of the States
united as the Union.
But, try to get people to believe, first, the money is being stolen from them, and, second, it is not required to support the federal government. Try to convince them, instead, that the ‘dirty’ money goes to a bank foreign to the States for laundering. These people of little knowledge (or will to become knowledgeable), support a theft ring that is the greatest scam on Earth ever perpetrated and perpetuated by a central government.
It is even quite likely, at least initially, that people being told this will accuse the messenger of being crazy or a crazy radical or unpatriotic. The truth is, however, their ignoring or refusing to learn the truth is ‘radical’ and ‘unpatriotic’.
Currently being used in dividing the people of this nation is the 2nd Amendment, the right to keep and bear arms. Each of us has this right and until the Constitution is changed .... Actually, whether the Constitution is changed or not is irrelevant. We each as living beings have the right to protect ourselves, our families, our property, and each other by any means of arming available. We do not have to have a Constitution in support of this; it is God-given just as it is with all species.
Government falsifies information, keeps mainstream media from reporting facts, and, all in all, completely misrepresents the most effective crime control tool there is. That is to require every household maintain a loaded, ready-to-use firearm. This is fact, not conjecture. If your home has never been violated, then you should thank those who own firearms as it is most
probably part of the reason.
What I would like to see are a few of the women who have been convinced by the government that crime will cease if people were not armed have a choice. Let their little girls or themselves be in the position that sexual attack is imminent. There is a cell phone handy or a loaded firearm. Which would be reached for? Guess I would like to see Reno given the choice. What
would she do? Or other members of the Justice Department?
We know the answer from all those in government and many of the rich, no-common-sense civilians advocating gun control. They, of course, have armed guards, not armed with cell phones but with firearms, often of the automatic firing version. An example of such a dispicable person is Rosie O'Donnell who has shown she is brain-dead when it comes to reasoning.
First of all, let us consider -- Is the government’s war against crime real? Or is it merely a tool used by government to keep people divided and to further its cause in established absolute control?
I believe it to be the latter since facts are avoided like the plague plus government agencies break multiple laws every day, perhaps hundreds every minute of every day. Shoot, many in
government regularly associate with criminals, including killers and those responsible for perhaps hundreds of deaths. How many are arrested and convicted? “Duh”
Enter the ‘War against drugs’. What a farce. Neither the federal nor State
governments have the power to regulate drug production, drug use, drug sales, and so on unless a foreign country (importing) or interstate commerce is involved. Having the power to do so is a myth perpetrated by government and enforced by its terroristic actions against law-abiding citizens. It is a myth that also supplies the government a great deal of money for arming those in the world they want to arm, for claudestine operations, and other devious projects, such as hiring killers to take out those in opposition to their plans.
However, preservation of the myth by the government is also ideal for its purposes of keeping the people of this nation divided. Just as an example, if the government were so dead set on preventing people from using potentially harmful drugs, why is tobacco permitted? It kills between 450,000 and
600,000 people annually. That is more than all the other drugs, accidental shootings (including those by law enforcement), intentional shootings (including those by law enforcement), auto accidents, home accidents, murders, drunk driving, and so on combined.
Did you get that? It is more than all other sources put together. So, what’s the deal? If it were developed now, it
would be an illegal drug. But, citizens can’t even agree on actions against tobacco companies. Or, even if there should have been actions. Anyway, one end result of legislation has been to divide smokers from non-smokers. A small thing? Perhaps --- but it is indicative of far more damaging symptoms
of a nation going down the tubes.
Besides, what amendment to the Constitution gives the federal government the power to dictate to each of us what drug we may use or not use? We know it isn’t in the Constitution itself. We also know the 21st Amendment repealed the 18th because the prohibition of alcohol (a very damaging drug physically and a major contributor to deaths of innocents - actually, far more
than firearms) was unconstitutional.
As a matter of fact, until the federal government wished to infringe upon States' rights and the rights of individuals while increasing their own coffers (hundreds of millions are now brought annually into government official's hands through unlawful seizures and treating property as contributing to criminal activities), and establishing even greater control where it in reality has none.
Many people believe Al Capone was jailed for income tax evasion. But, that isn’t true. The tax he was jailed for evading was excise tax due on alcohol he was importing whiskey from Canada. Just another lie by those in government to scare
people into submitting to illegal income tax and social security tax.
Also keeping people divided is ‘for the good of the children’. What a bogus campaign this is. Family values and all sorts of ideas conveying to people
the government is concerned about the youth of this nation -- yeah, right - that is why a womanizing (outside of marriage), cocaine snorting, drunken fool, spoiled rich brat deserter from the military dumbass named Bush is a presidential candidate.
Also, guess that is why the government shorts youth in public (government) schools on the most important training of all - being able to think for themselves and the ability to read and
express themselves clearly. Government schools (ALL public schools) avoiding teaching the Constitution and the responsibilities of citizens sure makes it easier for the government to get away with its atrocities against liberty and the people of this nation.
Perhaps when they get on their flimsy soap boxes concerning ‘the good of the children’, we should confront them point blank. This is considering that members of government are some of the most family valueless people this nation has.
Immoral, unethical, illegal activities are engaged in regularly by nearly all of those in government. Just think of people supporting a person such as Bush who used cocaine for
over half his life (right up to his getting in the news as a potential for nomination), probably cheated to get through college, and certainly was or is a drunken philanderer. A few hundred witnesses to this could hardly be wrong. Plus, the written record clearly shows the guy deserted the military. But,
of course, most witnesses have been silenced now by one means or anther. The media isn’t telling the truth about this guy (Bush) as the media has its own interests at heart.
In assuring division, the nominees for president (also not done as the Constitution and amendments state how the process is conducted) are two losers, one each from the two major parties. So, what is the story behind the two? I can assure you, all is not as it appears to be. Our government is simply too corrupted to tell the truth. Those in the running are there by
design involving future planned activities of the federal government and its complete take-over of this nation.
People support these people without really knowing anything about them. Why? Gore may be intelligent but can people from other nations relate to him. Bush is a dummy that responds only as told to. Okay, okay. State one conviction the man has that he can clearly state himself and have the written record support. Just one.
Don’t say the 2nd Amendment. It is highly probable he didn’t know what the 2nd Amendment supports until his staff told him.
Don’t say education. His program failed miserably since Texas is 50th in educational effectiveness.
Don’t say making government smaller. Texas increase in government operating costs was 38 percent with him as governor.
Don’t say family values. He indicated his true values with his partying as governor and the multiple abortions to women he impregnated.
Don’t say the people of this nation. They, no more than the poorer people in Texas, has ever concerned him, nor ever will. That is the way with rich, spoiled brats.
Don’t say justice and conducting anti-drug and crime campaigns. He is a most serious violator of all three. His daddy bought him out of crimes he was arrested for, he used drugs and probably distributed them, which means he isn’t against crime, just against himself getting caught and convicted.
My point with this is this. Major parties divide the people intentionally. Get that - intentionally. If any of you believe the reason for the current presidential hopefuls is any other than related to future serving of party interests and special interest groups, you are as naive as those who believe the popular vote is important in a presidential election. And I suspect any Bush supporters will now deem me to be an idiot for speaking about ‘several-pickles-short-of-a-jar’ bushbaby. Division. That’s the key.
Study and then try to tell people the truth concerning the actual method for electing the president. Just more division between those who know the truth and those who choose to ignore or condemn the truth.
Try to rid ourselves of a government gone crazy. Will it be done by the vote since the only level in the federal government the vote means anything at all is electing congressional representatives and senators? I doubt it. Too many
people vote (another division tool) ‘straight ticket’ because their daddy did it and their daddy did it and so on. Talk about a no-brainer in determining
government.
Vote conservative. Vote liberal. Why trouble one’s self with
issues. Vote - that is the American way and your right. And never mind that liberal/conservative are one and the same to people in the government (except when misleading people).
Granted, the right to vote is every qualified citizen’s right and it is important. But, is that what it will take to reinstate this Republic? Don’t want to disillusion
you (well, actually, yes, I do), but the right to vote also led to the right to vote for corrupted people.
And, through the vote and this fallacy, we now have what is surely the most corrupted government on Earth. And, so, we take the ‘lesser of two evils’ or maybe the
most popular of two evils by the Electors (not you or me or the rest of the citizenry) and put them in the most important office of this nation.
Plus, it is common knowledge that Congress is full of felons. Add to this "full of traitors”. The US Government exceeds its jurisdiction with nearly every law passed or being considered, and those that have been passed in the last 50 to
100 years which are likewise non-jurisdictional over the sovereign States. Every person in Congress who voted for these laws are traitors to the Constitution and the American people.
And, we respond to an organization with people who violate their oaths of office, who freely violate the laws of Man and nature, and fail to tell the people the truth concerning the law-breaking by the government. These are the people we have legislating for our well being and state of being free.
Government ‘agencies’ which aren’t agencies but mere trusts established on soil foreign to the United States of America, terrorize people and enforce
laws that aren’t laws but are null and void for vagueness and
non-applicability to the 50 States.
Government agencies and non-agencies conduct cover-ups of government wrong-doings, invade people’s homes and attack them with firearms based on the presumption of guilt or fictitious charges or both, and, in the meantime, financial giants get wealthier while spilling part of this over into government members’ accounts, hidden or otherwise. The American Way??
So, is the vote enough? People may think of themselves as a “good” American because of casting a vote. But, I beg to differ. A good American meets his responsibility to this Republic which means constant vigilance is kept over the government and corrupt acts stopped before they begin. The
corrupted are forced out by any means necessary. This, we have surely failed in.
Are we going to continue to fail? If the vote can accomplish the necessary changes, then so much the better. However, in most elections, less than half of those eligible to vote, actually vote. And, of those, in my interviewing, 9
out of 10 vote a straight ticket and don’t have any idea of the issues. So, what do you think? Will we continue failing our nation and our liberty by simply voting? Or will simply voting straighten out all that is wrong?
Personally, I believe we will continue to fail our founders and this nation. This is particularly true if we allow the government to continue its task of keeping the people of this nation divided into factions. It is keeping the
populace too weak to confront the federal government on the same terms it is dictating and using - armed and prepared to kill.
Probably never thought of it like that, had you? But, the sad truth is this - government enforcers invading (breaking into) homes of law-abiding American citizens based on trumped up charges or the breaking of no laws
whatsoever (such as the web sites selling legal drugs over the Internet) are doing so while prepared to shoot to kill. It is the government's way, their modus operandi.
Thus, dozens of innocent people are terrorized, and often beaten or killed. Funny, isn’t it - no arrests or convictions even though it is murder when an innocent is shot and killed. And/or assault or just plain meanness that should be punished just as it is when civilians accidentally hurt or kill law
enforcement officers.
While we debate, talk, write, and so on, the government keeps on track to its ultimate goal. It doesn’t vary. Perhaps we need to take a lesson from it. Get on track by getting organized and devote energies to combating the enemy of
freedom and the United States of America.
This most potent enemy is, of course, the US Government and those that blindly fall into its pit of oppression.
