Why the devil haven’t any read the Constitution and interpreted it correctly, not as the Republican and Democrat coalition has butchered it? My gosh, this farce of an election, the too-sweetly named “Election 2000” isn’t constitutional to begin with, let alone all the voter fraud that has no doubt been perpetrated by both the Republicans and Democrats.
Let’s get one form of manipulative reporting out of the way. Here is a
headline sent out in an email alert by David Bresnahan. “CONGRESS TO
DECIDE PRESIDENCY”. Well, Congress can only
decide the presidency under these conditions: From
Article II, Clause 3:
As can be readily seen, this depends, however, on the election being done constitutionally, not as the bogus Federal Election Commission has changed it. The process of electing a president, and also vice-president has been Screwed Up Beyond All Recognition by this organization which aids the Republican-Democrat coalition in its quest to remain in power.
In other words, Congress hasn’t any power to decide anything concerning voter fraud and the many other election violations by both parties in Florida (and, no doubt other States as well). First of all, the election should be done as required by the Constitution. We would not now have this farce of an election over two people who clearly are not presidential material.
Lord, how did this nation arrive at primaries, naming running mates, and limiting the election basically to only two people? Well, it was done by a federal government convincing people that it has the power to change the Constitution to suit its will. It doesn’t, though.
And, neither does the media. What really gripes me are well-read
publications, writers, commentators, and news show hosts/mediators failing to read the Constitution and, hence, accept whatever those in government they support say or
write.
I have respect for those who research and attempt the truth but fail to do so because of an error in reading. However, I have utter disdain for those who become popular writers, reporters, and publications using their popularity to mislead by distorting the truth, lying about those they support by NOT printing the truth concerning them (Dummy Bush’s supporters are certainly guilty of this as none have kept at reporting his lying concerning his extremely shoddy past while condemning Gore for lying).
I also have utter disdain for those who fail to bring out and blast the public with the truth concerning the lying done by both the major parties. Heck, for every lie told by a Democrat, I will guarantee one or more Republicans have told the same or a very similar lie.
For every illicit sexual encounter by a Democrat, I will guarantee at least one or more Republicans have had the
same or similar sexual encounters (except possibly those involving abnormal acts by queers).
And, as for voter fraud, I guarantee that if the last several elections were thoroughly investigated, along with the Election 2000 Farce, that it would be revealed that both parties have historically engaged in voter fraud, fixing elections, manipulating polls, and so on. My gosh, does anyone believe the tricks used were just learned and practiced?
In regards to Florida, it is most likely that Florida was first manipulated by the Republican party since part of the Bush gang
runs Florida. Logic would seem to dictate this - as would the call between Bush and Bush with the nearly immediate result being a turn-around in Florida.
I also have contempt for those who ignore the fact that the ballot so incorrectly marked by Gore supporters was illegal to begin with, let alone that many voters admitted they meant to mark Gore but hit Buchanan instead. The plight of these voters seemed to fall on deaf Republican ears.
So tell me, ye seekers of truth - why have they forgotten those 3000 votes or so that would have put Gore over the top? 'Cause, for whatever reason they dreamed up, Republicans and many a media puppet want a dummy such as Bush to be president. Mere speculation now but history will bear out the truth.
So the media is doing as always - dropping off what it doesn’t want the public to concentrate on and, in the meantime, adding what it wants the public to think, whether it be accurate or not. And, it is not just a few; it is the majority doing so.
One thing, though, these popular media sources give me a wealth of information to write about, including their biased political reporting and manipulative techniques used on their readers. I can only say “Shame, shame, shame” and “May pox be upon them.”
Folks, wake up for just a moment. Gore-backing publications and campaign efforts, along with Bush’s past history of coke-snorting, alcoholic philandering and his violation of his oath of office as governor of Texas, prove Bush is not, I repeat, IS NOT PRESIDENTIAL MATERIAL.
Likewise, Gore has told enough lies, although all things that have been alleged by Republican backers to have been lies by Gore weren’t (including Gore’s involvement in helping to get the Internet available to everyone), that it is clear he has been involved in less than ethical exchanges and, furthermore,
he has violated his oaths of offices as a member of Congress and as the Vice-President. Thus, he also is not, I repeat, IS NOT PRESIDENTIAL MATERIAL.
Also, the Republicans and Democrats Parties alike have proved themselves to be corrupt and caring little about the common person, the rights of the individual, and the Constitution of the united States of America. They, as a group, have removed or very negatively affected our liberties our forefathers fought and
died for.
These parties have time and time again proved themselves to be increasingly corrupted and not doing what they were elected to do, which is primarily to protect the Constitution of the united States of America and defend its shores and the citizens of the 50 States, including commercially.
They are behind the increasing numbers of raids of private citizens homes, allowing organizations that do not have jurisdiction within the States other than as specified in the Constitution (damn the courts who use ‘commercial’
to mean anything other than the intent of the founders, especially since it is not in their power to do so) to effectively conduct acts of war against private citizens.
Thus, they have, that is the Senators and Representatives making up Congress, have repeatedly proved themselves to NOT be, that is, NOT BE CONGRESSIONAL MATERIAL. They do not support the Constitution regardless of their rhetoric, and all by voting unconstitutional bills into law have violated their oaths of office in regards to the 50 States. That, Ladies and Gentlemen, is treason against the 50 States, the united States of America.
Why aren’t publications who profess to be truthful actually truthful and telling the people of the full extent of unlawful (constitutionally speaking which is the highest, that is, the SUPREME law of the land) actions by government, including the
crappy unconstitutional means of electing the president which we are once again suffering from? Surely it must suit their own purposes to be so flagrantly negligent and do so with intent. That makes these persons and sources enemies of the citizens of this union of States.
It’s a KissAss World - I realize that. But, for media sources to kiss the butts of one person or party while condemning those who are doing the same to the other major party or its members is the standard hypocrisy so many of them speak of in later writings. What happened to those who will not kiss
the asses of the powerful but will, at great risk to themselves, state the truth?
Haven't any people in the media read the Constitution? Good God, why don't media people first get their heads on straight before they start knocking one party or the other. Treat the parties with the equal disdain both have earned.
In the case of the recent ‘election’ (and I use the term quite loosely), quit supporting a loser such as Bush (along with not supporting Gore) since a complete investigation would prove Republican voter fraud right along with allegations against Gore. Treat each party equally since you know as well as I both as corrupt as corrupt can be.
Also, why are votes being thrown out because of technicalities or for no truly valid reason. If a person votes who is a qualified voter, then the only good reason to throw it out is if the person was coerced to casting his vote a certain way. Then, he should be asked how he really wanted to vote. Perhaps this should be investigated rather than this crying over dummy Bush by biased publications.
And, to avoid any future weirdness, it is time the people of this nation force Congress to legislate only within the confines of the Constitution. This includes the election of the President and Vice-President. In doing so, unconstitutional laws will be repealed and the rights of the individual
restored, including knowing his vote will be counted.
That would be a dream come true. The US Government will be limited to its jurisdiction which will mean no more armed attacks on citizens outside its jurisdiction, including those by the IRS and BATF, FBI, and DEA. These federal terrorists groups could act only within their jurisdictions (which do not include the 50 States except in ports of entry, on federal property and in the event a citizen hires a non-resident alien to perform work for earnings).
If this election causes these results, then it has been worthwhile. But, if not, then we are no better off than we were before. Biased reporting will help the corrupted remain corrupted (why stop since the media supports it), help them
remain in office, and, in doing so, will increase their own coffers along with those of the politicians they support and lie for.
What I find extremely sad is that many writers who have focused on convincing people that Gore is a lie, cheat, and so on have forgotten what an unethical and just generally rotten person Bush is and the many, many lies told by him, his family, and his backers. Actually, most of his adult life as presented is a great big fat lie since he has not had any, or very few, positive accomplishments.
I did have the greatest respect for many of these writers as thinking people but now - just contempt. Great minds gone to waste and for what - a corrupt, coke-snorting drunkard, family-valueless being who hasn’t a positive accomplishment to his name (Dubya). Or, a rather unexciting man who is known to lie and is surely as corrupted as those in the opposition party and his own (Gore).
But, then again, maybe their minds aren’t so great especially with all that has been missed and/or not hammered on concerning Bush and the two major parties in general. Great minds just
can’t ignore the truth day-after-day for months since Intellectual Level One people could care less what others think but use information to arrive at eclectic resolutions reflecting all info, not just selected bits and pieces. And, regardless of consequences, are likely to state their conclusions with great passion.
In the case of Bush, had he been as shoddily treated as Clinton and Gore, no American with at least half a brain would have voted for him. But, mainstream media and the Republican Party hid his failings and the truth concerning his so-called “accomplishments” as governor of Texas and his many illicit activities (in truth a most vile list of violations, legally, civilly, or morally). Just politics as usual for the Republican Party and its media puppets.
Were the media required to do so - that is to eclectically assimilate and accommodate all the bits and pieces into a conclusive whole - it is obvious that the articles being written and the TV reporting would be a far cry from what is now being written or spouted by these reporters. They are too controlled by the necessity to sell their publication or network, political backscratching, and furthering their own careers to worry about inaccuracies they apparently enjoy presenting as truth to an apparently unsuspecting public.
So I ask again - Just when the devil are the people in the media going to read and study the Constitution so they can report accurately concerning bills and elections? Almost a funny question - especially since they care not about the constitutionality of the acts of Congress and those corrupted politicians they support and report on. Nope, these upstanding citizens responsible for reporting accurately to their fellow man in truth care only about their ratings and/or numbers of readers.
What a nation we have developed. Money determines the 'truth', not the facts.

After reading of this, I wrote a response and posted it. Since it is applicable to the above discussion, I decided to add it on since any Republican hearing will surely ignore the huge bias against Gore. It is the nature of the beast, a beast that must either be controlled or destroyed.
“...and if there be more
than one who have such Majority, and have an equal Number of Votes, then
the House of Representatives shall immediately chuse by Ballot one of them
for President; and if no Person have a Majority, then from the five highest
(the 12th Amendment changes this to the ‘three highest') on the List the said
House shall in like Manner chuse the President.”

I just read a short announcement that Rep. W.J. Tauzin (R-LA), chairman of the House Commerce Subcommittee on telecommunications, plans to hold hearings on the one-sided media coverage of the election. One must presume this will be a one-sided inquiry for his party, the Republicans. And never mind the huge media bias against Gore.
