Think about this. Again next April 15th, billions will again have been collected by the government even though direct taxation on citizens we all call "income tax" is unconstitutional. Millions of people will scurry to get kids social security numbers (so they can use as a deduction for the fraudulent system). It is primarily used as a means of tracking people under the guise of a "welfare" system and is a system that no citizen of the states is required to become a part of.
Congress will again raise its own pay even though they aren’t doing their jobs. Actually, the last 4 congresses since my interest beginning four years ago being stimulated by lying, cheating, stealing, etcetera, by members of Congress, have done nothing for this union of states except fall flat on their faces. They are incompetent except in removing rights of citizens. They are quite effective in this but - each and every new law, along with those that started in the 60’s or so during my lifetime, are unconstitutional.
In spite of their failing in their duties and violating their oaths, their pay has increased, I believe, four hundred percent or so.
But, We, the People of this nation, have allowed the District of Columbia, the federal government, to do as it wishes concerning violations of the Constitution and every right we are supposed to have. We have allowed it by not keeping constant vigilance on what the anti-freedom mongers have been doing. And that includes favorites, whoever they may be. (There is only one man in Congress that I know of who works diligently to protect the Constitution. His name is Ron Paul.)
But what, I ask, authorizes the federal government to cover-up the killings of at least 74 (I have read 80, 86, 76, so just consider it to be between 74 and 90) innocent people as they did in Waco? Yes, the evidence is now quite clear that the FBI started the killing and ended it with fire bombs and an out-and-out attack by a military/FBI against American citizens on American soil. But, is the media letting it out? Only a few and they aren't mainstream.
See, it doesn’t matter to most media sources whether anything is the truth - the only thing that matters is whether or not it sells their particular form of conveying statements to the public, be it the written word or over the airways.
Thus, a lot of innocent people were killed in order to make sure no witnesses could testify against the FBI. And do you really think they did so without authorization from their bosses, the Congress of the United States or at least the powerful members who can order any person's death any time (and, of course, make it look like an accident or protecting us against criminals)?
And what of the media and other law enforcement agencies that are aiding the government in covering up facts concerning our rights? Why, the same place as before, standing in line for favors from members of Congress and, ultimately, the full Congress itself as legislation proceeds that will help them.
Just when, I ask, will enough actually be enough? When are the people of this nation going to rise up and say, "We have had enough. We want our Constitution IN FORCE AS WRITTEN. We want no more government cover-ups. We want a federal government controlled by the people with said government meeting it Constitutional duties.
We want no more of using falsehoods to convince people of other than the facts in order to gain additional controls over the people and to remove the means of blocking the government from its unconstitutional activities. We want every article, every clause, every amendment observed. IT IS OURS, NOT YOURS!!!!
The fact is, as an example of this government distorting the facts or just plain lying out their butts, in every area of every state and every area of the world which allows the right to carry concealed weapons, crime has gone down, including those done with firearms.
The fact is in areas that weapons have been removed, all forms of crimes have increased including murder with firearms.
The fact is the premise of the government and its media lackeys in pushing for gun control is totally, without a doubt, false, and based only on their desire to have totalitarian control over the people of this nation.
Now, this government which is supposed to defend our rights is going to try to get a bill passed that will allow government agents, you know, those ARMED bullies, to break into your home when you aren’t there, go through your computer, and extract or destroy any material they want. They are using the usual premise, crime control by getting by encrypted information, but it is just the SOS (same old ____ or ‘stuff’ to those of you who prefer less graphic language).
We, if we don’t stop them, will have every area of our lives raped and plundered. You already have given up much of your rights to privacy when you allowed law enforcement officers to have spot checks. Stopping innocent people in their travels is against constitutional rights. The sad part is, if a person doesn't satisfactorily handle the government Gestapo, (the police, highway patrol, sheriff’s deputies), the person may be taken to jail since every spot check is based on the presumption of guilt.
Really, what right does any butthole have to stop you as you drive along a highway or city street if you are doing nothing wrong? Absolutely no right and the laws that have been passed are unconstitutional. But we allowed it to happen!!!
If steps aren’t taken to stop them, get ready for the butt reaming of your life because you will not have any rights left. And it will be done by the most over-paid, corrupted governing body this nation has ever seen. The last major leader that I know of that might have tried to stop it was JFK and I guess you know what happened to him.
Never, ever, will any person in government convince me that JFK wasn't assassinated by the federal government. It was a conspiracy and one day the truth will out.
Ron Paul of Texas (unbelievable to me is he is a member of one of the major parties) is doing what he can but can he stop his associates in Congress? Not without the support of the people, support that makes demands to representatives and Senators to defend our rights; to do away with every law interfering with those rights and constitutionally defined means of supporting ourselves and pursuing happiness. Supporters of liberties must clearly state to elected officials: YOU ARE OUT THE NEXT ELECTION or sooner if we can force your impeachment for violating your oath of office.
A virtually unknown, unpublicized law is Title 18, Section 241. It prohibits any conspiracy to remove constitutional rights. Whether it can be applied to Congress is still under research by myself and I believe it to be valid. Here is the first paragraph:
Here’s the deal, People. We must stop the federal government from abusing its powers and giving itself powers that were never delegated by the People. If the above may be a tool, it would be great because every member of Congress, of the Executive Branch, and of the Judicial Branch could be held accountable.
In the research I have done to date concerning aspects of the Constitution and rulings, I have found the Court usually interprets in favor of the people, not the government.
The court knows, however, that personal income taxation is not constitutional and is not publicizing it. It also knows you are committing perjury when you fill out a 1040 and W-4 but doesn’t convict you so the government can keep your money. And, it hasn't taken appropriate actions to alleviate the theft (in a sense) of your money, not in the 83 years since determining the 16th Amendment did not change the means of supporting the federal government and the only taxation of citizens allowed. So, maybe it doesn't do the right thing.
If we don’t take control now and quickly, your children - at the least - your grandchildren might as well be living in Gestapo Germany because there will not be any difference. [As if there is now since law enforcement agencies break into people’s homes, terrify them (maybe even kill since that could be easily covered up as with Waco), beat the crap out of innocent people on the highways and by-ways of our nation, and don’t even so much as apologize, let alone provide restitution for their mistakes.]
So, you remember this the next time you approach a traffic-stopping inspection in which you are presumed guilty with law enforcement ready to take maximum action against you should you mistakenly appear to be reaching under your seat or down to your side.
Remember it as you are spread-eagle on the pavement, in the dirt, or on your living room floor while law enforcement rifles through your belongings, maybe to assure your innocence (which is also crap since they do not have the power to make the decision) or to plant drugs or whatever in your possessions in order to arrest you, take your property (including your money and liberty>, and perhaps then beat you because you protest and offend the goons with badges.
Think it doesn’t happen?? If you do, you had best start reading and paying attention to what is going on. Your government and its enforcement agencies are doing it daily. And all in the name of preventing crime. Jeez, what a crock of crap.
You may think it doesn’t matter to you about illegal searches, stopping you as you go about in your pursuit of happiness, paying this bunch of legalized thieves thousands of your hard-earned dollars every year since you obey the laws.
But, what laws are you talking about - those that serve the people or those that serve the government? Ten to one, you are most afraid of those that serve a government bent on total control of the people and the states they live in, not the everyday laws applying to, let’s say, your everyday basic crimes such as killing, theft, and the like.
Those laws you fear are all unconstitutional and are those laws that serve the government. They, with their threats of stealing your money, your property, even your lives, are controlling you and preventing you from demanding your constitutional rights, your unalienable, God-given rights.
And, Ladies and Gentlemen, to put it in the vernacular the clods in Washington have come to use and will most certainly understand, that flat-ass sucks.
