One of the first is the fact that the central government is only made up of a very, very low percentage of the total people. What percentage, you might ask. About 2 ten-thousandths of 1 percent. I arrived at this figure with the consideration of 535 people in Congress, two in the Executive Branch, and added to it the five super-super wealthy (primarily foreign) who control them. It might be ten but would not significantly change the percentage. Even if a hundred controlling the government behind the scenes (you know, from back alleys and the like), the percentage would still only be 2.5 ten-thousandths of 1 percent.
Also, I didn’t bother with the Supreme Court since it cannot interpret nor be involved in making laws - in this day and age, it simply does what it is told by the powers that be.
But, it is said the people of the 50 states have ultimate control. The Constitution is written to retain the power of these people and limit the power of government, central or otherwise. At least, that is what is said.
This government known as the United States, separated both philosophically, contractually and geographically from the people, has extremely limited power over the people who are citizens of the States of the Union known as the United States of America. It does have extreme, dictator-like power over those within its jurisdiction, meaning those who are citizens of the District of Columbia, possessions, and federal properties.
Contrary to 20,000 or so laws, the Constitution guarantees American citizens the right to keep and bear arms, a right that may not be abridged by the federal government, nor any other government. We have the basic unalienable right to protect ourselves by any means necessary and to arm ourselves sufficiently to do so.
This is not so much to protect ourselves from citizens gone astray but to protect ourselves against the federal government when it imposes its non-jurisdictional dictates upon the people.
So, why aren’t we? The government accomplishes its control by fear of retribution, including armed attacks, against those who oppose its unconstitutional acts. The people fear to take up their arms and the government reinforces this fear by incidents of internal war such as that conducted against the Davidians in the Waco massacre. No matter what any government investigation determines, Waco was an intentional government act to prevent others from doing as the Davidians did.
The government killed every witness to its final terroristic acts and buried as much evidence as possible of its illegal, violent, acts of war against innocent citizens. These brave Americans, falsely accused, stood up to the federal government and its might. And they were, of course, butchered for doing so.
Why did we citizens who are armed not flock to Waco to help those fellow citizens in need of protection against the onslaught of federal tyranny? Why did we not take up our arms and protect the innocent, men, women, and children? Is it because we believed the government was right or because we live in fear of the federal government?
Why are we not using our arms when innocent, unarmed people are gunned down by federal agents, whether they be DEA, FBI, IRS, local law enforcement (including highway patrols, city police, or sheriffs and their deputies) or any of the other now militarily trained law enforcement killers for hire by or in the employ of the government? Why do we not hunt down these killers of the innocent and either bring them to justice or kill them in the attempt?
For example, how about the two young people shot to death by nine federal DEA agents. The two young people were not armed and did not show any other threat than trying to get away. But, the agents opened up and fired 20 shots into their vehicle killing both. Granted, one was a very small time drug dealer but the other was not. He was merely a friend getting a ride.
I am, of course, speaking of the murders of Earl Murray and Ronald Beasley.
I maintain it was murder since it is a fact that the pair were UNARMED, not a
weapon between them. But, the dip speaking in defense of the agents’ stated
that it was ‘unintentional but not a mistake’. To that, I can only say
“BULL”. It was intentional and it was murder. One does not fire at other
people multiple times at close range unless intending on killing the
targets.
The third were ladies at work who are really afraid to be stopped by any law
enforcement officer due to all the innocent people that have been killed
or terrorized by law enforcement agents who would shoot first based NOT
on a threat against their lives but, instead, on any movement. They told me
of a case of a pregnant woman getting shot to death just for reaching for her
purse. (No particulars but I believe them.)
Then, there are the major deceits and frauds perpetrated by government, the
largest being the dreaded ‘federal income tax’. Get this straight. The IRS has
no jurisdiction over any citizen of the 50 states unless they have a foreign
income (in excess of $76,000 for the year 2,000). It is not an agency of the
US Treasury Department and never has been. And, yet, it terrorizes innocent
people, takes property freely, ruins lives, and acts as a terrorist unit willing
and able to kill.
And, federal tax courts support it and make rulings that are in direct
opposition to those made by the Supreme Courts and the Constitution of the
United States. The fraud and deceits do not end here, however.
Your so-called tax money, including Social Security (a separate fraud) goes
to an independent bank, the Federal Reserve Bank. If the money was tax
money, it would be placed in the Treasury. But, it is not and, therefore,
cannot be placed in the Treasury.
The stolen money is, instead, deposited with the Federal
Reserve Bank (again, a non-government, non-U.S. of A. privately owned business) to cover the debt created by the government allowing this bank to buy federal notes at the rate of $230 per million (buying 10,000 one hundred
dollar notes at 2.3 cents per note) and then allow the notes to develop full
face value. And guess who is the collateral - that’s right - the citizens of the
States.
Thus, money stolen from you is placed in the Federal Reserve Bank to take care of the instant debt created by the bank purchasing the notes that, once purchased, develop full face value. In other words, the bank pays 2.3 cents
for a hundred dollar note which creates an immediate debt to the bank of roughly $99.97, or a debt of $999,730 per million face value of notes.
Do I need to repeat this again??
Businesses who are ignorant of the statutes withhold money for these clods
who would happily take every dime from you. No business is required to
withhold unless there are earnings by a foreigner or foreign earnings from a
country with which the US has a tax treaty. But, your government has lied to
you and caused you to believe businesses are required. And the ignorant
help.
And, what of people who know the government has - and is - lying. Why do
not all stand together and sue the IRS for all funds taken through the years?
After all, the IRS isn’t an agency of this country. And, for certain, the
Federal Reserve Bank is not protected against a class action suit. Instead,
they take it. The answer - FEAR RULES
Speaking of the government, it has ruled that Microsoft has violated anti-trust
monopoly laws. But, what of the IRS? Or the Federal Reserve Bank? Or,
the federal government itself which has been ruled to be a corporation? Or
petroleum companies which control all gas and heating fuels? Or, the few
tobacco companies that exist? Or local banks (try to start one). Or utility
companies (also, try to start one in your area)? Are these not violating
anti-trust monopoly laws?
If you own plantable ground, grow tobacco to sale within your own
community and see what happens. Tobacco is an absolute monopoly
controlled by the government so it is no wonder the tobacco industry gives
so much to government entities in the form of “contributions” and perks.
I don’t have an answer to Robert Henderson of England who asked me a
question concerning the right to keep and bear arms. For your edification,
the 2nd Amendment exists one reason and one reason only -- To protect
ourselves against a federal government likely to run amok. Thus, Mr.
Henderson asked me:
“The point I always make to Americans who favour
gun-ownership is this: fine, I agree with you. But you have widespread
gun ownership now. Yet very rarely does anyone use their guns to stop
abuse by the state authorities or the Feds. In what sense are your guns
a guard against the state or federal abuse?”
Mr Henderson has a very good point. The federal government continues its
quest to assure itself all the people of this nation are in its servitude. And,
the people at large take it in spite of being armed.
Don’t believe it? Well, you now work half the year to pay taxes. To put this
in perspective, the first half of your day, you are working for free. If that
isn’t servitude, I don’t know what is. Half your working life to allow the
federal government to take your earnings at any rate it desires. Work 40
years and 20 were spent as a government slave. And it is based on fraud and
deception. That, Folks, is ”involuntary servitude” and is prohibited by the 13th Amendment.
But, maybe the 165,000,000 who are capable of defending the freedoms God
gave us will develop the determination to defend those freedoms. If not, we
are lost as a Republic.
After further consideration, I do have an answer to Mr. Henderson. It is as
follows:
We, the people of this nation, do not have the guts
our forefathers had. We do not have the guts to fight against tyranny
regardless of the source. We are rapidly becoming a nation of sheep
lacking the ‘eye of the tiger’ and the internal fortitude to stand up for
our rights.
And, therefore, Robert, I am afraid it does us little good to have arms
we do not use in defense of the very amendment that guarantees the
right to have and bear arms. Nor to take action against agencies which
do innocents great harm, such as the dozens of law-abiding people
intimidated, destroyed or murdered by armed government
agencies.
It appears, Robert, it is just easier to be an American slave than to be
the master over tyranny.
But, then again, maybe the government will do something so terrible
that it will enrage the people to the degree that those arms do become
used in defense against the government. Then, the answer as to why
the 2nd Amendment must be protected will be made quite clear.
Let us pray there are many shepherds lying in wait to
defend the sheep from the wolves of tyranny.
