There are those who no doubt have friends, family, and associates who have expressed fear for their well-being. Why? Is it because they engage in a dangerous occupation? Or dangerous hobby?
For most, it would be relatively easy for most people to give up a dangerous passtime in order to relieve the fears of those who have concern for them. But, there are activities causing the concern that are not so easy to give up. What activities do I speak of? Read on.
During the 1995 presidential primaries and election, I, for example, became incensed with the actions of politicians and mainstream media moguls in their biased reporting. In regards to politicians, it became painfully obvious they were (and are) as full of BS as any conman. They change as quickly as
the weather in the midwest to whatever they perceive will cause voters to back them (as if it makes a difference in presidential elections).
As for mainstream media, its only purpose is to present information (factual is of little importance) that those who control it want stated. Facts, if any, are usually distorted. Reports are often completely fabricated. The media is a tool
used by the powerful to manipulate the thinking of the masses.
Truth in reporting is as much of a myth as those in government being concerned about the masses. It would be easy to bring up individuals who epitomize the corruption in government but we all know it is the norm rather than the exception. Thus,
the negative connotations concerning "politician" and the lack of faith of the masses in the governing bodies, be they local or the separate entity, the United States Government.
If one forgets one’s political affiliation with either of the major parties for a moment, one can clearly see that what one party does, the other does. There isn’t any real difference between the two parties; there are only differences in
the perceptions people have of the two parties.
Both are directed to the same ultimate goal - complete totalitarian control not only over the people of this
nation, but those of the world.
Statements such as these are not made lightly. Hundreds of hours of study are behind the conclusions reached after much gut-wrenching analysis. You see, I thought I was a free person, a person able to control my own destiny and my behaviors because I am a citizen of the United States of America, home of the free.
I thought I had a Constitution written and accepted in which my God-given rights are protected. It is a document founded on principles I volunteered to fight and, possibly, die for. That has not changed but has, instead, intensified. And this is the source of concern of people who care for me.
What I have found in my studies is that very few of the laws enacted by Congress and other levels of government are constitutional. Very few can be applied to the people of the 50 states due to separate, distinct jurisdictions.
Very few local ordinances can be applied to free, innocent citizens within the limitations established by the Constitution.
Courts, including higher courts, base rulings not on the law but on what those in government determine to be law or by which lawyer presents the best case, be it based on legal fact or not.
In thousands of cases, the "rulings" are based not on statutory or legal fact, but, instead, on fraudulent interpretations and
exceeded limitations placed on government. Thus, dozens of dozens of laws are null and void in regards to American citizens (meaning those people who are citizens of the 50 states).
In example, the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 enacted a penalty for filing a frivolous income tax return. This penalty is codified at IRC S6702. The penalty is $500.00 which is immediately assessable. The taxpayer need not be given any advance warning before assessment.
To challenge the penalty, the taxpayer must pay 15 percent of the penalty and file for a refund with the IRS. And there are instructions for appeal. This has been upheld as meeting due process.
To that, anyone having read the Constitution knows this is pure crap and should not be allowed as the 4th, 5th, 10th, 13th, and, in the case of a naturalized citizen or permanent resident alien, the 14th Mendments. Amendments are violated, let alone exceeding the limits placed on the federal government.
The purpose is to stop wasting court’s time concerning tax positions of citizens as it might delay or impede the administration of the tax laws. (To that, I ask - how about the earnings of people being taken fraudulently - why no concern with it?)
Well, first of all, Congress cannot pass a law of this nature which affects the people of the 50 states. That is, constitutionally. But, the Constitution and its provisions, even though it is the highest law of the land, is of little value to
government and paid lackeys including federal judges and others who do as the government orders without question.
Second, few everyday people, meaning those of us who fall into the "masses", are ‘taxpayers’. We are all tax payers (meaning we pay taxes such as sales, excise, and duties) but are not taxpayers as defined in the Code.
Actually, unless a citizen of the 50 states employs a non-resident alien or has earnings from a foreign source, little of the Code is applicable . Georgraphic source of earnings determines gross income {26 CFR, S1.861-8(3)(11)(f)}
which determines taxable income in the code. If you lack taxable income as defined in the Code, you are not a taxpayer.
Third, the Constitution guarantees the right of a trial by jury, be it in a criminal or civil court. It also guarantees that your property may not be seized without due process of law. Due process dictates a trial and a decision by a jury, if you elect a jury trial.
And, yet, the ‘frivolous return’ statute was enacted concerning a requirement placed on citizens which does not exist as interpreted by the IRS (actually, a foreign trust, not an agency of the United States of America). Tax preparers and attorneys who apparently don’t know the Constitution, the Code, statute
construction, or ignore them for the benefit of their incomes, support this conspiracy spear-headed and controlled by federal and state governments.
For you politically biased, stuck-in-a-rut diehard party members, it has been both of the major parties perpetuating the myth “income tax as imposed on citizens of the 50 States”, not just the current administration. It started ong before Clinton was born, in 1913 with the unlawful Federal Reserve Act by Wilson.
Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution states that Congress does exercise control over the District of Columbia, the ten square miles of the District of Columbia, a geographic source that is, in reality, foreign to the 50 states (doesn’t have a star on the flag, does it?). Laws that are made for it do
not apply to the 50 states unless permission to do so has been ratified in the form of a constitutional amendment.
Furthermore, the proposed amendment may NOT be repugnant to existing articles or amendments. Thus, e.g., for the 18th Amendment to no longer be in force and the Constitution avoiding contradicting itself, the 21st Amendment first had to repeal the 18th. This was done in Section 1 of the amendment.
Which leads to the problem with the 16th Amendment. Applicable clauses in the Constitution remain in force unless repealed. Since the 16th caused the Constitution to contradict itself, it did not expand the taxing powers of Congress and Article I, Section 9, Clause 4 (no direct capitation without apportionment) remained in effect.
If the 16th had repealed A1, S9, C4, then direct tax without apportionment would have been accepted by the States of the Union. It did not do so and, thus, the 16th did no more than support what was already in force; that is, clarify the tax allowed by the Constitution.
The highest court determined it is an excise tax, an acceptable form of taxation as it is uniform and does not rely of apportionment. Any statute based on non-existent powers of Congress is, of course, ridiculous and should be immediately removed. Such laws violate the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution, and affects our liberties.
One can determine the ‘frivolous tax law’ violates no less than five (5) articles of the Constitution and six (6) amendments.
So how is the government and its ‘non-agency’, the IRS, able to do this? FEAR.
The American people have been taught to fear the federal
government. It has been taught by citizens’ properties being taken illegally and in violation of every legal, moral and ethical laws most of us would like our chidren to develop.
We have been taught FEAR by government bullies from the IRS NOT simply knocking on peoples’ doors requesting the reason for not filing but, instead, busting in and terrifying the people into compliance.
We have been taught fear by courts of the federal government (or controlled by the federal government) deciding against the citizen in favor of the most crooked organization that has ever existed. The mafia are pansies compared to the government forces instilling fear in our people.
We have been taught fear by a government that hires hitmen to take out those who disagree with them or stand up to them. Waco and Ruby Ridge, and many other situations, should have been a wake up call to all Americans, not just those fighting for our liberties in a non-violent manner.
We are taught fear of the feds through cases such as James Sanders and his reporting the cause of Flight 800 going down was a government screw up which led to a monstrous cover-up of its own mistake. And by the huge number of witnesses to the event threatened or coerced to not talk. And, of course, by the Justice Department fabricating, changing, removing (it did all
three of these at Waco, also), or planting evidence.
So, we who are learning the truth of the depth of corruption of this government of ours. Forget that - instead, this government of theirs. We are learning the truth of its invasions into our privacies, the stealing of our property (our earnings and in thousands of cases, material assets), enacting laws that actually only affect its residents and territories.
We are learning of its use of instilling terror in the people of the sovereign, separate states into complying with the laws, accepting the monetary system that is making trillions for government's foreign banking friends, the election system that is probably fixes elections well in advance of any vote by the public, controlling the media, a Justice Department that does not
deliver justice but will do whatever necessary to protect the government’s wrong-doings and interests, the truth behind wars we have been in, and the everlasting, never changing lying that goes on by politicians.
My mother fears for me. I do, too. But, I fear more for the fate of this nation. With those who now control because of the American people’s complacency, our children’s children will not have a liberty left. Freedom will not ring out loud and clear - it probably won’t even be a dull thud.
I also fear for this nation because of family members, friends, and associates that would rather accept the lies because of fears of retribution against them than search to find out the truth and, then work to force the government into its constitutional "place".
We are approaching the same socialism as Nazi Germany and will be there when feds break in and shoot innocent people in order to steal their firearms from them. Dread the day - it will come.
Geez, I just realized. It wasn’t for firearms necessarily but they have broken in and/or violated people’s rights thousands of times and have killed innocent people. We no longer have to wait, including the most recent case, Elian.
Since I do believe in the freedom of Man, and the Constitution of the United 50 States of America, I must do what I can to assure the government does away with every unconstitutional law as applied to the 50 states. I could care less what it does to its own residents of the District of Columbia, the
possessions, and federal property; that is up to their residents to control laws affecting them.
We must not be RULED by FEAR. We must be governed as it was intended, with the rights of the individual remaining supreme with the powers of a central along with lesser governments limited exactly to what was accepted and delineated in the Constitution.
We must live in liberty with government protecting those liberties with their very lives, if necessary. I remember during my youth one of my favorite characters fighting for (now
nearly non-existent) "Truth, Justice, and the American Way" -
God, Superman, where are you?
