To get by one problem first, the Federal Election Commission (FEC) has changed the method of electing the president and vice-president so that it is NOT the system as designed and recorded in the Constitution of the united States of America and amendments thereof.
The system the FEC has people believing is the correct process for the election of these high officials is a system to preserve the two major parties, the Democrat and Republican, and protect these controlling parties from the potential of being replaced by third and fourth parties.
Writers in popular publications have discussed and explained the process being used but failed to explain the unconstitutionality of the process as it is now being done. Makes me wonder if these writers can read and interpret what is read or if they have actually read the Constitution and its amendments. Or if they also have a hidden agenda.
But, that is not the problem this deals with directly. It is related, though, so keep in mind the election of the President and Vice-President is done so as to preserve one of the two major parties remaining in power. It is easy to prove. Any person who can read at the tenth grade level or so can read the Constitution and detect the fallacies of the current on-going election process.
What has led me to arrive at my title conclusion are discussions with people and the oft heard expression: “Well, here we are electing the lesser of two evils
again” as if the two people are the only choices possible. Couple this with the understood belief that the system being used is the correct one. Then, add to these the concept that having to decide between two unquestionable “evils” is constitutionally out of the control of
the people.
I have heard the dispicalbe expression the last several elections - actually, in all but the election in which JFK became president. Could be I simply didn’t talk to the
right people at the time or, since I knew the crap newspapers printed was just that - crap - I never read newspapers until the last five years. So, maybe JFK was also the “lesser of the evils”.
However, I don’t think so since he was murdered ten days after threatening Congress that he was going to tell the American people the truth (not absolutely certain but think the truth he was going to tell dealt with the Federal Reserve Bank and it relation to the income tax fraud).
So, I could easily presume he was only evil to controlling factions in the Congress - or the controlling wannabe tyrants in the Democrat/Republican party coalition. Don’t ever doubt that these two parties, that is, the controlling factions of the parties, do not work together in assuring their goal of dominion over the American people takes place. It is part of the
‘behind-closed-doors’ Washington politics that always result in the rights of the American people being diminished - or outright destroyed.
There is a very upsetting lack of activity by the media, including once again those that state they tell the truth. What a crock that is. The lack of activity is the fact that so many are focusing on alleged lies of Gore while ignoring the most drastic hypocrisy I have seen in my 40 some years of being aware of the deceits of government.
Of late, these deceits and hypocrisies are especially seen in those peoplein the highest offices of the land, including the Congress and Executive Branches of government. These concern me the most since they have the most import on my life and my liberties.
So, just what is it that is bothering me so much?
There is a man running for president besides Gore who has behaved in a most despicable manner for quite possibly all his over-protected, spoiled-brat life. He has used drugs for at least 30 years, including the abuse of alcohol. If reports are correct, he has fathered at least two children outside his
marriage that resulted in abortions. He, needless to state, has been a philanderer and exhibited many other anti-social behaviors relying on his daddy’s money and power to get him out of trouble.
When caught with cocaine and who knows what else, the record was
stripped clean. Instead of going to prison with others who had lesser violations, he was assigned community service which, knowing his pattern of irresponsibility, were never completed except on paper by his daddy’s friends in government and law enforcement agencies.
His record as governor is as shoddy as is his record for partying while governor. If he were as scrutinized as President Clinton has been the last seven years, it is likely that his offenses to family values, to education, to the poor people in Texas, to clean air standards, to ethics, morality, and not
knowing the difference between right and wrong would fill volumes of books.
This man is not a positive role model and never will be. He is the epitomy of the spoiled rich brat syndrome which knows no limits to anti-social behaviors.
And, yet, this person is deemed to be of presidential material by millions of what must be really dumb Americans who haven’t the foggiest notion of how to obtain facts and make a decision based on facts, by dozens of political writers who must be intending on getting their backs scratched in some way by the Republican Party, and the people controlling the Republican Party members in Congress and other government offices,
whether it be special interest, high dollar bribery prone companies or organizations, or Republican representatives or senators.
Have all forgotten the Republican vendetta against Mr. Clinton? Dole, probably still controlling behind closed doors, stated in 1991 following his party’s loss to Clinton that he would get his party back together and do everything possible to prevent Clinton’s administration from accomplishing anything.
The party did try every dirty handed method possible, from trying to make him criminally responsible for questionable business deals to illicit sex. This was done as if none of the Republicans behind the conspriracy had questionable business deals in their pasts and had never engaged in immoral sexual acts. Note: Contrary to what they might believe, oral sex is a sex act. Intercourse isn’t the only sex act.
Now, let’s go through just some of the party’s attempts at destroying Clinton. First, let’s consider his trying of marijuana. My gosh, you would have thought the guy was mainlining, not just trying a drug which is not addictive
on one, two , three, or more uses.
I know it is not extremely addictive because I tried the drug on seven different occassions as that is how many tries it took me to ‘feel’ the effects. Once I felt the effects enabling me to be able to talk effectively about the effects, I never used it again.
Now, do I feel as if I am a drugger? Not hardly. But, if I am, then I suspect nearly all of Congress is, too. Did my trying it result in my students becoming users? No. But, could’ve it? Possibly. But they would have to have known I tried it. And they didn’t.
However, once the Republican Party forced Clinton to admit he had tried marijuana one time (and no other times could be found), suddenly he was responsible for the increase in drug use by teens. Never mind that the greatest increases in teen drug use were during the Reagan and Bush era.
Hell, all at once Clinton was even responsible for all the apparent decline in family values and, never mind once again, that the greatest declines in family values occurred during the twelve years of Reagan and Bush.
Now, compare this to BushBaby. He abused alcohol and probably still does. Not only that, but witnesses, and not just a few but hundreds, can verify his heavy use of cocaine for three decades. The guy was a rich brat partier just like you see in the movies. He abused the illegal drug and he abused and scoffed at the laws concerning the drug. And, he might well have led to dozens of people using the drug.
Unlike marijuana, however, cocaine is highly additive. Now, unless the guy has been without anyone knowing it, he has not been treated and I personally don't believe he has the inner strength to break the addiction on his own without professional help. Also, if prison guards are correct in what prisoners report to them, the need to use the drug doesn’t go away without treatment.
And, what of those he may have misled into using the drug?
If reports have been correct, it is very possible - perhaps even probable - that he also supplied the drug to other people and contributed to their usage or possibly their initial uses of the drug.
As far as use goes, does anyone know for sure the guy isn't still using the drug? He has lied and his party has lied consistently about Bush's use of the drug. He didn't want secret service people around but was forced to allow it. He disappeared on weekends, so to speak. Why? Perhaps to snort in privacy or with a few selected friends.
But, whether he is still using or not (and I suspect a complete investigation would show he is or at least was up until possibly six months ago) isn’t the point. The point is that a one time experimentation by Clinton was treated as being the downfall of teen society and society in general. But, now the Repubican
Party, its media backers, and close to half of polled voters think that Bush’s heavy use and actions while under the influence of the drug is okay and won’t lead to increased use by teens. Someone certainly needs to try to see daylight and I don’t think it is me.
Also, this non-leader of men was arrested for having the drug and possibly giving it to others but not treated as probably 300,000 or more in prison were treated. Those I speak of were prosecuted and imprisoned for lesser offenses than those of Bush. At least 60 percent were just light users of illegal drugs, primarily marijuana, and were prosecuted and put in prison for years.
Don’t figure - except that Bush’s mommy and daddy are wealthy and those in prison aren’t, nor are their families. Or, at
least not as infamous (yes, I am intentionally using infamous as the truth has outed or soon will)and politically powerful as the Bush clan is.
So what else is new? Does anyone really believe every person is equal in the eyes of the law? Not when the law has been frigged up beyond all recognition as it has by the government (FUBAR for you current or ex-military people) and its courts. Contributing to the mayhem against justice is the government's law enforcement organizations, and, of course, crooked, ignorant judges who believe they have the power to interpret law and rule against the Constitution and all that is held of value
concerning the common law this nation was founded on.
Before I go on, just a word about case law. Case law does not determine what is lawful. The people do. Case law actually does more to hinder justice than to apply it. Case law is often wrong as it is determined by attorneys interested in making additional money and by judges who like to force their power on others. This is a Republic and correct, proper law is determined only by the people and what they set as law along with what is set by the laws of God. And, it really doesn’t mean a tinker’s damn as to what some judge has said in a previous ruling. The people have the power, not the judge.
Because it is set by the people and duly supported in the Constitution, it is set around the rights of Man not being interfered with. Thus, victimless crimes are not crimes nor should they be treated as such. My owning an army tank does not interfere with the rights of any other person. Thus, it is legal and right for me to do so. Common sense should be the rule rather than the stupid analyses by so-called ‘experts’.
If I choose to sniff cocaine (which I don’t since I don’t have the need to alter my mental state in the manner people such as dummy Bush does) at home, it doesn’t interfere with anyone else or their rights. Even if I do so publically, as long as I don’t do anything to interfere with others expressing their rights, it isn’t anyone else’s business.
Get the point. If you do not interfere with others and their expressing their rights, it is impossible for you to be violating a law - no - impossible to be doing anything unlawful. Use common sense, not legal speak which is sure to increase the coffers of attorneys and judges alike.
It is time the people of this nation also clean up the judicial system and get rid of judges who should be sent to pasture for ignoring the highest law of the land, the Constitution.
Now, how about sex? Okay, so Clinton got a knob job from an intern. I believe that if a complete investigation into Lewinsky, Jones, and several others were conducted, there are Republicans (or those who control Republicans) behind every case against President Clinton.
Yes, I believe the entire operation against Clinton was a Republican set-up. I believe it was a conspiracy to destroy the man, not to right what is wrong in government. The vendetta started with Republican leadership swearing to destroy Clinton and prevent any positive actions.
I believe and have written that the women making claims against Clinton were paid to make public statements against Clinton. In the case of Jones, this was a put-up job all the way. It was a case of a woman with a trailer trash aptitude being made use of by Republican leadership.
How anyone could possibly think otherwise is beyond me. They must have their heads so far up where the sun don’t shine that they would believe anything bad about anyone they don’t support or like. Here is the truth that will out some day. Jones
was bought by Republicans and she was told what to say and when to say it.
Lewinsky was hired from the beginning of her internship. Possibly her internship was part of a pre-arranged conspiracy. Think about it. Good gosh, what woman would keep a semen-soiled dress wrapped in plastic for over two and a half years?
Get real. The woman was hired to seduce Clinton and obtain evidence of the same and to keep the evidence until it
became necessary to use it after getting Clinton set up for lying under oath. Every action done was pre-arranged including her initial denial. If she had truly been worried about being caught, she certainly wouldn't have kept a soiled dress in her closet month after month. No, the woman knew how it was going to come down and played her part well.
So, Clinton was weak but no more weak than nearly every other person in the nation’s capitol. I wrote thousands of words about those who were accusing Clinton and trying to get the American people to turn against him. I knew they did the same but just hadn’t been caught. Remember when that clod, Gingrich, was forced to resign by the party? He did worse than Clinton
and had for years.
Another who spoke out quite loudly against Clinton for three or four years was Burton, D., Republican from Indiana. This guy had had dozens of liasans with women other than his wife and even had a bastard son that was 16 when the truth finally came out.
And, then, when the party had to replace Gingrich, what a joke fest that became. The party couldn’t find anyone with a clean enough past to be the House leader. God, what a joke Washington would be if it weren’t for the A-holes filling the slots in government robbing us of our liberties.
Anyway, Clinton has been lambasted for years now for lying about his having experienced oral sex from Lewinsky (how much did she get paid to make this public I wonder. I also wonder is it was done with taxpayers’ money) and, yet, the Republicans consider Bush great presidential material even though he has been involved in women he impregnated and who obtained abortions.
So, where the hell are family values concerning this now? Or are Republican family values only valid when applied to the opposition?
Bush has been a partier and pretty much acted as a three-peckered billy goat without any social conscience concerning his actions with women. He is as bad or worse than Clinton ever thought about being. Consider that with the most extensive investigation ever conducted into the private life of a
politician, no abortions or heavy drug use could be alleged, let alone proved as with Bush.
Bush is a liar, a cheat, and a conman riding on the tails of his infamous father, a man himself who wouldn’t have been diddly squat without the millions of dollars of oil money backing him. This piece of crap is a known liar whether talking about his illegal drug use, being AWOL, his 'accomplishments' as governor of Texas, his various sexual partners, or his values and attitudes concerning the government.
Of course, the media is riding Gore concerning lies. Hmm, “lies” is a misnomer. Actually, many of the ‘lies’ attributed to Gore are actually either based on truth or are the truth but the reading public, as normal, doesn’t check it out.
They believe anything, for example, the Sunday morning biased news show commentators say and it doesn’t matter that the commentators flatout lie themselves.
People keep talking about education as if Bush has done something for the people in Texas concerning eduction. He hasn’t - except to maybe negatively affect it since programs that should have helped the poorest of the poor never came to light under Bush. The State is last in education and their
standing did not improve but may have slipped under Bush.
Bush probably cheated getting into and through college. I wish some of the people who took tests for him would open up and tell the truth.
His military career is a joke. His having been available for Nam, for Desert Storm, etcetera, are pathetic lies that have been proved to be a sham. His daddy’s money kept this ‘boy’ from any danger of having to actually participate. Not only that, but the guy was AWOL for a year, a documented
fact.
And, yet, the media and Republcans talk about Clinton’s not having served and Gore’s lack of front-line military action. Why isn’t every media source speaking and writing of Bush’s selling out concerning his military obligation? Because daddy's pull and those who want a complete follower in as president stop it.
So, here’s the point. The party and the people who are backing this wealthy airhead should know Bush is a big fat liar, that he is a big cheat, that he is a worthless philanderer who has little respect for women, that he is a drugger (prove he has stopped using cocaine), that he abuses alcohol, that his family values (if any) took a back seat to his lecherous ways, that he has been involved in dozens of shady business deals (actually bankrupted several banks in Texas but his daddy as president bailed him out with taxpayer dollars according to sources), and that it is highly probable the man can’t think quick enough to handle the affairs of this nation.
For certain, his past depicts his lack of family values and respect for the laws of this nation. In other words, he hasn't the aptitude, the value system, nor the intelligence to serve the people of this nation but will serve admirably his party and those wealthy of the wealthy that control it.
What the Republican Party and its backers now support is an individual that is far worse than Clinton and he will always be so. He hasn’t the intelligence Clinton has, nor can he think rapidly as evidenced by his muttering and stammering or near catatonia when asked a question not prepared for.
His character is thoroughly lacking and if he has a solid value system, he has never shown it. He is not a leader, never has been, and never will be. He is a follower and is where he is only because of money and those who control money.
If this man somehow becomes president of this nation, the Republican Party will have proved once and for all that crooked politicians, that Congress, that the federal government, can do what it wants with impunity. Getting a man with the character flaws of a DubyaBush into the highest office in the land after
conducting a vendetta against a man with lesser sociaetal and no criminal violations will show they can fool enough of the public to do anything they want and not be questioned.
That is what the ignorant fools supporting Bush are helping the Republican Party prove. And, they are fools if they believe Bush is presidential material. I want someone to point out and prove one positive role-model characteristic of Bush or anything proving he is a leader.
Presently, I believe him to be the most negative role model that could be elected to the presidency by the Republican party electors. But, as I stated above, I also think it is being done intentionally just to show the federal government, meaning the Republican and Democrat parties, can get away with it.
It will also show the media can manipulate people to the extent of helping put a Dubya in office, particularly since the guy is behaviorally several times worse than Clinton ever thought about being and certainly not up to Clinton’s mental and political abilities.
Or, Gore’s since it is now Gore that must be beaten. As far as behaviors that could mislead the young concerning drugs, alcohol abuse, and philandering while ignoring family values, Bush has trainloads of bad behaviors while Gore to date hasn’t any to speak of.
Does this mean Gore be a better role model for the youth of this nation the Republicans have stated are so important - while pushing for a grubber like Dubya to be president? Possibly but I don’t think either person should be president. I think there are far better people with character, including integrity. Sadly, though, none are in the Republic-Democrat coalition.
If anyone believes otherwise concerning my statements against Bush, I would ask them to prove me wrong. It can’t be done but, then again, based on what I am seeing concerning Bush, does anyone really care?
Probably not.
