We American citizens are in a cold war. It is a cold war that one day will be resolved, either by becoming a ‘hot’ war or by the enemy of the people bowing to the sovereignty of the people.

Normally, we think of cold wars as being between nations. And, in a sense, the cold war in which we are currently engaged is between nations, one of which is foreign to the United States of America (meaning the united States making up the Union).

This ‘nation’ was established by the Constitution of the United States of America with the States making up this union remaining sovereign to it and to each other. Of course, the entity I speak of is the US Government, ruled a corporation independent of the United States of America.

Its boundaries and jurisdiction are clearly defined in the Constitution but it seems the legislative body of this entity, those elected officials by the many States meant to act only within the limited powers given the US Government by the People, have forgotten not only their oaths of office but, also, that the Constitution and unalienable rights exist.

Through the only means it has, Fear, it controls the people and prevents them from exercising their authority over this entity. Because it controls through fear, it is a tyrannical entity, not a government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

The document establishing the federal government in order to assure tranquility, peace, protection against invasion, international and interstate commerce, a postal service with posted roads to that effect, and others relating to military preparedness, is not being protected nor are the unalienable rights of the individual being assured.

As such, the American people are being robbed bit by bit of their unalienable rights. We, as do all animals, have the right to own our property, to protect our property and our lives, to do everything possible and within our abilities to assure our happiness and peace of mind. Government does not have any power to interfere and, indeed, is treasonous when aiding an entity foreign to the 50 States making up the United States of America.

Since it is not part of the States but merely owned, and, thus, subservient to the States, any action taken which is repugnant to the Constitution is an act of treason, with treason defined as: "...shall consist only in levying War against them, or adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." (Source: The Constitution of the United States of America).

Since any law repugnant to the Constitution is a form of waging war against the rights of the people making up this union of States, then let it be known and accepted that a war is being conducted against the Constitution of the United States and, hence, against the people of this nation.

Now, you may or may not agree but - if you do not agree but know the truth - or refuse to find the truth - it is clear you support a group subversively gaining control over the people of this nation. You, in fact, are as guilty as those who are attempting to subvert the unalienable rights of Man. You, in fact, are not an American with its many connotations centering around liberty, but are, instead, more aptly described as a subversive agent of the federal government and should be treated as an enemy of the United States of America.

People must understand a law giving one group of people ‘privileges’ over the rights of others, that the rights of individuals have been diminished. Part of one's freedom of choice has been removed. When all freedom of choice has been removed, then the US Government, and those lesser governments obeying its every edict, will have full control over every aspect of every person's life.

People will be tracked with privacy destroyed. The right to own and be secure in person and property (sanctity of), the right to defend yourself and family and property, the right to speak out, to due process of law, to meet in groups or assemble, the right of free choice concerning religion, and - well, gosh, guess that just about covers the first ten amendments, the Bill of Rights.

Each will, my fellow Americans, be nothing more than a number in a computer with hundreds, perhaps thousands, of bits of information following it. Each will be a ward of the State deprived of human dignity andthe right to choose your path to self-actualization and happiness or not.

You who allow this to occur will be enslaved. Your will be captive. You will be a vassal. You will be bound. You will be restricted. In short, Ladies and Gentlemen, you will meet the qualifications of being a SLAVE.

Of course, this is also unconstitutional as it is repugnant to Article XIII of the Constitution. But, will government (any level) care? Not likely - it doesn’t give a rat’s ass now so why would it after establishing plenary, tyrannical control over the people?

Protect unalienable rights now or it will soon be too late. Raise holy hell everytime a court makes a decision against the Constitution. The Constitution must remain intact as the Supreme Law of the Land regardless of the state of the federal government. (We simply are not ready to become an anarchy which is, contrary to popular belief, self-rule. We are just too primitive in terms of over-all species self-actualization.)

Raise holy hell everytime a source of information, meaning mainstream media and publications, put forth government fabrications or one-sided, usual false in part, if not whole, stories as fact.

If one cannot get the truth from the media, then do away with the media as it is not serving the needs of the people. How can this be done? So very simple a solution.

Do away with your subscriptions to newspapers and magazines which present only what the government wants them to print. There are sure indicators of this, including (but not inclusive of), focus on the government’s behalf.

Political bias is always easy to detect. In fact, you can presume when a story line favors government or a specific member of government, that it is a fabrication meant to protect the wrong-doings of government or the attempt is being made to bias your thinking. Most, if not all, Sunday morning news shows fall into this category. Their reporting isn’t reporting - it is intentional, planned manipulation of people’s minds.

Write TV networks stating you no longer watch their biased news reporting shows and, because of these sources not presenting the facts, you refuse to watch any of the network or its affilitates whatsoever.

And, for Freedom’s sake, do not allow courts to continue deciding against the citizens of this nation when confronted with the illegal applications of income tax laws to private citizens with domestic earnings and those decisions against 2nd Amendment rights, rights that must never be infringed upon. Treat these sources for what they are - treasonous organizations meant to undermine the power of the people.

Rid our nation of members of Congress who violate their oaths of office and do not uphold the Constitution. Limit the US Government to its powers granted by the people in the Constitution. Do not allow them to expand these powers jurisdictionally where they haven’t any power to do so. Is it so hard to understand there is federal jurisdiction which does not extend to the States making up the Union?

Insist on impeachment should any member of Congress have even one vote in favor of negatively affecting one of our inalienable rights or expanding the US Government’s jurisdiction past the confines of the District of Columbia, the possessions, and federal properties.

This, of necessity, means more and more people must get involved in righting the wrongs wrought by the federal government. This means every American citizen must get involved if this cold war is to be won in favor of the people.

But, there is risk. However, there is no other way to help win this cold war without the potential of risking the wrath of a government out of control. Is the risk worth it? YES - if you hold freedom and freedom of choice dear.

This is our nation of States, People. It belongs to We, the People. It must be controlled by We, the People. It must be Of the People, By the People, and For the People. Otherwise, the Unalienable rights of Man are buried in a pile of crap dumped on the Constitution and all the people who gave their lives securing the blessing of liberty by founding this nation.

Freedom dictates the necessity of the people having control over government but -- Nature (God) demands it.
