Waco is a case of the federal government using an army (armed FBI, CIA, BATF, and DEA agents are just as much of a standing army as the military itself) against citizens of the united States of America. There cannot be a shadow of doubt left in the minds of people who have read of multiple facts ignored by the government’s investigator, John Danforth.
If there is any doubt, then it is because they simply don’t want to accept the truth about the government - or are afraid it would demand action on their part.
As for those that seemingly do not care or don’t believe the government was way out of line, that the Justice Department was not serving justice nor the people of this nation, you are not Americans and I don’t give a darn whether you vote or not or even live in this country.
You see, one of the basic requirements to be free and live in a Republic is that the citizenry stay informed and involved, even if it means making armed demands on the federal government.
Without knowing any facts, one only has to read the Constitution to know the government exceeded its power.
First of all, it is unconstitutional to make any laws concerning firearms owned and carried by citizens of the 50 States. The only jurisdiction the federal government has is to collect excise tax on imported weapons at a port of entry or as qualified through interstate commerce. It is a one time shot according to the US Supreme Court.
Second, armed federal employees, whether military or otherwise, constitutionally paid by constitutional funding (supposed to be anyway), are only for the defense of the 50 States or to investigate crimes on the high seas. If there were any violations of laws, it should have been dealt with by the government of Texas (in the case of Waco), not federal troops.
Third, unless murder has become acceptable, the federal personnel involved in Waco committed crimes against society and all connotations of being "civilized". They murdered indiscriminately with malice and forethought. The people in Waco did not need to die regardless of any contraband (contraband only because of due excise tax not paid) they might have had, whether it be alcohol, tobacco, or firearms. The people could simply have been waited out by local authorities. Some Davidian would eventually have had to go out for supplies.
The people had not committed any crimes themselves, such as burglaries and the like. So, the only reason the feds were there were on suspicion of import taxing laws. I don’t believe that to be serious enough to slaughter two dozen children and 60 or so adults. Besides, how could any thinking person believe the children were involved in any importing of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms or committing any other atrocious crimes? Yet, they were murdered.
People must understand. For law-abiding citizens, owning weapons cannot be regulated by the federal government. Oh, it has been doing so but it is NOT CONSTITUTIONAL. The US Government does not have the power to dictate to any citizen outside of its jurisdiction, the District of Columbia, the possessions, and federal properties, what weapons may be purchased and carried. The constitution is quite clear on this regardless of what ignorant or power mad people say.
Fourth, according to welfare personnel, the children were well taken care of. They did not suffer from malnutrition, lack of clothing, lack of utilities, or any other measures of adequate parenting. It simply does not make sense that the Davidians killed themselves and their children since they were already in as deep as they could get.
What does make sense is the government had to rid itself of all witnesses, regardless of age. Children (minors) can testify as has been done in many court cases now. And their testimony is treated as valid unless it is proved otherwise.
Plus, the government saw fit to bulldoze the site after all the Davidians had been murdered. Say what you will, but most locations are not bulldozed under after an arrest is made. Therefore, the government wanted to hide evidence. It is the only conclusion that makes sense.
Some may believe the government would not lie but, if so, these people are living in a fantasy world where they must believe themselves to be living under other than a corrupt, tyrannical government. Woe be to them the day the government declares martial law. It will be done by force against citizens since the government may only establish martial law in the rare instances that the property of citizens or their lives and freedoms are in danger.
In Waco, as with many hundreds of other examples, the US Government committed an act of war against the United States of America. It committed an act of war on sovereign American soil with federal troops operating out of their jurisdiction.
This same government committed murder by one of the most heinous methods - fire - at least in case of the murders of those who had not already been shot by federal military forces.
What this means simply is that the federal government has committed treason and all that were involved should be treated as traitors and co-conspirators in murder and tried as war criminals.
Danforth should have done the job he was paid for. But, then again, who thought Danforth had any greater integrity than the rest of the federal government? Some did but, sadly, they were mistaken. Being a minister means nothing whatsoever when it comes to integrity. Danforth did prove that.
Folks, you had better wake up and recognize the federal government for what it is, an out-of-control organization determined to remove every right of every citizen. And this goal will be realized if the feds are allowed to get away with Waco, a definite symptom of the cancerous tumor we call the federal government.
IT WAS MURDER. Plain and simple. It is time to take the feds to the mat concerning this. Locate and demand the arrest each and every person involved as is the right of citizens, whether it be Reno and every person in her charge or not, every military person whether under orders or not since no military person has to take action against a citizen regardless of orders of some whacked-out superior, and for certain every FBI terrorist who shot and killed American citizens.
Then, DEMAND prosecution.
It is right; it is proper; and it is necessary if justice is to prevail. Actually, it is necessary if the Constitution of the United States of America is to be anymore than meaningless words.
What I am stating is the disease must be dealt with, not the symptom. Otherwise, the disease will just keep spreading until the sovereign States are no more than one big oppressed area full of slaves dictated to by federal tyrants.
