Concussive BlastName: Concussive BlastCard Type: Feat Points: 10 Prerequisite: Energy Explosion When this character makes a successful attack using energy explosion against a single target do not reduce this character's damage value to 1, instead the character may deal damage equal to it's unmodified damage value. Compare the attack roll to the defense value of each character adjacent to the target, if the attack roll is successful then deal one click of damage to that character. 
Some things to note about this card: - Single target - Unmodified damage - Only legal at HGC events during the month of April - The tournament judge has final word on if a card is allowed, or how to rule a problem that may come up.
