Race Information:
Tigrisi are a Humanoid-Tiger race that has been in seclusion until recently. The homeworld of Ratigi is isolated in the center of a distant spiral-class galaxy. The solar system that contains Ratigi is surrounded by an impassible region known only as "End." Little is known about "End" by the Tigrisi, and nothing about "End" is known to anyone else.

Tigrisi hunters are of fairly large to medium-large build, but don't let that fool you. Tigrisi are quite fast and agile, but lack the stamina to endure long fights. Chi is unusually developed in their culture and so Tigrisi can hide, control, and use chi more efficiently than others. Hair color ranges from Black, Red, Orange, Grey, and Brown.
Tigrisi have sharp fangs, retractable claws, and extremely heightened senses. Chi Sense and sense of equilibrium are also extremely heightened, thus allowing them to land safely from any fall/throw and sense other Chi signatures from several solar systems away.
Tigrisi are also unique in that they are very hard to kill. They can sustain enough damage to kill them 9 nine times over without dying. When they heal from their injuries, like Saiya-jin, they recover stronger, faster, and more powerful than before.
Tigrisi are named in a peculiar manner. The family name (Yurusu in Hayai's case) is usually a verb/noun that describes an action/trait valued by the family. The given name is usually an adjective/adverb that describes how the family name is honored. (sort of like the WAY in which the action/trait is carried out)
Tigrisi are hunters and killers by nature, with EXTREMELY volatile emotions. These emotions are SO volatile in fact, that through the evolution of their society, Tigrisi have learned to condition their young to gain mastery over them. While all emotions are constantly repressed, the "tip of the iceberg" may be seen to other species as normal emotions. If the conditioning were ever to be tampered with, this could release the Tigrisi's true killing nature uncontrollably on anything nearby.
*Note* Hayai's clone, for reasons unknown, did not have the same level of emotions as a normal Tigrisi. Thus, despite his lack of Tigrisi conditioning, his emotions appeared normal. (twisted, but normal in intensity) *Note*


Personality:

Hayai's personality is very complex. The emotions that Hayai exhibits are merely an angstrum of what his true emotions are, but that overwhelming force of emotions is constantly repressed to the point that Hayai himself doesn't even realize they are there. Fear is the one category of emotions that Hayai never displays. He is fearless and courageous while in or out of battle, facing overpowering opponents, or even death. The ONLY time Hayai has ever shown fear, was the fear of being rejected by Shinsetsu.
When the situation isn't dire, Hayai can be jovial and full of happiness...possibly even playing minor pranks in the sake of humor. Hayai loves Shinsetsu a great deal, but rarely makes an effort to defend her as she is quite capable of doing that herself. (And she doesn't hesitate to do so) Concerning Utagaibukai Makaseru(Hayai's cousin, a.k.a. Utagau), Hayai loves him as a brother and also a best friend. There is a bond between them that is so great, if Utagau were to perish, Hayai would probably lose all will to live.
In battle, Hayai is devoid of most emotions, and fear doesn't even exist to him. He is extremely focused and single minded, capable of ignoring all pain and telepathic attacks to the point of near imperviousness. He may think of tactics and strategy before the fight begins, but as soon as it does, he is pure instinct, reaction, and intent. The only emotion that may build past his repressive state during battle is anger/malice/aggression, but there has to be a significant reason for that emotion to able to grow to that point.
Hayai can also be very focused outside of battle. Determined and unobstructable, Hayai will often stick to a task until it is completed.

Description:

Human_Form:
Orange (red) hair, dark brown eyes, 5'9" tall, body mass is medium build but very toned and flexible. Hayai wears a deep violet jumpsuit (similar to the undergarment of saiyan armor) without boots or gloves. This allows for transformation to other forms without tearing his clothes. The jumpsuit has formfitting shoulder(gold)/knee pads(white) attached directly to the fabric. Hayai's aura is blue with flashes of electricity that tend to crackle even when he's just powered-up but relaxed. (weight:175lbs)

Tiger Form:
Hair becomes the major fur color, looks like ordinary terran tiger (the Siberian breed). Changing into this form will regenerate lost limbs or body mass, but chi is no longer usable in this form.

Weretiger Form:(unavailable now)
In Weretiger form, Hayai's hair becomes the body's major hair color and the hair (now similar to a mane) turns gold with dark brown eyes. In this form, Hayai's strength, speed, and power raises exponentially from his human form! Height becomes 8'0" and body mass bulks up giving Hayai a heavily muscular figure. The legs resemble the "toe walking" effect that cats exhibit in their hind legs. Hayai's aura becomes greatly intensified and a powerful sphere of energy forms around him, with streams of electric energy branching from his body to the surface of the energy sphere. Super_Weretiger_Form:(unavailable now)
In Super Weretiger form, Hayai's hair turns silver with blue eyes and hair "spikes" similar to a Super Saiya-jin, but it goes more backward than upward. In this form, Hayai's strength, speed, and power raises exponentially from his Weretiger form! Hayai can survive in space, underwater, or anywhere when in this form or higher. Body fur remains same color. Aura field hasn't been observed from a SWT yet. In fact, as far as Hayai knows, this form doesn't even exist.

Special Attacks:

Tiger Stalking: Ability to hide chi completely and approach enemies COMPLETELY UNDETECTED (by skillfully using chi to "cloak" every aspect of himself, Hayai becomes invisible to all senses) and receive a "cheap shot." ONCE he attacks, however, he is automatically detected by those with Chi Sense, in visual range, or within hearing distance. The only attacks allowed are hand to hand techniques or the "Stealth Shot" because, normally, charging chi or changing into super forms cause chi to spike and thus give away position. (Hayai can use this technique in SWT2 form and Human form)

Tiger Blast: This is a double beam/fireball attack. Hayai draws hands back in claw position where ki is gathered to the palm. The arms extend rapidly and shoot beams from clawed hands. (not very potent, but can be fired rapidly much like fast ki balls/blasts)

Stealth Teleport: Ability to teleport undetected to ANY place previously visited or where chi is sensed. Tiger Stalking can be used as Hayai teleports. This allows him to teleport undetected and remain undetected with Tiger Stalking and thus be able to attack without detection (one cheap shot) anywhere chi is sensed.

Stealth-Shot: Can charge and fire undetected making it seem like an instantaneous blast of energy. This is relatively similar in power and appearance to Vegeta's "Final Flash" with a blue hue.

Okay that's plenty of attacks for now, I'm sure with training and focus He can invent "cooler attacks" later.

History:
Hayai is an accomplished martial artist and scholar like the rest of the Tigrisi race. While his parents raised him, he grew up in the temples practicing his martial arts and training his mind with knowledge and reasoning. This has allowed him to become an extremely cunning tactician and warrior. Due to a mostly solitary life, Hayai usually keeps to himself. Although, once people open up to him and earn his trust...Hayai will become the most loyal and trustworthy friend you could imagine. Hayai will gladly sacrifice himself and put those he trusts above his own interests.

Hayai was teleported to earth during one of his annual trials held on the homeworld, Ratigi. Due to the unknown barrier/region "End" Hayai was able to sense a strange trace of chi. While not used to teleporting yet, "End" allowed Hayai to pass through it into the rest of known space, arriving on Earth unconscious and low on strength. Normally, "End" does not allow anyone on either side to sense chi through it. This is the reason no other species has ever heard of the Tigrisi!
