British Endeavour Pictures first began filming "The Hazelwoods Children" in October 2000, and will be continuing until the middle of this year.
The company decided to use unrecognised actors for their characters, as they felt then that audiences would feel different about the story.
The horror movie is being directed by English film Director Sophia Dembeis. British Endeavour, apparently, wanted their film to have a woman's touch!
The film follows the story (based upon truth) of three young children who were murdered in the Hazelwoods in Shropshire, England in 1895.
A lot of mystery still surrounds the murders, and there is actually a memorial stone on the edge of the Hazelwoods dedicated to the memories of the three children.
The story then goes to present day. We don't really know much about the full story, but we do know that the spirits of the children return to their original home village to claim vengeance on the family of their murderer.
British Endeavour have promised that there's going to be plenty of scares and gore in the movie - not for the faint-hearted!
So far, the company have spent over seven million pounds on making the film.
They have actually built a small village to use for filming. This was because they began filming in a real village, but couldn't continue due to the great public interest they were causing.
