Welcome to the return of HAUNTED ONLINE, the fanzine dedicated to the television show The Ghost and Mrs. Muir. The zine has been in hiatus for a year, but we haven't given up The Ghost! The current plan is to publish our pages twice a year: an April Fool edition to honor the late Edward Mulhare and an October All Hallows eve edition to honor the recently departed and sorely missed Hope Lange.
While Haunted has been off line, your editor and friends haven't been exactly inactive. We managed to ferret out a special issue of WOW! magazine and put it on line for your enjoyment. What a trip that was! We learned some things about our favorite characters that we just didn't need to know! And I think the good Captain played gremlin in the print show once again; the advertisements were a bit... lively. If you haven't read it, check it out.
There have been a few content changes and from now on you'll probably see ads streaming across bottom of the main page. Click them if you feel interested, and please give some feed back if they annoy you. It is a trial program to see if they fit with the new flavor of HAUNTED.
Over the past year there have been many requests for back issues. While I can't put them all on line again I will try to give you "The Best of HAUNTED" in every future issue. And please check out our new column "The Sailing Master's Diaries" with links to information on sailing and regattas.
Finally to encourage more interactivity with our readers an "Advice" column has been added. Please submit your unsolved questions about the show or your very own personal problems, real or imagined, to our world renowned advisors, psychic "Madame T" and WOW! magazine's very own advisor, the infamous "Mel the Time Keeper". "Madame T" will attempt to befuddle and amaze you with her Tarot and astrological readings while Mel will make sure "you know what time it is" with her cranky and frank advice.
So log in twice a year, same bat channel, same bat... Uh, sorry wrong 60s show...
