Betty Boop
The coolest cartoon around has gotta be Betty Boop. Boop-Boop-a-Doop as she would say. Popular in the 30's her popularity crashed when her skirts were made longer as she was mainly popular for being 'Cute and Sexy' quite unfortunate really as I think she is really groovy (Have you seen her in Roger Rabbit and Who Framed Roger Rabbit).
