| HBCC UFO Recently Reported Sightings
Release Date: May 29, 2005 Near Plattsburgh, NY Football Field Sized Craft Date: 1969-1970 Time: Evening. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Round or possibly triangular the size of a football field. Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving North on Interstate 87 near Plattsburgh NY, sometime between the Spring and Fall of 1969 or possibly as late as the Summer of 1970. At this time the Air Force had a Strategic Air Command (SAC) base near Plattsburgh, NY. It was late evening, after dark, with a star-filled sky. I noticed an object hovering just to the west of the highway that blocked out a large part of the starry sky. I braked hard and pulled off on the shoulder of the highway and got out of my Volkswagen for a better look. I stood by the right front fender of my car and watched as the object slowly crossed over the highway at an altitude that could not have been more than 150 to 200 feet. There were no lights or sound emitting from the object. The object was large enough that it covered both the north and southbound lanes of the Interstate. As it slowly crossed over the highway it was directly above my head. It was so close to me, and so immense, that I cannot say its exact shape. It could have been round or triangular, and at least the size of a football field. It took all of five minutes or more to get a couple hundred feet past the east edge of the Interstate. As I watched in awe at this monstrous craft it suddenly sped off at an incredible rate, heading in a southeasterly direction. When it did so, it was out of sight in less than a second. I immediately got in my car and drove to the nearest phone booth. I asked the operator to connect me with Plattsburgh Air Force Base, telling her it was an emergency. A male voice answered the call and I related what I had just seen. His response was not much more than to tell me that, "We have not had any other reports, and have not seen anything out of the ordinary here." The thanked me for calling, but it was obvious that he was not at all interested in the event Thank you to the witness for the report. -------------------------- Mount Arab Road, NY Two Oval Shaped Objects Date: March 13, 2005 Time: 7:45-8:00 p.m. Number of Witnesses: Two, including me, but 5 others on other side of town (seen same thing few minutes after we seen it at the Park) and on another side (seen it later then us on the Saranac Lake highway). Number of Objects: 2 Shape of objects: Oval object with round on top with flashing colors Full Description of event/sighting: We were coming down Mount Arab Road. we were about where you can see the water threw the trees on the other side of the road. We were driving down the road and I don't normally look up into the sky while driving down the road but my Boyfriend does. So while I was looking out the side window not paying any attention to the sky. My Boyfriend stopped right in the middle of the little road that never has traffic and was like look in front of us, I looked but nothing he was like no up there and 40 feet right above are head hovering over us were to floating objects they were oval shaped and round on top with flashing light poles all around it flashing colors red, yellow, green,and blue. they were spinning parallel from each other at 45 degree angel. We then turned off the vehicle and these huge metal objects the size of one car but in an circular shaped had no noise even being that big. If it was anything else it would make so type of noise or being that low move the trees which were not making any motion. It did not stop hover over us till we started moving and we watched the two objects head over us and over the trees to the water and it sat hover a few over the water then just started moving pretty quick that we lost it while we were heading down the road trying to keep it in eye. when we got the other road heading for the highway it is a straight road and we saw then both heading toward Colton way. So we were saying "Who would believe us that we could call" so as soon as I got into town I called my sister. My sister and the four other friends were out at the park and looking at the water and saw the same thing hovering the water and they were all freaked out screaming and stuff asking if we saw the colors and how fast they were spinning. we said yes and they said the same colors we saw. so we met them at one of the stores and headed to Mount Arab. They were gone by the time we got there in 2 vehicles. So my sister (18yrs old) got in with me (19 yrs old) and my boyfriends (24 yrs old). We headed out the opposite direction from the other vehicle because they had to head home. we went down the highway farther away from the town and we saw one of the flashing objects in the distance so we pulled into the first parking lot on the side of the highway to watch and as we were looking for the other one we found it heading towards the other one flashing at each other it was strange. We sat there for about hour or two watching it. One of are friends pulled over and we called them over to show them and they were like it was government but we knew what we saw was not. We told him what we saw and he kind of believed us but he had to go. So we headed home dropped off my sister and went home to bed. We went to school the next day and we talked about it. Younger teachers thought it was funny and said it was government but the older ones felt it was the truth cause they maybe they had seen the same thing. I was in Gym class and I was talking about it to one of the kids that were with my sister who had seen it and a girl came up and said her boyfriend and her had pulled over on there way back from Saranac Lake seen the same thing and didn't know if anyone else had seen the same thing. Well We know what we saw and it couldn't had been government to low and no noise or motion it was a UFO and we know it. Thank you to the witness for the report. --------------------------- Pitchfork Road, NY Fast Moving Object With Many Flashing Lights Date: April 5, 2005 Time: 10:25 p.m. We have a habit now of watching the sky. For some reason I never notice it but my boyfriend stopped again and pointed in the sky in the distance low was it again moving pretty fast across the sky with many flashing lights. You could make it out the colors flashing threw the trees and then we came to a clearing and it was moving right across and you could tell the difference between this and a Star. Then we lost it under a street light so we headed for home and then I was looking out the back window and I saw a bright object flashing in the distance and felt it was flashing the object we just saw and no way it was a plane or anything like that cause of its speed and multiple flashing colors. We turned around found them again and then we decided to just go home cause we had to proof like pictures or a camera. We did see something and not a government project. Thank you to the person for the interesting report. --------------------------- Georgetown, Ontario Glowing Ball And A Dark Object Filmed HBCC UFO Research Note: On Saturday I received an email from a fellow who saw something very unusual. The sighting took place in Georgetown, Ontario and he told me the footage is incredible. The gentleman is sending the footage this week to me and I will get it posted with his copyright in place. Date: April 18, 2005 Time: 8:00 p.m. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 3-5 ? Shape of objects: Ellipsoid, round. Full Description of event/sighting: Mr. Vike, The above sighting was also recorded on video by me. It is a daylight disc. I was video taping a strange white light in the sky when a large dark object flew into the camera frame. Using my camera zoom feature and my TV. I was able to enlarge the object so that I can see that it is undoubtedly, a flying saucer. If you wish to see the video I would be happy to mail it to you. I have the original camera cassette tape which I put on VHS , I also had the VHS put on DVD, so I have all 3. So I can send you which ever format you wish. Thank you to the fellow for the report. -------------------------- Mount Sterling, Alabama Truck Dies After Being Struck With Beams Of Light Date: April 25, 2002 Time: 11:30 p.m. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Round. Full Description of event/sighting: I was coming home after decorating for the Jr/Sr Prom at my high school and something made me look up in the sky. When I looked up it was about 20 feet above me and sent two pulses of light on to my truck. At the time I was driving a 1992 Ford Ranger 5 speed with a complete stereo system in it. The reason I elaborated on what I was driving is because after the first two pulses of light hit me, and my truck, my truck went completely dead and so did all the speakers in my truck, except for the nonmagnetis speakers (tweeters) all cut off. For some reason I cracked open my door and looked up into the sky. Once I could look up and try to see exactly what it was, there were two more pulses of light and my truck started back up without me starting it and the stereo cut back on and worked perfectly. There was a little bit of a time lapse or black out between then and getting to my house. From where the incident happened my house was only about 300 yards down the road in the country. I then told my parents what had happened and they just laughed and thought I was joking. That night I literally fell asleep with my eyes open and have always had flashbacks and chills always run down my spine when I am outside at night alone looking into the sky. Thank you to the witness for the report. -------------------------- Calgary, Alberta Bright White Light Date: May 21, 2005 Time: 11:55 p.m. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Bright White Light. Full Description of event/sighting: My wife and I were sitting on the deck outside facing eastwards when I noticed a concentrated bright white light in the sky. It seemed to be pretty high up and was stationery. At first I thought it could be a plane but there was no noise at all (plus no movement). I then thought maybe a helicopter hovering (as there are a few police helicopters that circle around every now and then) but again no noise and the police usually have beam lights that show a trail of light, plus it seemed way too high). I then pointed the light out to my wife and we looked at it for about 15-20 seconds when suddenly the light just went out. I then got up and stood around for 10 minutes to see if I could see anything else but all I could see were faint stars through the cloud (which wasn't very heavy). Thank you to the witness for the report. --------------------------- Cambridge, Ontario Green Light Going In Circles Date: May 27, 2005 Time: 9:15 pm to 11:30 pm Location of Sighting: Dam in Cambridge. Number of witnesses: 7 Number of objects: 3 Shape of objects: Triangle Full Description of event/sighting: It was about 9:15, myself and two friends were fishing when my friend looked up in the sky and saw a green light going in circles. We all watched it and about 5 minutes later there was three large triangular shaped (crafts), things in the center of the circling light. We thought we were going crazy so we stopped a cop and asked him what they were, and he said there not spot lights, because you would be able to see the light ray. The police took off with his lights on. We went home and laid on the trampoline and watched it after a while. We could see what looked like waves go through the sky but they were thin, so we knew it was not lightning. Then my friend got his parents to look and they could not explain it either so, we went inside and went to bed. Thank you to the witness for the report. --------------------------- Port Moody, British Columbia Cluster Of Objects Over Heritage Mountain Date: May 27, 2005 Time: Approx: 10:31 p.m. Not to much new around here, have seen a few objects on Kat Kam usually on the last frame for the day but unable to determine just what they are. About ten minutes ago I saw a small plane flying east over near Heritage Mountain. Took a quick peak through my binoculars and determined it was a small Sea Plane, but was surprised to see what looked like a cluster of large balloons at about the same altitude only closer to the mountain. The balloons if that is what they were appeared to be larger than the plane. 0 6' 6' 0 6' 0 o o 4' 00 12' The balloons were laid out in the above pattern, only closer to the horizontal, if the outlying balloons were approx:. six feet in diameter then the main ones at the bottom of the V would have been approx:. twelve feet in diameter and the two immediately above them approx:. four feet. After the plane went by the balloons appeared to be moving slowly south. I watched for a minute or two and then grabbed my video camera. During the minute or so it took me to find a tape and insert it. They balloons appeared to reverse direction as I had a heck of a time finding them in the viewfinder of the camera. I did managed to get a minute or two of video and then decided to try to get a closer look through my spotting scope. That again took a minute or two to get out and during that time they all disappeared. I scanned the whole area with both pairs of binoculars but was unable to locate them. If they were balloons (which is what they appeared to be.) I just don't understand how they could move fast enough to just vanish like that. The outlying ones appeared to be a three of a dark blue and the one in the middle of the formation appeared to be a dark red. The sun had just set but it was still quite light. The big main ones appeared to be black also the smaller ones appeared to be black. They were probably about six or seven thousand feet when I lost sight of them. Thank you to the witness for the report. ----------------------------- Terrace, British Columbia Ball Of White light Date: May 28, 2005 Time: 00.15 Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Ball of white light. Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian, tonight I witnessed a white ball of light which flew overhead coming from south-westerly direction and flying into north-eastern direction. The object, estimated 4000 meters high, it did not change it's brilliant white appearance. It did not react to any of my visual attempts, via lighter, and continued into the above direction before disappearing behind mountains. The sky was clear, some haze above, but unlimited vision.
