| HBCC UFO Recently Reported Sightings
Release Date: August 7, 2005 No UFO - But Two Strange Circular Imprints In The Ground Location: St-Alphonse-Rodriguez, Quebec, Canada. Witnesses: 3 Date: Spring of 1983 Spring of 1983 - My sister, friend and I were strolling down on a small dirt road next to a small forest and swamp, at my parent’s country house in St-Alphonse de Rodriguez . It was a calm night, and as we arrived at the end of this dirt road, if I wouldn’t have looked down to see where I was walking, no one would have ever seen this thing. Right beneath us in the middle of the dirt road, was a very strange perfect, circular impression formed in the ground. The impression was approximately 6 feet / 1.83 meter in diameter. All inner and outer rings were roughly 10 inches / 25.4 cm wide, except for the centered outer circle which was approximately 20 inches / 50.8 cm wide. The inner rings were about 2 inches /5.08 cm deep in the ground. There was no burnt grass, or anything particular observed on the ground except this unusual imprint. I bent down and looked closely at it, and even followed the curved of the rings with my hands, just to get the feeling of this thing. All the circular edges were very smooth and the ground was compact underneath it. That last detail gave me the impression that the object which could have caused this was quite heavy or at least heavier than a car because of some car traces observed in this area which had not left any 2 inches / 5.08 cm deep impression in the ground… Also, these car traces had seemingly passed over the circular trace, without destroying or altering its original shape... The circular trace had seemed to be quite recent. A second circular imprint was observed a couple of feet away, seemingly caused by the same object. It had exactly all of the same characteristics of the first one, except that the circle’s impression lacked of definition and precision in the ground. Only some parts of the circular impression were visible. The imprint’s depth in the ground was merely 1 inch / 2.54cm. It was as if the object had “slightly” touched the ground. That night, we all stood there for a while, trying to figure out what these traces were. We thought of some kind of structure which could have been carried to one of the houses, but it was too weird because there was - absolutely no trace of “dragging” on the ground around these two circles. - We search around that night and didn’t find any other traces along the dirt road or anywhere around. I even came back alone the next morning in daylight, walk around the neighborhood to see if there was other similar traces, but never found any or any object/structure which could have caused this. We talk about this event in the morning without making a big deal about it. We drove back to town, back to school and to the everyday life. I went back in the country a couple of weeks later, and found that the first trace was slowly washing away. At that time, I didn’t know where to go with this story. Like the impression in the ground, this event always stayed engraved in my memory, and I always wished someday to find the right people and the right place to tell it. Mazarron, Murcia, Spain. 21.15. Sky clear, not quite dark, and the sky to the west still some light from the setting sun. Sitting on the balcony, facing west. I thought I saw a pinprick of white light at the edge of my vision. I looked in that direction and about half a minute later there was another. They were pinhead size, and bright white in intensity, and lasted only a fraction of a second. Shortly after that there was a further flash of light, again for a fraction of a second, but this was much larger, about a quarter of an inch across. The sky was light enough to have seen an airplane or helicopter, and I neither saw nor heard anything. Sighting lasted about one minute. Thank you to the witness for the report. -------------------- Don Mills And Lawrence, Ontario Two Lights Flying At Weird Angles Date: Mid June 2005 Time: Evening Message: I just writing about what I thought was a UFO sighting in the Don Mills and Lawrence, Ontario area in mid June 05, I was saying goodbye to some family one night at their car by my house. Me and my cousin saw two lights flying up at weird angles and they passed one another, at the same time me and my cousin who also witness shouted "UFO". We stayed a few moments to chat when I saw these lights again moving too quickly to be any known aircraft. Then they disappeared behind some houses. I thought it would be some help if you had any more sightings in that area around that time, I'm not sure of the exact date but I can find out, email me if you have any questions. Thanks. Thank you to the witness for the report. ---------------------------- Creston, British Columbia Orange Ball Splits In Two And Both Hover Date: August 1, 2005 Time: Approx: 11:55 p.m. The witness was looking at a clear sky filled with stars. Suddenly he noticed an orange fireball shaped object appear from the south. After observing for a few seconds it suddenly split into two objects of the same. The second one stopped and was hovering as the main piece continued along for a short distance and it to stopped. As the witness watched, both objects would appear to get dimmer, then flare up to their original brightness. Finally both objects darted towards the ground and into the distance very quickly until they finally vanished. One heading eastward and the other towards the north/northeast. The witness told me the two orange objects sat hovering for approx: a minutes and a half and very low to the tree-line. Thank you to the witness for the report. ------------------ Queensland, Australia Elliptical Object Pulsing From Dim To Bright Date: August 3, 2005 Time: 12:30 am -1:20 am Location of Sighting: West Mackay, near Mackay Airport. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Elliptical. Full Description of event/sighting: Hello Brian, a few days ago I was watching an elliptical light hovering. From my view out my bedroom window it was above the roof of the house on the corner, but much more distant. It was the size of the average moon at it's dimmest. It was slowly pulsing from a dim white to a very bright pure white and then into a fiery orange, where it was it's largest and repeating the whole time. I was watching it for nearly an hour, hovering but still making very, very small movements all around. It seemed like it hadn't moved, yet towards the end of the sighting I noticed it was now over the roof of the house next to the corner house. I gave up looking after a while, so I don't know how it left, but around 5 minuets later I looked and there was a small plane approaching to land in that exact spot but it was gone. Through the sighting I noticed the airport turn on its beacon and all the lights for a large twin prop landing, then turned them back off. I don't know how they possibly couldn't see it, the tower's beacon is around the same height as this seemed to be. But it was perfectly elliptical even when it went dim and it seemed to disappear real quick. Thank you to the witness for the report. --------------------------- Norfolk, Virginia Cylindrical/Spherical Object Reappears Date: August 4, 2005 Time: Evening Brian, To make a long story short, I was on the way with my girlfriend to her grandfathers house to help with some laundry when the same object witnessed 8 days prior, was spotted again, in roughly the same location. I thought at first I was just still camped from the last sighting and was transforming a bright star into a UFO. Luckily the stoplight ahead just turned red so I had a minute to perform a movement test with a stationary telephone pole. The object was indeed moving but I tried to convince myself that my head was moving ever so slightly to reveal the object from behind the pole. We live only 2 miles from her grandfathers and were within a block from his house. The mild amber flicker the object emitted however was all to familiar and fresh in my mind to take the chance of letting it go undocumented. I floored it, dropped my girlfriend off and sped back to my house to grab the camcorder (and tripod this time!!). I still was very pessimistic. I flew back to the end of my girlfriends grandfathers street where there just so happens to be a baseball field and park and set up to record. There is a total of 12 minutes of footage, edited into a 5 minute clip of different vantage points. The object moves very slowly and descends into the trees. Thank you to the witness for the report. -------------------- Queensland, Australia Bright White Light Lights Up The Entire Area Date: August 5, 2005 Time: 5:45 a.m. On August 5, 2005 at exactly 5:45 am I was in the kitchen and it was still dark out. There was the most brightest white light I have ever seen that bathed all the rooftops and treetops I could see. It was extremely fast and all I could hear was a whoosh like a bullet going past your ear. It seemed round but I couldn't really tell as it was so fast. Imagine a fighter jet going straight over your roof at mach1 with it's landing lights pointing straight down, only silent. It spun me out from the speed and brightness. 10-20 seconds later my whole chest was extremely sore for another 10-20 seconds. Then it stopped as quick as it came. I watch for activity in the sky as much as I can, so there may be more to come. I have had sightings in the past, "The film from Phoenix with a round formation above antennae on a hill" I saw the exact same thing when I was young I but it was in open sky. Thank you to the witness for the interesting report. ------------------------ Around And On Burke Mountain Numerous White & Green Strobe Lights Date: August 5 and 6, 2005 Time: Between 9:00 p.m. & Midnight Friday and Saturday, Aug. 5 and 6th. between the hours of 9: PM and midnight. I was seeing numerous white and green strobe lights flashing over, around and on Burke Mountain. mainly near the Hydro lines. On Sat. night I aimed my video camera at the mountain. and just let it run. While it was running I attempted to watch the Fireworks on KatKam but it was taking too long to cycle. So I mainly just looked out the window. I saw numerous small planes apparently flying over to watch the fireworks and then returning. One apparent small plane caught my attention as it seemed to be glowing yellow all over, it had a red flashing strobe on top. I took a quick look through my binoculars and noticed it seemed to have black rectangular windows along the side and the red light on top was huge. It was headed east about the same height and speed as the rest of the aircraft. When I checked the tape I zoomed in and it looked more like a flying pie plate than any of the planes. The lower portion was wider and looked like the drawing I tried making. ( Photo Shop decided to stop functioning so I was unable to trim the excess.) The windows appeared to be evenly spaced all around the ship and being black I was unable to see anything within. Still not sure if it was a plane or not. I could not see any wings or tail and most passenger planes would be much higher and they usually have the window lit up from within. This was only at about 12 to 1500 ft. It didn't appear to be any bigger than the planes, so estimated 30 to 40 ft., only saw it from side so don't know if it was round, square or a tube. I would suspect it may have been round. But only guessing. Thank you to the witness for the report. ------------------------ Sydney, Australia Bright Light Makes Sharpe Turn Date: August 6, 2005 Time: Approx: 7.57 p.m. Message: Tonight, 6 Aug 2005, at approx 7.57 pm in Sydney Australia, there was a single brilliant reddish/orange light approx 80 degrees (almost vertical) from horizontal in a rough east-north-east bearing. Initially this light looked like a bright planet, but it became apparent that it was way too bright to be any planet. It's distance also visually equated a planet's, eg Mars, though it was slightly larger than Mars' appearance. The light was extremely bright, and initially I thought I could be witnessing a comet burning-up in the atmosphere though there appeared to be no movement. I got my flat-mate who saw it and remarked "it looks like it's moving". And yes, it did actually appear to be moving, though very slowly. It headed eastwards down from vertical and in a visual sense passed a star (I used as a marker) on its left and proceeded eastwards, though all the time very slowly. At this point in time it appeared to vary it's glow, sometimes fading quite a bit then re-ignighting the brightness to very bright. There was no pattern to this variance, unlike any aircraft. Then as I watched, the object turned sharply (though still slowly) and headed north, and I called a friend. As my friend answered I told him to go outside and have a look at this object, but told him to hurry-up as at this moment the object appeared to be fading in brightness (very dynamic fading) but also in size. By the time he exited his premises the object was so faint and small, that I finally lost it - it appeared as if it moved further away until it disappeared into the distance. My friend did not get to see it.
