| HBCC UFO Recently Reported Sightings
Release Date: September 6, 2005 HBCC UFO Research Note: I have added a number of video clips to my website which can be found on the main page on the site. These clips are actual TV news footage of some of the cases I have worked on since getting involved with UFOs. Two clips is a interview the TV news did with me at home, the other a clip is on a major UFO sighting out of Newfoundland in which worked on. And the last is the first of three clips in which I was filmed in a documentary. These of course were cases that worked on here in my area in British Columbia. Everything can be found at: http://www.hbccufo.org/index.php ------------- Thunder Bay, Ontario Bright Light In A Triangle Pattern Date: Late July 1989-90 Time: 9:30 p.m. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Single bright point of light. Full Description of event/sighting: My friend (name removed) and I were backing out of my driveway onto Dewe Ave. in Thunder Bay, we were facing south. My eyes were drawn to a bright point of light in the blue late evening summer sky(about 40 degrees up from horizon). It was noticeable because of the brightness of it in the bright sky. Barely a second later this light traveled very quickly in a triangle pattern, then right away again did exactly the same thing then took of in a straight line heading east (quickly) and disappeared. I have quite a knowledge of aircraft and this was no aircraft. Full Description of event/sighting: We where on holiday staying near Salisbury (England). Our purpose for the trip was to look for crop circles and maybe get lucky in filming one in the making. Me and a friend of mine had placed ourselves at the highest peek. We where jocking around about seeing UFO`s and maybe some would visit us where we were. We where well equipped with night vision and cameras in case anything would happen. Around 12:30 a.m. as we where sky watching I notice two bright shinning lights travelling in the sky. I don't know witch way they where travelling had no compass. My friend used the night vision and only saw one, but I saw both doing spinning maneuvering in the sky. They where spinning around each as if they where playing, having fun, and then they separated and flew away in separate directions. My friend did not saw the spinning but he saw them splitting up flying away in separate directions. There were no other lights then bright white light. The maneuvers in the sky where strange, I have seen UFO`s before and these looked the same that I have seen before. That was 7 objects in flight, but that's another story. During this event I tried to get my friend filming this but it was to dark the camera would not get it. To bad! A few moments later as we stood there on the top of the hill we asked the universe for some more, and suddenly there came two flashes of light from the sky, there were two or three seconds between the flashes. These were very bright, not blinding. We could not see any object with the naked eye, but saw something with the use of night vision goggles. Hard to say! But we took these two flashes as a sign:Hello! Yes we are up here!! Thank you to the eyewitness for the report. -------------------- Chilliwack, British Columbia Large Orange Harvest Moon Looking Object Date: August 22, 2005 Time: Approx: 4:30 p.m. HBCC UFO Research Note: This eyewitness was referring to a sighting of a Large Orange Ball over St. John New Brunswick. Link to the other report here: Hi again Brian, I'm writing you again since I just read the latest hbcc postings on Rense. Much to my amazement, I pasted the report below to this email since what I saw last week has similarities the report below and the one that followed it. This took place in Chilliwack BC and I'm wondering if anyone else saw what I saw. At first I dismissed what I saw as a hallucination or my eyes playing tricks on me since the event was but a brief moment in time, but the posting below and the one that followed it took away all doubt. I'm trying to reconstruct the event and time as I did not take it seriously at the time so I did not record it in my daily journal. Near the end of the workday about 4:30 PM Monday August 22, 2005 I was loading up a company truck preparing for the next work day. After the truck was loaded I went to park it at the back of our lot where the company vehicles are stored in our compound. I just happened to look at the back of our building (through the windshield) as I was parking and noticed what looked like a large orange harvest moon low in the sky visible just above the roofline of our building. At the time I was startled at the odd sight as it was late August not late October and late afternoon not evening. I went about locking up the truck and went to look again at the odd sight and was just as surprised as I was to have seen it in the first place by the fact that it was no longer there. I actually walked to the side of our building for a look so that the building did not obstruct my view in case it had set lower on the horizon. It could not see it anymore, it did not re-appear and I was not looking at it the moment it disappeared. Thank you to the eyewitness for the report. --------------- South Shore of Montreal Commercial Airliners Appearing To Look Unusual Date: August 22, 2005 Time: 7:00 p.m. Hello, I am located in the Montreal region. On August 22, I went outside at 7:00 pm to mow the lawn. There were no clouds in the sky. I heard the sound of a small plane motor and looked up. There was one of those "lighter than air" little propeller planes - those ones that have colorful wings like kites. I took a glance at it, but was immediately surprised that - just above it - there was a strange looking object. It looked like two old artillery shells back to back with a space between them. At first, I thought it must be a plane that I was not seeing clearly. But, no matter how long I glanced at it, I could see no wings or other details. Just the two shells with a space between them. It moved in a straight line in a "corridor" usually used by planes. So I was suspicious nonetheless that the "other-wordly" appearance might be an illusion. I ran inside to get my camera, but when I arrived it was already very far and the two pictures I took only showed a dot of light. I was a bit frustrated to have missed that and put the camera back inside the house. However, just as I went back outside, I glanced up at the sky and - to my astonishment - here was ANOTHER object exactly like the first at my right, exactly where I had seen the first and following the same trajectory. This time, my camera was at the ready, so I went and picked it up just next to the front door and started shooting. I took several pictures. I did not know what to think of this but called a friend who is very knowledgeable of planes and told him what had happened. I said I wondered if the position of the sun could make the body of a commercial plane look that way while making the wings look invisible. I took a look at the pictures and they showed what I had seen... But then, after the chatting, I went back outside to mow the lawn. Sure enough, within five minutes, I heard the sound of a jet plane. I looked up and here was that same or similar object in the sky. Hearing the plane sound, however, made me think that what I saw earlier may have been planes too - even though I could not hear a plane sound in the first two instances. Anyhow, I took more pictures. Then I saw two more, one right behind the other, which I thought was strange for commercial airplanes, but there was a plane sound this time also. Yesterday, I was outside at 6:30 pm and saw identifiable commercial planes taking the same route. They were identifiable because I had binoculars this time and could tell they were planes. Also, even without binoculars, I could see the wings. I still need to see planes in the same lighting condition at the same time of day with the same cloudless sky to see if planes WILL turn out looking like the two shells with a space in the middle. That time, I'll be ready with binoculars. This evening, the friend I had told my story to mentioned there was an article in the Montreal Mirror on UFOs. I checked the article on the web and a link eventually lead me to your site. I decided to check the recent sightings page and looked at some reports that featured pictures. It didn't take long that I came across the Keefer article page and saw the description and picture and video identical to what I saw. Problem is that I still am of the opinion that what I saw and photographed may be nothing more unusual than commercial airliners lit in such a way as to look "other wordly". I have attached a few of my pictures that are highly cropped from the originals. You will see the surprising similarity between my pictures and the one on your Keefer page. I don't know if they are the same type of object, but I found it uncanny to come across this page only two weeks after making a similar sighting - that I described in near identical terms and that records on film similarly... Note that all the pictures show a second object in the distance, which I believe is the first object I had originally sighted. My main interest is to try and photograph planes at the exact time and location these photos were made to see if they will come out looking the same. Also, some pictures I took I now believe may show signs of wings... I am delayed in trying to make similar observations because of my sprained muscle in my left arm that has been aching acutely in the last two weeks and also because I have not yet encountered these exact weather condition on a day I was able to check for it. Additional Information: Yes, well this is the very page I visited this evening and saw the object identical-looking and same description as what I saw and photographed... http://www.hbccufo.org/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=3041 I did not have time to view all the video clips on the above page but watched the first one that shows the actual object. Of course, I would be curious to see any other updates and maybe photos made of similar objects by other people. As I mentioned, I believe that what I saw and photographed may be a commercial airliner, so I would need to see something really uncanny about the Keefer object behaviour to make me reconsider... One problem I had about my sighting was that the object moved in a straight line and at a speed one would expect of a plane. So nothing uncanny besides the appearance of the object... And that seems to match the Keefer description (so far as I know) If the object were to stop in mid-air, now that would be quite another matter ! The witnesses photos can be viewed at: http://www.hbccufo.org/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=3115 --------------------- Northern Alberta (85kms From Peace River) A Bright Light Date: August 25, 2005 Time: 9:55 p.m. Last Thursday on August 25th, 2005 my boyfriend (name removed) and I and my aunt (name removed) took advantage of the nice warm weather and clear skies and decided to do another night of star gazing. It paid off. We saw a very bright light coming from the south western part of the sky. I asked my boyfriend what time it was right away and he said it was 9:55pm. This light went behind some trees and it should have gone over them in a few seconds but it didn't. We waited and waited for it to show up because it would have come right above us or pretty close. Instead it shows up in a different location not too far from where we saw the first one about five minutes later. It was now traveling towards east from a westerly direction. As it went it became dimmer and then finally it vanished. I was excited to say the least. However it was too far to see any detail or hear any sound. All I can say is that it looked like a star but it was much bigger and brighter. About fifteen minutes later an airplane came by from an eastern direction heading west. We could hear it and it's light were blinking. There was a definite difference on the two objects on their speed and behavior. We were out until 1:00am in the morning hoping to see something again but nothing happened. Just the usual satellites and shooting stars. Thank you to the eyewitness for the report. ----------------- Cochrane & Lake Louise, Alberta Dark Cloud & Fireball ? Date: August 25, 2005 Time: Approx:7:00 pm Brian a few days ago myself and girlfriend were sitting on the balcony watching the view of the mountains (our balcony view has an amazing view of the mountains) in Cochrane ,when I noticed two puffs of dark cloud in the distance, they seemed to me to be moving differently than a normal cloud would. Now when I zoomed in to the dark clouds almost instantly the dark clouds merged together and started falling from the sky in a spectacular fireball (dark cloud on top and the fireball below). As I continued to film suddenly something silvery white broke off from the bottom of the dropping fireball. Clearly it's oval shaped, enormous with a clear black bottom. Now let me add that the bottom of the falling fireball as well had the same type of dark black bottom as if another object was waiting to be expelled from the bottom as well.Similar to holding a roll of mentos up and letting the candy fall out the bottom. So...the object after detaching itself from the fireball not moved downward and to the right and then again it discharged another orange cloud about the length of half a pinky finger at arms length. This next orange worm-like "cloud" then "pinched" itself together into three clouds (similar to a roll of sausage's, but remained in the exact spot not drifting as the clouds were. Then once again the object broke off the "sausage's" right side and again was by itself and proceeded to continue on until it flew into a cloud bank. Thank you to the witness for the report. --------------------- Canada at U.S.Boarder Near Creston B.C Light Stopped & Moved Erratically Date: August 27, 2005 Time: 9:30 p.m. Location of Sighting: Canada at U.S.boarder near Creston B.C Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: To far away to tell for sure. Full Description of event/sighting: We were camping in our boat on the Kootenay river near the Canada and U.S. boarder. On our way home we anchored and around 9:30 we saw a bright light moving along the top of the mountain at a very high rate of speed. The light stopped and moved around erratically. This went on for about 45 minutes. The next morning we looked up at the area where we saw the bright light, and saw hi voltage power lines coming over the mountain in the area where we spotted the bright light. We talked to the Canada Border Guard and told him about our experience. He said that on one occasion he saw the same kind of light in the same vicinity. Thank you to the witness for the report. ----------------------- Cochrane, Alberta A Very Unusual Object Witness By 5 People Date: August 28, 2005 ? Time: Approx: 5:00 p.m. Number of witnesses: 5 Number of objects: 2 Shape of objects: Morphing. Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian, I was sitting on my front porch, reading when the doorbell rang, my girlfriend and daughter answered the door as it was a friend up the block with her daughter. I could hear the four of them talking when the visiting lady friend suddenly pointed for everyone to look at a spot about a block half away, asking "what is that"?! The four of them stood looking for several seconds at something my girlfriend has a very hard time describing. She said it was massive, and soundless as she pointed out the spot to myself outside. The size approximately a quarter held at arms length, making it extremely large indeed considering only a block half away. The shape, impossible to described. It was in two parts, part above larger than the bottom piece, both grey-shark skin or stone/granite colored. Any light reflecting off it was absorbed by these objects making it impossible to focus on them properly. At the same time distinctly there and solid, later my girlfriend passionately explained she felt cheated not being able to really see something so big and close, even though she had her glasses on. The second smaller object trailing underneath (shadowing the object perfectly) started to change shape, the right end of it dropped downward looking as if turning to liquid, pouring downward seemingly "dripping" off the edge of an invisible plate, and then lower down taking form as if in an invisible odd shaped glass. I hope this description doesn't confuse anything, so hard to describe (sigh) Where is Spielberg when you need him!! The bottom thing looked as if it were three huge balls undulating, rolling around inside a grey colored sack. Fuzzy texture, not smooth and reflective. The top object retained its shape all the time while the bottom object spun around, flipped and morphed all the while shadowing the above object, it wasn't attached but still stayed with it in total precision (like magnetically attracted and repulsed). Impossible to totally focus on them. Now, strangely, the visiting neighbor woman and her child looked away from it, and inexplicably continuing with the conversation as if nothing happened, my girlfriend thought it odd as she was still inadvertently staying with the object till it moved slowly disappeared behind the side of the house. Maybe 10 -15 seconds approx: until she called me to see it. I heard her say "it isn't a helicopter". I stood up off the chair and quickly scanned over the neighborhood and found it!, I saw it, although now it was much smaller, telling me later it had moved away and to the right from the four of them, it was now directly in front of me and at the end of the street, could only be described as a large black blob of something with another blob below it rotating and moving, twisting. Eerie to say the least. Creeped out beyond belief. I ran into the house going for the video camera. Coming back out I noticed it bigger and coming towards me, I lifted the camera and tried to get it to record but it wouldn't work! I'd hit the record button, instead of the usual one (bleep) and record, I got two beeps and nothing. Later inspection a setting on it had been changed and I didn't know it existed. Using it over two years now I had to hold the button down and didn't know it, that setting had never changed before. So I'd hit the record button and let go, and it wouldn't record. I needed now to hold it down stupidly. This instantly frustrated me and for some reason I got scared. Thinking why after two years of using this, isn't it working?! I'd re-cued the tape, checked it over knowing valuable seconds of filming time were ticking away. Nothing worked. Meanwhile looking up it still was coming towards and over me and to the right, gaining altitude. Thinking about it later, while fumbling with the camera not working I had this instant urge to not look at it, crazily feeling if the camera wasn't working I shouldn't look at it with the zoom, crazy as sounds, hard to describe, I wasn't thinking that at that moment in my brain but I was acting it out physically, not looking, only later realizing that was what I was thinking and why? why didn't I look at it through the viewfinder close up? I could have seen it so close. I could have cried Brian, still kicking myself and out of my character. I was concentrating so hard on trying to get the camera going and can't understand why I didn't zoom in on it to have a peek, even if the camera wouldn't work. Thinking several days later it felt at the time like either "it", or some primitive "hard-wired-brain response-type thing was in control. Sounds crazy but, I've experienced that in past sightings but never to this degree. Maybe 10 km fast, direction of flight started towards them and to the right slowly. Then quickly away from us as I looked at it, continuing to the right, as I tried to film it, it went slowly towards me and up and to the right,high into the sky but still very visible and disappearing over the roof of the neighbors house. My girlfriend and daughter went out back to see it but couldn't. Later looking at the camera I noticed a small button that had switched for the first time to the manual record mode. Too much and a chance of a lifetime and the button got moved. In two years of using this camera the record mode had never been moved. Murphy's Law to the extreme. The daughter is only 8 so we didn't bring it up to her. She will bring it up in her own time when ready we hope. The only thing she said was, "could have that been aliens? and, "it had red sparkles on it". Not knowing what to say to her, I explained it must have been a bunch of balloons. Hope somebody else saw this. My wrist is sore from typing now I hope it's all for something. Thank you to the witness for the report ---------------- Lincoln County, New Mexico Bright Light - No Sound Date: August 29, 2005 Time 11:30 p.m. Message: I am located in Lincoln county New Mexico and am not to far from the crash site that is between here and Roswell NM. I am a disabled Veteran and have lots of experience with different aircraft while with the USAF. Anyway, 2 nights ago 8-29-2005 at about 1130 p.m. I saw some lights in the sky. 2 of them were bright white and they were lower than the others I saw, the high flying ones were definitely aircraft at twice the altitude of the bright white lights. The lower 2 lights were going a north by northeasterly direction, they were at about 15,000 feet. The aircraft I saw were heading south by southwest at about 29,000 or 30,000 feet, they had the familiar flashing wingtip lights red and green and faint white light of their taillights, I counted about 4 planes in formation of sorts. They didn't change direction at all. The brighter lights I saw with no sound at all, seemed to change their direction a bit more to the north, I saw both groups of flying objects at about the same time. I have seen the F -117 flying at night and they use the typical 3 light set as the other military jets do, their sound is present of in odd angles from the aircraft, but you can hear it. The craft I saw the other night didn't make any sound at all and had solid white lights no red or green lights to be seen, I can hear the lower flying aircraft here and I get to see a bunch of them being this close to Holloman AFB and Roswell. Thank you to the witness for the report. ----------------- France In The Essonne, Morsang Sur Orge Almost Transparent Ball Date: August 30, 2005 Time: 3:10 p.m. The ball was back on 30/08/05 at 1510 h for only two minutes. This time my son and a friend of his(11) have seen it. But this time the video is not so clean, it is like, it's trying to hide itself. Watch the pictures and imagine. The ball is coming in the screen and becoming almost invisible, but you can see something moving like a magnetic transparent ball. Full Description of event/sighting: While driving south on Tottenham Road about 3 km south of Hwy 89 we noticed a white ball coming down from the sky just above us. It came down at a fast rate of speed. Just before it hit the ground, it stopped in the middle of the road ahead of or car. It then seemed to move to the right side of the road on the shoulder. It was about 70 feet in front of us. As we got almost to where it was, it just vanished. The sky's were clear and there was no street lights on this part of the road, just darkness. Our speed was about 50 km an hour and the object was easy to see. It seemed bright ,but it was a very soft colour to look at . I mean it did not hurt our eyes. The object was about two and a half feet around very strange. Thank you to the witness for the report. ------------------ Oshawa, Ontario Oblong Silvery Colored Object Date: September 1, 2005 Time: Approx: 9:40 a.m. Hi Brian, hope all is well and not keeping too, too busy. I have had another daytime sighting, and camera ready for anything unusual, in our skies above. Today, Sept.1, 2005 at approx: 9:40 am, in Oshawa facing east, I have witnessed another unexplained object? The morning here today, was quite fair, with some clarity. I blocked the sun's rays from our house and witnessed a streamline object, that moved like a fish in water. There was a slight glitter to the object, as it moved towards the east and slightly turning north. I'm going to guess the altitude was 500-1000 feet max. The speed would also be a guess, of between 80-100 MPH. As I viewed this strange object for about 5 seconds, snapped a picture. I have captured a black object, which may will be explained as a Dragon Fly. I will leave this up to you to judge, as it does seem strange. I can confirm that the object seen with the naked eye, was more like a oblong, silvery color, than a darker object photographed. I would say again, there are objects flying above and around us, that defy logic. I will continue to sky watch, and give hope for better pictures down the road. Thank you to the witness for the report. -------------------- North Surrey, British Columbia Crescent Shaped Object Date: September 1, 2005 Time: Approx: 11:00 a.m. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Crescent Shaped, Like 3/4 moon. Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian, I was sitting at my window this morning eating breakfast. I noticed a small twin engine passenger Jet on approach to YVR as it flew by I noticed it had a pale white crescent shaped object similar in shape to the 3/4 moon, flying about ten to twenty feet behind it. The object was flying just above the rear wings and appeared to be about the same diameter as the width of the wings. The horns on the crescent were facing to the front. Object was kind of a milky white, like it was made out of white translucent quartz. I first thought my eyes were playing tricks on me but even though I moved my head back and forth the object was still there and was still there when the plane flew out of my line of sight to the west. I heard the Jet but nothing from the object and didn't see any windows, markings or exhaust. Since the jet was on approach it would have been doing about 200 to 250 mph. and was about 2000 ft. give or take a few hundred feet. I feel rather stupid as my camera is sitting right here beside me and only takes a moment to grab, but I just never thought of it until it was to late. Anyway Brian I hope someone else was looking up this morning and saw it also. Thank you to the witness for the report. ---------------- Surrey/Whalley British Columbia Reddish Glowing Object Date: September 03, 2005 Time: 10:50 p.m. Oh My ! I just witnessed something. About 2 minutes ago. I noticed out my living room window a reddish glowing object. It just appeared in southwestern sky. It hovered for a short time than started to descend at a slow pace. There is not much more to say. I just looked out my window at about 2250. The reddish object just appeared. When started to descend clear it was landing.or crashing. I am in the Surrey/Whalley area and saw in the southwestern sky. Thank you to the witness for the report. ----------------------- Frederic, Wisconsin Brilliant Strobing Object Date: September 3, 2005 Time: Approx: 5:50 a.m. It was approx: 5:50 something a.m. on the 3rd of this month. It was at about 45 or 50 degrees.I videoed for about 8 min. The thing was in the E.S.E. The clip you have there is what about a minute something? The object moves that far in that time. It was strobing like that the whole time. We have the same kind of lights going by here in the valley all night long practically every night. Never at the same times. I have watched to see if they would repeat night after night at approx: the same times and they do not. Then it moved slowly , then it zig zagged. Full Description of event/sighting: It looked like a bright star, at first. Then I went out in my back yard to take a closer look. It moved slowly, then zig zagged in the sky. It seemed to be circular in shape. Thank you to the witness for the report. ---------------------- Etobicoke, Ontario Multiple UFOs Date: September 5, 2005 Time: Approx: 4:00 a.m. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 5-7 Shape of objects: Hard to tell, they mostly looked saucer like, except one. Full Description of event/sighting: I was at home with a friend in my TV room having a drink in the dark, when we heard people outside in my backyard, laughing maybe a party, doesn't matter. I heard the sounds so I went to see if anyone was up in my neighborhood at this late time. As I looked out my back door, over my neighbors 10-11 ft. trees, I saw a massive, and very close, large ball of white light. Possibly with other smaller ones behind it heading really fast on a crash course. I lived beside Pearson airport my whole life, so as the event was first happening and it zoomed by ( very fast ), I thought a plane was crashing somewhere nearby. I even jumped and was ready for some sort of explosion or shaking when it reached ground, but nothing. After I saw this, I realized no plane has strong super bright, perfect white (like halogen) lights, and it was such a pure light, that even there was no streaks from the light even at that high speed! I saw it hit the ground, it was not a comet or shooting star, and there was no impact. The event shook me and I had to see if maybe I would see anything else in the sky or smoke from a crash, (by the way, it fell somewhere as I was facing east, slightly north, somewhere close to Pearson or Mississauga maybe). Then I noticed in the east sky soon after this, what I thought was a star which suddenly has red dotted lights blinking one after the other. (one white light constant on at top, about 5-? red lights just under on light turning on at a time showing a saucer like shape) The UFO was just hovering there, very high up in the sky and difficult to see or notice. It even tilted now and then and would disappeared and reappear. I noticed that there was a whole formation of them and a large distance apart but they were all the same type of craft, all doing the same thing. I somehow found one similar craft that appeared to be much closer to my sight than the other. At first it displayed the same characteristics of the other crafts, but because this one was closer, I could swear it was almost cloaked somehow, partially invisible. At one point I shortly saw it, and it seemed to appear like a much larger then when if first appeared. Very hard to explain. Please email me back I would love to talk to someone about this. Thank you to the witness for the report. --------------------- Terrace, British Columbia A Huge Fast Moving White Light Date: September 05, 2005 Time: 9:05 p.m. Hi Brian, Huge white one coming straight at you. seen it 2 minutes ago, fairly high, but huge and white, faster speed. Seen from my place. I witnessed this for +- 2 minutes. The white object was fairly high up, because it did pass high elevation clouds on it's way and I would estimate that the same were at least 5 km high up. What struck me was it's sheer size and I am certain this was not a scouting vehicle. Also the speed was very fast, much faster then the other's. It was very easy to spot due to it's size, 1/2 the full moon and of a round shape. The intensive white color did not change and it disappeared behind the mountains. Thank you to the witness for the report. ---------------- Vernon, British Columbia Object Brightens And Fly's Across The Sky Date: September 5,2005 Time: 9:00 p.m. Hi Brian, I was in your site last night and looking at the videos and reports, pondering when I would see the light globes again. They haven't been here for a while. I went outside to troll the sky's for movement or flashes when a star rose quickly from behind the hills directly west. It brightened and then slowly flew east or directly in my direction. I figure the speed was slower than a small plane and it's height was approximately under 8,000 ft. It was slow and seemed to just float and it took approximately 1 minute to fly from the lake to mid town where I lost sight of it over my building . It was a single light, bright and did not brighten again after it rose from the lake area. There was no sound as a small plane would have been heard at that height. The size is difficult to make at night as at the height it was it would be bigger than a small plane. It is a singular light, and when it brightens it increases in size, I guess from the illumination. Take care Thank you to the witness for the report.
