| HBCC UFO Recently Reported Sightings
Release Date: October 29, 2005 HBCC UFO Research Note: I will be traveling to Kelowna British Columbia this week, actually it is a 12 hour drive one way. I will be meeting with Corina and a film crew and Corina and I will be filmed for two days for a documentary. This show will be on the two ladies who had the missing time event in Kelowna, B.C. on July 31, 2003. It appears to be a long shoot and alot of work has been placed into bringing this story forward. ---------- Los Angeles, California A Large Oval Object Date: Late 1990s Time: 5:00 a.m. Number of witnesses: 6 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Oval Full Description of event/sighting: I usually get up early in the morning to go to Griffith Park and work out. I was walking west on Franklin and had crossed Normandie. A few minutes after crossing Normandie I saw a large oval object slowly moving southward. It was about the size of half a full moon as it is setting. As it moved there were sparks coming out of the rear of it. I watched it for about 30 seconds as it moved "across the street. " When it got to "the other side of the street" it shot off. I reported this to MUFON in the Los Angeles area. The interesting thing about this is that I teach at one of the local community colleges teaching a morning class. About a week later one of my students came up to me and said that he had been coming to class late because he had the midnight to 8 AM shift at Los Angeles International Airport. I asked him if he was working on that particular day and he said he was. I asked if he had seen anything unusual at that time. He said, "Yes! We ALL saw it! We looked at it and said, 'What the heck is that???' It was way out over the ocean." They didn't see the sparks because they saw it from a different angle than I did. When I saw it I assumed it to be about 10 or 12 miles away. I was surprised to find out it was over the ocean. From that description it must have been huge. Thank you to the witness for the interesting report. ----------------- St. John's, Newfoundland Silver Orb Witnessed By Three People Date: August 16, 2004 Time: 2:00 p.m. Location of Sighting: Over the Atlantic Ocean near city. Number of witnesses: 3 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Silver Orb. Full Description of event/sighting: It was in the afternoon, on or about August 16, 2004. I was taking some pictures, with my Olympia digital camera, of the harbour and the ocean. When I got home and downloaded the pictures, an orb like object appeared in one of the photographs, I immediately knew by looking at it, that it was surely unknown. It does appear to be shiny, based on the sun's reflection. Photos can be viewed at: http://www.hbccufo.org/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=3418 Thank you to the witness for the report and allowing me to use the photo. ----------------- Outside Of Salem On I-5 North No Sound Of A Triangular Craft Date: October 2005 Time: 8:30 p.m. Number of witnesses: 3 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Triangular Full Description of event/sighting: My brother and my wife were traveling up to a paintball tournament that night when we spotted one white light on each end of the craft and a red light in the middle of it. We couldn't see the craft itself but the position of the lights made it look triangular. What caught my eye was that the craft wasn't moving at all just sort of hovering. When we got under it I stuck my head out of the window and I heard nothing. No engine noise or anything like that. At the time we didn't think of stopping on the freeway but I wish we did. Someone else also seen it because he wrote in to www.rense.com. The guy seen the same thing!! I think he was from Tigard. Thank you to the witness for their report. ----------------- Hillsboro Kentucky Three Unusual Lights Date: October 18, 2005 Time: Approx: 7:30 p.m. Location of Sighting: SW sky in Hillsboro, KY Number of witnesses: 3 Number of objects: 3 Shape of objects: Round Full Description of event/sighting: While sitting in my living room about 6 or 8 feet from the window, I noticed an extremely bright light outside. I thought it must be a helicopter with its search light on. My husband, my son, and I went outside and saw this bright white light and perhaps two thumb widths down from it a dimmer pulsating/strobing red/white light. There was no sound accompanying them. We had just purchased a flashlight of sorts for the car that could be used as a flashlight or would flash a red light. I started flashing a white light then a red light at the lights in the sky just to see what happened. I continued flashing at a rhythm. My son and I thought the lower light was copying my display. This I am not certain of because it was not pronounced and I feel we may have been "wanting" it to happen. However, I stood and watched for at least fifteen minutes. I could not discern any movement. Finally, I went back inside figuring they must be stars. My husband went out to smoke about 45 min. to an hour later and both lights were gone. I've watched every night since then to see if perhaps they were stars or planets but they have not reappeared. My husband said the bright white light was brighter than Mars appears through a telescope. The sky was clear and the temperature was about 60. Thank you to the witness for their report. --------------- Sudbury, Ontario Unexplained Light In The Sky Date: October 26, 2005 Time: 5:05 p.m. Message: Hi, I have recently been witness to an unexplained light in the sky over Sudbury. Wed Oct 26 2005 at 5:05 pm my co-worker and I were returning from a day of field work north of Sudbury. While driving back from work heading south towards Sudbury on hwy 69 north we both noticed a bright concentrated light which seemed to be just below the cloud level. We watched it for a few seconds making jokes that it was a plane planning to make an emergency landing on the road. But the light seem to fade and the it was gone. We were puzzled because we thought that with the light gone we would see a plane which had turned so the landing lights were not facing us, however it just vanished. We talked about it after and thought the lights did seem bright in the still bright sky and the object never moved as we watched the light. This brought me to your web sight. I was trying to see if anyone had reported seeing something as well. Reading one of the accounts of another sighting in Sudbury the description seems similar. If you have heard any others whom had seen what it was or has an explanation please let me know. Thank you to the witness for their report. ----------- Hillsboro, Kentucky Object Changes To Many Forms Date: October 26, 2005 Time: 7:00 a.m. & 8-8:30 p.m. Location of Sighting: SW sky Number of witnesses: 3 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Changing. Full Description of event/sighting: This morning I noticed an extremely bright "star" in the SW sky at about 7:00 a.m.. I am not usually outside at this time so I did not think anything of it at the time. (My husband, who is outside every weekday at that time in the morning, said he has not seen a bright star in that location.) It could have been a planet I suppose but it was not there yesterday morning at that time. I saw a similar light on Oct. 18 at around the same time. This evening I sat on my couch again and noticed a light through the window across the room that appeared to have rays radiating from it. I immediately went outside with my auto flashlight (one with a red flashing light on it as well as the regular white light ) and saw it in almost the exact location as it was Oct. 18. I noticed all the dogs in the neighborhood were barking for the first 5 to 10 minutes and then stopped. This time it was about 4 thumb widths from the horizon. For the first 20 to 25 minutes it appeared to have lines of light coming from all around it which could have been an optical illusion. When I first flashed the white light 7 times in succession, my son and I saw it change into a vertical line, a square, a triangle and then into a circle. I flashed again 7 times in succession and it morphed into a triangle and back to round. It then appeared to brighten several times in succession. Then, I flashed the red light several times. It then morphed into a sideways chevron shape like this > and then to a triangle. After about 15 minutes it started to slowly descend south and west. It descended so slowly it would have been undetectable had it not moved behind the leaves of a tree. At this point it was two thumb widths from the horizon. It quit morphing after the first 10-15 minutes and remained round. By 8:30 it was behind a tree and slowly appeared to dim and move westward out of sight completely. While watching the light I saw five planes in the sky. Two moved from left to right (S to W) and less than a thumb width from the light. Three planes went from right to left (W to S/SE)-the first looked as if it nearly collided with the light, the second was less than one thumb width away from the light and the third was 1 1/2 thumb width from the light. The sky was clear of clouds with lots of stars showing and it was about 40 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit. The light was 4 or 5 times bigger and I would guess 10 to 20 times brighter than the brightest star in the sky. This is really beginning to befuddle me-what could it be? Thank you to the witness for this report. ----------------- Mojave Desert Around Palmdale/Lancaster CA Stealth Aircraft Hi Brian, I'm writing to you in response to the report of the triangular craft on Rense.com. I'm not sure but I believe that is a new Stealth. If not it is a variation of the new fleet of Stealth aircraft. The craft has been seen alot out here in the Mojave Desert around Palmdale/Lancaster CA area. My wife personally saw this big triangular Stealth last month while she was working at a job fair on Edwards Air Force Base. She said there was a big buzz going on outside the venue as they were packing up to leave and upon going outside she saw a HUGE triangular stealth aircraft flying overhead. The base employees were going nuts. Apparently it hadn't been seen by that many people and they had the feeling as if they were "fortunate" to see it. I don't think they go "ga-ga" over B-2 and f-117 Stealth aircraft out there. That told me that what she saw was very different and quite new to the people out at Edwards. We see Stealth fighters and bombers out here all the time because this is the home of Air Force Plant 42 in Palmdale where it was created. The F-117 flew its first mission out here in 1976 as a test aircraft over Palmdale. This new wave of Stealth aircraft has all the employees of the major military defense corporations in a hush though. No one will talk about it at all. I saw one myself over Plant 42 last week that has some sort of finlike projectiles coming from the wingtips and looks batlike in shape. I think this is a B-4. To my knowledge they are unmanned aerial vehicles or UAV's. The craft my wife saw however was seen by a friend one evening last weekend in the western Antelope Valley and it resembles the Phoenix Lights at night. He said what he saw was a triangle and had to be the size of a 747 being conservative but probably much larger. He described it as very similar to what my wife saw. It had strobe lighting as well as regular aviation lighting. There was no sound emitted from it. His wife would not comment on what he saw at all. She works for one of the defense contractors out here. They are under strict orders to keep quiet. However there is a new and incredible wave of stealth bombers, fighters, UAV's,etc. being flown by the military right now and the public will never know their true capabilities at this point and time. Thank you to the person for this interesting bit of information. --------------- Nashville & Chattanooga, Tennessee A Number Of Unknown Objects Filmed Date: Various Time: Various Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 3 Shape of objects: Various Full Description of event/sighting: Hi, I photograph buildings. In the last two months, or so, I have captured three objects in the sky over Nashville and Chattanooga. While I did not notice them when taking my photos, these 'UFOs' showed up later on the digital images. When taking photos, I typically snap multiple images of the same structure within a few seconds. These objects show up in some frames and not others, precluding (in all likelihood) that the anomalies are lenses dust, or some other camera-related cause. I have raw digital photos, if you have any interest in seeing them. The object in Chattanooga looks almost like a huge bird. But, it appears to be way too large based on its size, relative to the high-rise structure nearby. The two objects from Nashville were much more angular and irregularly shaped. They could even be the same craft viewed from a different angle. One of the images, when enlarged, reveals a 'horn-like' configuration. I'm not claiming any alien invasion, here. I just noticed them and wondered if you would like to have a look. Thanks.
