Flower Mound

April 5, 1997, 8.50 PM

Two young women were out walking, deeply engrossed in conversation, when the attention of one of the two was drawn to a strange cluster of lights overhead at 8.50 p.m.

"They reported seeing a very large cluster of five to seven individual lights overhead," the center reported. "Arranged in a slightly curving line like a gigantic  pencil, tipped  up at an angle."  The women said the size of the cluster was huge" and it moved across the sky at a steady precision.  Suddenly the lights got very much brighter, then dimmed, and they then simply disappeared from view. They were walking, they believe due north, and the object was directly ahead of them while they were watching it for one to two minutes."

Alliance, Texas

Friday, January 21, 2000, 8:00 PM

Alice Carpenter was standing outdoors in Alloance, Texas, facing east just as the lunar eclipse was about to begin when she spotted a stealth shaped object skim south to north, just above the tree tops, and follow a creek bed to the east of her house. "The object stood out because it was moving, and it was darker than the dark itself.

"It was about the size of a flattened mid-sized car and had lights in the back. I'm hoping that someone else to the south or north saw it, before or after I did. We live just south of the Alliance Airport, west of Dallas Fort Worth so airplanes are so constant," said Alice. "So is the noise they make, but this was totally silent."

Dallas, Texas

May 26, 2000, 3:15 PM.

Dallas Love Airport -- On May 26, 2000, members of a Swedish Telecom Company we were driving north on I-35 in a bus when they observed two large black/dark gray helicopters with two propellers front and back flying south at 500 feet altitude. A master engineer for the company reports, the Director of Global Support was sitting in the seat in front of me, and I pointed out the military helicopters near the airport."
He was on his cell phone talking. Most other company employees were asleep. I then noticed a huge metallic silver disk shaped object, brilliantly reflecting sunlight, hovering at about 9 to 10,000 feet above the airport at 3:15 PM. The helicopters were flying directly toward the disc. I said, "what is that above them ?" he said, "Something is flying above !" I said, "I think it is a UFO." We both started out the bus window transfixed. I was determined not to take my eye off it.

I should have yelled "UFO," because there were at least 5 video cameras and 20 cameras on the bus, but I could not take my eyes off it. I know the object was extremely large, because eventually the helicopters were directly under it, in the same information, and the diameter of the disk was larger than from the back to the trailing helicopters to the front of the leading one. This was actual, not apparent, and the helicopters were about 8500 to 9500 feet below. I haven't done the math on this yet, but if the length of that type of copter can be found, a reasonable estimate of the actual size of the craft can be derived. It was magnificent and beautiful. About 30 seconds after the helicopters were directly under it, the UFO disappeared. I wasn't even blinking, let alone looking away, and it simply disappeared. The helicopters also few out of sight in a few seconds. The altitude estimate was derived from knowledge of meteorology and the apparent shrinkage of the helicopters as they approached the UFO, the time of the day, and relative sizes of airplanes flying in and out of Love Field. It was a sunny day with sparse fair-weather cumulus cloud.

Lavon, Texas

July 22, 2000, 9:50 PM. I was entering my house when I looked up and saw this bright ball of light hovering in the sky above me. As I watched, it flashed brighter then took off to the Northeast and then disappeared.

Lake Travis, Texas

June 30, 2000, 8:30 PM. My husband and I just spent a week at lake Travis in Austin, Texas. On Friday, June 30th at 8:30 PM we were sitting on our porch in the shade watching birds, jets and small aircraft in an expansive sky. My eye was drawn to a bright white, shinny object to my left which just suddenly appeared. The object was cylindrical and it's rear end was flat, white and round.

The setting sun reflected off the object with great intensity. It flew at about five thousand feet heading southeast so we were able to see the front of the object. It made no noise and eventually flew into the one and only cloud in the sky where it disappeared. The viewing episode took about thirty seconds and we had no camera available. I've reported the incident to NUFORC, but we are still shaking our heads over the incident. At 8:30 PM we are still experiencing broad daylight and we just never expected to see what we saw in anything other than darkness.
It is safe to say it blew our minds

Texas

November 1992

In November 1992, my son and I were helping a friend search for a deer that he had shot earlier in the day but had been unable to find. We were in his truck and he wanted me to drive down the road for about a mile or two while he walked through a field with a flashlight. We drove until we came to a field entrance turn - off. I pulled in and headed the truck back toward the highway, killed the engine and the lights. Feeling a nature call, I stepped out of the truck and went back behind the tailgate. My son got out of the passenger side and was commenting on how bright the stars were when we noticed a bright light coming toward us in the distance.

My son commented on it and I told him that it was either an airplane with its landing lights on or a front light on a helicopter. I said that we would start to hear the jet engine or the helicopter rotors real soon. It got to an angle of about 90 degrees elevation and approximately 45 degrees right azimuth and made a semi circle move. The distance was close enough that I realized that this was one of those "light balls" that I had only read about in UFO articles. We realized then that there was not one single sound coming from it, and it was only about 100 feet above and to the right side of me. My eyes had become accustomed enough to the skylight and I soon found out the reason for the semi circle movement. It had come up behind and then moved around in front of a huge rectangular shaped craft. This craft was a matte black in color and had two what appeared windows; one in front and one about one third of the way down the side.

The bottom of the craft was very unusual. The only description I can give that will relay relevance is that of a model car where everything (i.e., muffler, tailpipe, etc) are molded into it. Like the bottom was molded around a lot of the internal equipment. We could hear birds in the bushes and we could hear cattle in the distance, but there was not one sound coming from the two crafts.
My son noticed that there were two more lights coming from the north very fast. These two "light balls" came in and got directly behind the black craft matching its speed. We watched all four craft come over us and move south very slowly. The elevation when they came over us was about 100 feet. We jumped into the truck and followed them for approximately 5 miles at a speed of about 50 mph. They were on a course which was a due north and south and all we could do was watch them go when the road turned.

I was at work about a month later when I jokingly told a co - worker about this. He told me that he and his wife were sitting on their front porch an had seen the exact same thing, but had been very hesitant to say anything about it for fear that people would think he had lost his mind. I got out my maps and drew a straight line from our position to my co - workers home site. It matched the flight path taken by the four craft that we saw. I would be interested to know of anyone else has observed these type of craft and their formation maneuvers. This is the first time I have ever seen or even heard of two different types of Unidentified craft in joint maneuvers. Can anyone give me feedback on this so I can give it a thorough examination. One more thing; these craft have been seen about the same time each year in this area.

Cigar Shaped UFO

About two years ago I was sitting on the beach at my summer home when I saw a huge cigar shaped object which was in front of the bottom left corner of the Moon. When I first saw it I was shocked and my first impression was that a vast deep canyon had opened on the surface of the Moon but as I watched it, the large dark gray object slowly but steadily moved out from in front of the Moon and disappeared. The reason I found this so alarming was because it appeared as though an enormous object in space was casting a shadow on the Moon, as it was between the Moon and the Sun and I have found no explanation for what I saw as of yet. And yes, I swear I'm not lying. I have 20/20 vision. I don't know what I saw. But I know that I saw it.

Austin, Texas

Fall Of 1996, 3:00 To 4:00 PM

I know this is old but I saw a triangle craft in Austin Texas in the fall of 1996. It was in the "mountain" neighborhood of the Spice Springs in the north east section of Austin. It was going about 20 mph and floating about 20 to 30 feet above the rooftops and it was around 3:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon. It was broad daylight and right over my head so I know what I saw. There was absolutely no noise and I watched if float away for about 5 minutes before I lost sight of it in the distance.

South Of San Antonio, Texas

August 93

While working on a ranch in south texas last summer, I saw some pretty weird things...a strange object being chased by two fighter jets, and what I thought was a large group of people at night in a very remote area where there should not be any, on the same night. I was half asleep at the time, and I sort of wrote it of as border patrol activity, but later some local ranchers told me that a lot of people have seen and experienced weird stuff in the area. I am not a real follower of UFO phenomena (at least not until that happened) but I am wondering if there are other reports from the area that I can compare mine to.  This was in August 93, 90 miles South of San Antonio. Thanks in advance for dealing with my novice interest.

Bacliff, Texas,

I wanted to relate a UFO sighting my brother made in the 1970's

This was in Bacliff, Texas, right on the coast. My brother & his wife had been out, leaving their children with his wife's mother's (Carmen). They stopped at their house (approx 13 small blocks away from Carmen's house.) My brother noted the time.

Just as they got back into their vehicle, they saw the UFO. Circular, and lighted. They sat still for what seemed to be just a few (5-10) minutes, then decided they needed to get on to pick up the kids.
The UFO descended and began to follow them. It followed them all the way to Carmen's house. My brother got out of the car, and motioned towards the UFO to land. It began to descend, and at that time, Carmen's son ran out into the street, where the UFO was about to land, and aimed a shotgun with it. (Redneck! Darn.) The UFO ascended and sped away. My brother admonished his brother-in-law for doing such a thing. They picked up the kids & went straight home. To their amazement, 6 hours had passed, between the time they left their house, and returned. The entire trip should not have taken over 10=15 minutes.
My brother was interviewed by NASA (only 10 miles away from where this occurred) through regressive Hypnosis.

NASA employees would NOT tell him what he said under hypnosis. Of course, we all feel there was probably an abduction, but have no proof. There was no bodily mutilation, or anything like that.

My brother is a genius (200 IQ) and worked for 30 years at Union Carbide in Texas City.

Houston, TX

February 12, 2000, 2:00 PM

A friend of mine, his wife and I were driving NW at 34th Street on Route 290 (NW Freeway) in Houston about 2:00 PM in the afternoon. It was a bright sunny day. We were driving in medium traffic on the six lane highway (3 each way) when a bright glowing green ball of light flew past our van and continued along above the highway at about fifteen feet above the roadway. When it got to the overpass down the road from it, it continued to follow the contour of the road staying the same height above the road. We could see it continue on past the "hump" of the overpass (actually we could not see it go down the back side of the hump) but it continued on and came back into view and continued out of sight. The driver and myself saw this object as about the size of a softball. As it passed the van we were in it was no more than a few feet from the side of the van. I was on my knees between the two front seats. The drivers wife however, said the green ball seemed to be about the size of a basketball and about fifty feet off the road. The lady driving the car that was beside us waved here arms franticly at us pointing, like, "did you see that?" We nodded yes and kept driving. It seemed to be going a couple hundred miles an hour. it was gone in a few seconds. The green ball was very bright, glowing emerald green light, quite visible in the bright sunny day.

17 Miles W. of Houston, TX

Novemeber 15, 2000, 6:58 PM

The incident occurred in a neighborhood called "Forestview," 17 miles West of the city of Houston. Forestview lays directly South of Baker's Reservoir and within that reservoir was a military air base. They trained para-troopers and practiced flying halos out there all the time. The neighborhood was used to seeing para-troopers training within the confines of the reservoir, but occasionally, a halo or two would circle over the neighborhood at a pretty low level. No one was bothered, however, and I remember the whole neighborhood just being used to the military presence. Also, the neighborhood, in particularly my house, laid in the flight path of a small airport in Sugarland, miles to the South. The small aircraft would usually fly South over the neighborhood and over my house to land down there in the small little airport. So, this is the setting of which my encounter took place. I don't remember the year because I was only 9 or 10 at the time, and I wasn't really too interested in UFOs either. I do remember the exact time, though, because of what I was doing. I was watching the local NBC affiliate and I remember that some boring sit-com had just gone off. The ending credits were now on the screen and the exciting Prime Time shows were next. I looked at the clock. 6:58 PM. Just a few more minutes and something good would come on. Bored, I tuned out and listened the noises within the house. I was in the bedroom watching TV, while my parents were in the living room watching something different. I could hear a loud and annoying commercial playing on theirs. I also heard something else, something I was used to but I would always notice it. It was the low steady sound of an approaching plane.

Not wanting to watch the stupid commercials on TV, I got up and went to look out the window. It was night outside, as I looked North through my backyard, and cloudy too, low clouds. As I listened, the noise got louder and louder. Louder and louder, louder and louder still, until I realized that this sounding bigger than what I was used to hearing. I looked up in the direction of the approaching "plane" and waited for it to appear over my house. I didn't think I would actually see it in the darkness and through the clouds, but at least I thought I'd be able to see the lights. Eventually, as the steady hum built into a rolling, thundering roar, the aircraft suddenly appeared and what I saw scared the living hell out of me. Upon seeing it, I instinctively hit the ground and braced myself. To me, at that moment, I thought I was about to see a plane crash into my neighborhood. In that flash of a terrifying instant, I saw a solid metallic underbelly of a large aircraft appear through my trees and it was so low it appeared to be flying at tree-top level! What didn't make sense, but I didn't have time to think about as I ducked for cover, was that this thing was huge. The curved underside of it was at least three houses wide. Nothing that big ever flew over the neighborhood, not at that level anyways.

And, it had absolutely no lights. None. The only reason I was able to see it... was that the streetlights behind my house reflected off the bottom of the craft. THAT'S how low it was. Well, I waited. Curled up in a frightened little ball, I waited and listened as the sound gradually died away. I braced myself for an explosion, as I imagined that the "plane" would surely crash. It didn't. After it finally died away. I stood up and contemplated everything I just experienced. Thinking back on what it looked like, it wasn't until after the experience that I realized I had seen a UFO. I ran into the living room, all excited. "Mom! Dad! Did you hear it?! Did you see it?!" They just looked at me, puzzled. I couldn't believe it. They HADN'T heard it. But, to me, it sounded so incredibly loud. I was frustrated. How could they not have heard something as loud as that. They knew that I was not prone to over-reacting or letting my imagination run THAT wild. They listened to my experience with interest, but they said they truthfully didn't notice anything. Discouraged and confused, I stayed up the rest of the night, even watched the evening news. I watched the entire broadcast, waiting to see if they mentioned anything about a UFO or at least a plane making an emergency landing down in Sugarland. Nothing, but I did take note of something I thought might lead to a possible answer. If it didn't come from that air-base, which I still believe it did, then I thought it might have something to do with the jet-stream, which was exactly over the city of Houston at the time. Sorry, for such a long post, but hopefully I've provided enough details about my experience that you may be able to draw up some conclusions, thoughts, or ideas.
