TEXAS UFO SPOTTED OVER HOUSTON BY COMMUTERS HOUSTON -- Jerome Reyes writes that on May 11.2001, his uncle a 48-year-old computer programmer along with several other commuters spotted a UFO about 5:00 AM while riding a Houston Metro bus. The bus was leaving from the park and was making its morning trip to downtown. Several commuters spotted a glowing sphere moving in the dark morning sky. The sphere looked like a star but was moving. It was definitely no plane. He pointed out the UFO to the women next to him and she saw it too, as did several other people on the bus. The UFO started following the bus for several minutes then flew away. On May 14, three mornings later, my uncle saw it again, a strange light in shape of a sphere in the sky. When he arrived at the park and ride to wait for his bus he could still see it, and pointed it out to an older gentlemen who had also seen it earlier. The older man said, "Oh yeah there it is again!" My uncle is not someone to make up this kind of thing and has not told many people. Thanks to min.ppi@attglobal.net (Jerome Reyes) Filer's Files #21 -- 2000, MUFON Skywatch Investigations George A. "It was around 10:30 p.m.," he reported, "When I was getting ready for bed and I decided to go outside for some fresh air. I looked up into the clear skies and it was as if I could see the belt of Orion. Then a little orange dot caught my eye. I stared motionless at the sky. , trying to convince my own mind that it was not something out of the ordinary." "Then, suddenly, it just shot across the starlit sky, with bright lights all around its perimeter. " "After it moved around for about two minutes, it just zipped away to the southeast. But I couldn't find it in the night sky after that. " (Email Form Report) UFOROUNDUP Austin, Texas About four years ago I was waiting for my wife to get off work. It was about nine o'clock in the evening and I was in a parking lot on top of a hill overlooking Austin, Texas. I was with my uncle seated in my car facing west. As I sat there waiting he noticed a strange light that was just standing still to the north. That was the general direction that aircraft flew into Robert Mueller Airport here in Austin. I glanced over at his request and saw the light. At the same time I also noticed the aircraft "stacked up" for a couple of miles behind the light. It sort of looked like a sparkler from a great distance and as I watched it accelerated to the west at an amazing speed. I could not believe my eyes! The light then stopped on a dime and proceeded to move horizontally in a zig-zag fashion. Being that I was still seated in my car I exited and faced the light so I could get a better depth perception in reference to the Austin skyline to the near east. What I saw truly amazed me. The light took off to the east and also stopped and zig-zagged again. All this time I was in a state of awe, you see I was in the military and worked on the flight line for almost six years. I saw many fast aircraft and witnessed many maneuvers at top speed. This light or vehicle was performing some pretty weird stuff. Anyway, finally the light changed and became more tight and shrunk. It moved toward the hill where I was and suddenly stopped. I estimated it to be around 2-3 miles away at this time. It did a little more zig-zagging then stopped. At that precise moment it turned a deep blue and seemed to move away at a super speed. I was amazed at what happened next. As it moved away it seemed to center itself over the skyline, stop suddenly, then do what I can best describe as a sort of flat star maneuver cutting each line at a tremendous speed and with precision. As it finished this it corkscrewed straight into the sky(which was clear) and disappear into the night. I can only guess how many G's the thing was doing. It had to be a vehicle because as it moved away from me I could see a slight heat signature form behind it. Or maybe it was distortion? Anyway, I looked around the parking lot to see if anybody else was there but only my uncle and myself were there at the time. Later on my wife returned from work and I drove off to my house. About ten minutes into the ride she asked what was the matter. My uncle and I were in shock. Suddenly we began to tell her what we saw. I was excited as you can guess. I have never seen anything like that before or since. So, that is what happened to me. If you want to put me down or laugh that is your business. I know what I saw with my own eyes and I was scared and had chills up and down my spine. A UFO? I don't know what it was. But it was real and I have a witness. I'm open-minded, have been around the world and have no explanation as to what the hell is going on in space nowadays. Please do not think me a fool or on drugs either. I was sober as a priest at the time. Well, that is my little contribution to the subject. Take it for what it's worth. Are we as humans so closed minded to think we are the only ones in the universe who can travel around space? Any reply is welcomed. Thank-you for listening. The only people who have ever heard this is my immediate family. David TEXAS SEVERAL LARGE CRAFT SEEN PASADENA -- On New Year's Eve the witness was driving west when he saw a second long elaborate fireworks display. He reports, "What I saw was a huge rectangular shaped object at least 300 yards long and 50 yards wide. It was vertical with several bright white lights inside a red rectangular outer rim." It was 350 feet in the air and probably over the city of Pearland, Texas, which is about 10 miles from where I saw the object. It was incredibly beautiful in the cloudy sky and I wish I could have observed it longer. I believe it was either a craft or a holograph. Even though it was New Year's Eve I had not been imbibing and was completely sober. Although after witnessing the event I could have used a good stiff drink. DALLAS -- The witness was on an American Airlines Flight 1566 on December 31, 2001, from Dallas to Washington, DC. They took off at 2:15 PM and climbed above the clouds to 33,000 feet. To the northeast, the witness noticed a solid white round object flying several thousand feet lower, and thought it might be a bird or balloon. It seemed to over or float. The witness stated, "Eventually, it is directly in line with my window but at the same distance away. I surmise that at 500 mph, we have caught up with it, and it has not moved. I didn't see it move at that point. The white object then flies west, is still for a moment and then, shoots out in a diagonal of a northwesterly route and disappears in seconds into the horizon. Thanks to Peter Davenport NUFORC, www.ufocenter.com PASADENA -- On January 7, 2002, the witness's wife, and son were leaving a restaurant and noticed a group of lights in the sky. As theey headed east on Spencer highway towards La Porte, they watched three lights, and the highest, "faded" a little and headed north rapidly, until we could not see it. The one on the south dropped lower and then "shot" south very fast and was gone at 7:15 PM. The middle one just hung there, moving only slightly to the left and right and up and down. It got brighter and then dimmer; it was yellowish in color with a hint of a red and blue shimmer. My wife suggested that it might be a helicopter with the searchlight, there were 13 or more aircraft all converging towards the light near La Porte field which only caters to personal aircraft. Thanks to Far Shores http://messenger.msn.com FarShores UFO News - SPRING -- On Sunday, January 6, 2002, my sister saw a silver sphere in the sky around 2:00 PM, about twenty miles north of downtown HHouston off I-45. She said it looked silver or metallic in color, and flew around in circles then suddenly disappeared. The next day, she took me outside at 3:00 PM, to show me where she saw it and there it was again in the same spot! I saw it this time, and my description is the same as hers. It is the size of a balloon at arm's length, but actually the size of maybe half of a Volkswagen. The object looked more round than any other shape. The UFO was flying haphazardly like a bird fighting the wind, but definitely wasn't a bird. The UFO made no sound and was flying at 1000 feet or lower on a clear blue sky. It was shiny like it was made of shiny metal. It was also seen in Pearland on Sunday, 30 miles south of us according to the local ABC News channel 13 here in Houston with video. HOUSTON -- KTRK TV, reported some Pearland residents are still scratching their heads after spotting a strange object in the sky on Suunday. But was it a UFO? Rocky Flint captured images Sunday afternoon January 6, 2002, with his video recorder in Pearland. It appears to be a burning object in the sky. His wife, Cynthia, says it was hard to miss, "It resembled a floating fireball." The fiery ball appears to remain stationary for several minutes before moving downward and then disappearing. I've never in my whole life seen anything like it." Eyewitness News made calls to both airports and neither one could shed any light on the mystery. The Brazoria County Sheriff's Department also received some calls, but they couldn't find anything. Flint's husband has his own theory. He said that it looked like a UFO." We made another call to NORAD, the North American Aerospace Defense Command. They also failed to provide answers.
