Okay, to start off. Relationship trouble is a part of life, it happens to everyone. If you are anything like me It's hard for you to get and keep a good Boyfriend. My last relationship was my longest, it lasted almost three months. I thought he was "The One" I was wrong just like most people are the first time around. He dumped me for his friends. He wanted to get back together with me but I found my angels who led me away, and going against every grain in my body I forced myself to not run back to him for a second time. It was hard but with help from friends and family I did it. Which brings me to my first point, it is always good to talk out your problems with someone you trust, it really does help. If you bottle up your feelings they will eventually lead to a very bad outburst most likely aimed at an inocent bistander, believe me I've done it. It's not neccassary to have a boy/girl friend, it does make things a little more barable, but if it's a relationship that was force because you were just desprate it only makes things worse. I've done that too. OOPS!! Patients is always good. If you just wait, a guy/girl will come along who will make you happy without even trying. And if you are in a relationship be honest with your partner, but most importantly be honest with yourself. Don't tell yourself that he will change or it's not that bad. If there are more downs in the relationship than there are ups then it's not worth continuing. I know sometimes it's hard to admit to yourself, so if your not quite sure about something ask someone you're close to for their input if they comfirm your worries then it's very possible that the relaitonship is not what your looking for and it would be better for you and your partner to end it and move on before things get worse. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

If your feeling down about something, it's always good to get out and do something that you like. Or if you can't get out then listening to some up lifting music. Dancing or singing to it is a good way to get your mind off things. Call a friend to come over and dance and sing with you, that's even better. I love to sing though I can't get myself to sing in front of anyone. Although a few people have caught me singing in my room or the shower and tell me I have a nice voice. I have many different songs that give hope and help me to recover from a hard time. 10 Ways Of Getting Over A Break Up !. Believe in yourself. It may seem like you were dumped because you weren't good enough but that's not true, just ask one of your friends. 2. Make a list of the things that made you mad, annoyed you or grossed you out about your ex. It's extra fun to do with friends. 3. Move on and have fun being single again. It's always exciting to look at the new game. 4. Get out and don't think about what could have been because it's not going to be. 5. Talk about how you feel. Find someone who will listen and give you advice and talk to them. It helps, I know. 6. Write about how you feel. It doesn't have to be anything special.just a journal thing, or if you write poems or stories turn your situation in to a poem or story. It's very relaxing. 7. Figure out reasons why you are better off without your ex. Maybe they didn't talk enough or he was boring and never wanted to go out somewheres. Whatever it is remind yourself of that when you are thinking about how you miss him. 8. Find a hobby or activity that is fun for you. 9. Improve your self image. The only opinion of you that matter is your opinion of yourself. Who cares what other people think. 10. Listen to some fun music to get your mind on to other things and people. |
