Matt Logan (Vince Poletto)
Matt , Deloraine's cousin , is starting at Hartley right after Nick died . Jodie's heart is broken , and Matt is trying to comfort her , because he likes her a lot .
He eventually gets a relationship with Jodie , but it doesn't last , because he likes to go surfing all the time , and she's always busy practising new songs .
He likes basketball , surfing , running , etc... , so he's a very sportive guy , and he's smart too .
Jodie Cooper (Abi Tucker)
Jodie has to go through a rough period after Nick died , but she gets over it after a while , and she likes Matt too .
But later on , she sees they haven't got much in common , and she breaks up with him . Her singing career is getting better and better , she meets
an old singer called Tim Becket , who thinks she's great , and she practises a lot with him , but he's always drunk and she tells Tim to get lost .
When her newest single isn't very popular , Con thinks he can arrange to put her song on the new school radio "Radio Hartley" , and her song is immediately very popular .
She even gets a contract that she can start her professional music career and tour around the world !
She saves Hartley High at the end , at the school-treat , by telling the new kids what a great education Hartley has given to her , and pulling the enrollments up to the top !
Hartley High will always remember Jodie for that , and we sure gonna miss her !
Steve Wiley (Corey Page)
Steve has to deal with a lot of changes in these two series , he's being told he is adopted , and he meets his real mother . He also finds out he has a sister , Allie , when he goes to visit his real mother .
In his lovelife , a new girl makes her entrance : She's called Lucy and she has really rich parents , etc... But unfortunately for him , she joins a school exchange program and leaves for Japan . After that , Steve gets back with Danielle ,
who was always been his true love , and together they make their own pictures of the school for their term-projects .
Danielle Miller (Emma Roche)
"Dani" always kept her feelings for Steve , and is very jalous with Lucy .
Fortunately for her , Lucy leaves for japan and she and Steve can get back together ! She has a great time together with him during the schoolyear , and together they want to study media after high school .
Peter Rivers (Scott Major)
Rivers gets his hope back on Sam , when she comes back to Hartley . Katerina comes back from Greece , cause she missed Peter a lot , and she's definately not pleased by the fact that he's falling for Sam again !
And Kat's not the only one who gives Sam a hard time , Bolton also freaks out when he sees Ms.Robinson again and accuses her of bringing Rivers' future at Hartley in danger .
Rivers gets the opportunity to show his talents by directing a play for school , "Romeo & Juliet" in a modern version . His work is also approving , thanks to Sam , and although Deloraine has forbidden them of seeing each other , their passion grows and
at the end of the third series , no one can stop the two lovers of leaving Hartley High and starting a new life together !
Katerina Iannou (Ada Nicodemou)
Kat comes back from Greece because she missed Peter . After Jodie tells her about him and Sam , she thinks she can win him back again
and she stays at the warehouse . Peter doesn't want her anymore , and he kicks her out , so she has to stay with the Bordinos now . Mr.Bordino wants to give her the chance to do her studies at Hartley High , when she's not
getting into more trouble with Rivers or someone . Katerina is happy with that , and she's already forgotten Rivers and always looking for another guy !
When the play "Romeo & Juliet" is on , she gets the part of Juliet , and Matt is "her Romeo" , and Jodie is very jalous about her .But Matt doesn't want her , and Katerina starts something with Con , who lives in the same house after all !
Con Bordino (Salvatore Coco)
Con is very busy with the Shark Pool , which his brother left him with , and he even hasn't got time for girlfriends you would say .
He's always running around and chatting with his mobile phone , and like a real Italian , always out to earn some money and doing some business with the others .
He's also doing Jodie's management , but unfortunately , she has to drop him and take a new manager for her tour , so Con stays behind alone .
But later on , he falls in love with Katerina , and although their relationship knows a slow start (Kat organises a party so they can't be alone at home) , he wants Katerina to be his true girlfriend .
Roberto Bordino (Ivar Kants)
Roberto also helps running the Shark pool , but he's also very busy with his work , "Bordino Management" . He always wanted his two sons to work with him and take over the business ,
but Con and Rocco have other dreams .
Helen Bordino (Barbara Gouskos)
She's a great mother to her sons , but also to Effie & Nick , who become also a part of the family . She's always supporting her husband when he has a hard time ,
or giving advice to the kids when they need it . She's doing some catering work now , because her speciality is cooking of course !
Sam Robinson (Kym Wilson)
Sam comes back to Hartley High after Yola & Bill left the school , as a replacement . Peter is of course very pleased she's back , because he still loves her a lot , but Bolton gives her a hard time and want her to leave .
Deloraine has no other choice but leaving Sam at school , because he needs more teachers . First , she tries to avoid Rivers , but after a while , she cannot control her feelings for him neither and she starts seeing Peter again . She also has a short relationship with Mr.Bell ,
the new science teacher , but when he asks her to marry him , she refuses and he knows that she wants Rivers back . Sam wants to leave Hartley permanently at the end of the series , and Peter follows her , so they can start a new life together in Queensland .
Andrew Bell (Ian Bliss)
He's the new science teacher , and at his first day of school , he comes by bike and Rivers makes fun out of him by pushing him of the road with his car .
He's surprised to see Peter afterwarts in his class , and he's very angry of course . Normally , he worked in a national science laboratory , but there he lost his job , so he started teaching at Hartley High .
Andrew is always very strict with his assignments and the students don't like it at all . he makes the students study so hard for their midterm-exams , that Danielle freaks out and gets involved in a car accident , and Sam blames Andrew for it .
But the more he gets to know his students better , the more friendlier he becomes , and when he falls in love with Sam ,
he likes being a teacher after all !
Jim Deloraine (Stephen O' Rourke)
Still the Hartley High principal , Jim is getting a bit older , but he doesn't want to give up his job so soon .
He gives his cousin Matt the opportunity to do his HSC at Hartley High , and Matt can stay at his uncles'house .
But he gets in trouble at a time , when he gets a heart-attack , because he's too stressed out about the school being closed down due to the low number of new enrollments to the school .
He recovers well , but his cousin Matt thinks also he should take it easy . At the end , Hartley High is saved thanks to Jodie's performance ,
and "Uncle Delo" is a happy man , now knowing that the school he worked for all those years will stay there as it is !
